It was my first time using Rover and I was very lucky to have found Xiaotao. She is an heaven sent, an angel, a saint. She was very kind and patient with my overly energetic labrador. She sent updates and pictures daily, which made me feel at ease. She even updated me on my dog’s poops. My dog was really spoiled at Xiaotao’s and I could tell from the pictures that my dog felt comfortable and calm with her very quickly, which is rare. I think she gets along really well with dogs because of her calm and patient demeanour. I would definitely book with her again and she would be my first choice every time. I cannot thank her enough for caring for my dog. She’s just wonderful.

Xiaotao is a very caring and responsible pet caregiver. She met her dog Ruyi on the street and her dog was a stray dog back then. Xiaotao took care of Ruyi and brought Ruyi to hospital to do the body exam. Right now Ruyi is healthily growing up. Overall, Xiaotao is very capable of taking care of pets.
