She was available on short notice, showed up to the meet and greet with a checklist to make sure she knew all of the care instructions (and even asked which toys are our pets favourites!), she sent lots of updates and photos, and our house was super clean when we got home. I am typically anxious when I leave my pet with a new person, but Kristen made me feel so at ease. Will definitely rebook in the future :)”

“Anna & Vladimir made an amazing first impression in our meeting and I knew they’re going to be a perfect fit for our dog. And indeed, they were perfect! Our dog is senior and has health issues so he requires some special assistance. Anna and Vladimir had no problem meeting that challenge, they told us about the many dogs they cared for and it was clear they are dog people through and through. On our two weeks away they sent updates, took care of all of our dog’s many needs, made sure he gets his medication on time and found lots of time to show him love, cuddle and make sure he’s happy. We were calm and confident and didn’t have to worry. We received our home and dog in perfect shape. We can’t wait to book them again!”

She is so responsible and soft hearted, she always gives consideration to the animal and owner before herself and never hesitates to clarify something to make sure she is doing everything right for your animal and home. She even went to the pharmacy once when I was out of town to refill my dogs perscription for us so that he wouldn’t have a lapse in his meds!!!!! “Just thinking of leaving my 14 year old Ando made me very worried and uncomfortable. In the past, pre-covid, we left him with a boarding/ daycare but that was not an option with a delicate 14 year old. Then we found Tam! Although we have never tried a house sitting, we felt that it was the best option for an arthritic picky old weim who loves attention all to himself. Tam is calm, confident and very thoughtful. And we could tell that she has taken care of many senior dogs. Even our standoffish Ando surprisingly liked her right away at our meet and greet! During our absence, Tam gave us updates with photos. Also she paid attention to details of Ando's health... those little things only a parent can notice.. she was able to notice small differences in his energy level and behaviour and informed us for further discussion and possible course of action. As Ando just had an UTI and has a few other health issues, these personalized updates were very helpful for me. We would definitely ask Tam to care for Ando again. We feel that she really cared for Ando. We thank Tam so much for the care and love she gave Ando ♥️🙏🏼”

“Sydney has a patient, loving way of interacting with pets. We rescued a large lab X male dog, who came with many issues - excess energy, inability to focus, fear of new things etc. He has come a long way, through medication, a stable home environment, and training. Sydney is consistent in her expectations of his behaviour - at all times calm and encouraging. She takes him for long walks and is totally reliable for house/pet sitting when we're on vacation. We don't worry about a thing.”
