Xiaotao did a wonderful job watching our two cats and one gecko! The kitties warmed up to her within a few days, and they had their routines & medicine done perfectly. Coming home, it was as if nothing was different (which is a VERY GOOD thing!) Any anxieties I had before the trip disappeared as we received updates. Some extra things: She suggested a type of booking that helped save a bit of money, she always listened to requests and handled them with care (including getting mail), and she even stopped by on a day she wasn’t officially booked due to a scheduling error on my part. On top of everything, she is very polite. Me and my partner highly recommend Xiaotao for your pet sitting needs ❤️

Xiaotao, Cynthia, is very nice and caring. Very polite and took good care of Mylo. Mylo has a medical condition and Cynthia was good about giving him his medication. Updated me regularly on his behaviour and sent me pictures. I would highly recommend her to one and all. I will definitely go back to her for Mylo.

Xiaotao was prompt and attentive. She asked all the necessary questions and was available on a short notice. She followed Leo's schedule, gave him his medicines and also took him for his walk. She is kind and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a pet-sitter.

It was my first time using Rover and I was very lucky to have found Xiaotao. She is an heaven sent, an angel, a saint. She was very kind and patient with my overly energetic labrador. She sent updates and pictures daily, which made me feel at ease. She even updated me on my dog’s poops. My dog was really spoiled at Xiaotao’s and I could tell from the pictures that my dog felt comfortable and calm with her very quickly, which is rare. I think she gets along really well with dogs because of her calm and patient demeanour. I would definitely book with her again and she would be my first choice every time. I cannot thank her enough for caring for my dog. She’s just wonderful.

Xiaotao has watched my dog several times and always goes above and beyond. She sends daily updates, follows feeding instructions perfectly, and genuinely loves spending time with pets. I never worry when my pup is with her. Highly recommend!
