“We went on a 10 day trip and boarded our dog Juneau with Nicole. Juneau is very nervous around new people and Nicole and her partner won her over almost instantly. Nicole’s calm demeanour was very reassuring for our nervous pup. Juneau had lots of playtime and came home very happy and tired. Nicole provided lots of updates. Nicole did a fantastic job and we would love to board with Nicole the next time we travel!”

We had so much guilt leaving Daisy over her first birthday, but Menghan went above and beyond by giving Daisy a birthday cake to share with some doggy friends also in her care. How thoughtful! About: I grew up with several cats and 3 German Shepherds in my family. Now I have 2 fur babies, a Corgi and a rescue dog - who I trained and raised from little puppies. But at the moment they're in Hong Kong with my parents as my current living + work situation in Vancouver doesn't quite allow for me to take close care of them in the way they deserve (apartment, a lot of travel etc.) I'm the primary sitter but my husband is an animal doctor so he's a great contact to have on hand! I run my own business and work from home, so my schedule is generally pretty flexible. I very much miss my dogs' company so I'd love to take care of yours when I'm available to! I'm able to come and stay for short stays with your pet - play, train, take them on walks as wanted and needed. I'm also more than happy to share lots of photos and keep in close contact when house-sitting.

She also provided me with photo and message updates throughout the day. It was great to see that Fozzie settled in so nicely with their family including their dog Alpha and their two kiddos. Fozzie struggles with separation anxiety and has leash reactivity with other dogs so he can sometimes be a bit of a handful but Connie demonstrated familiarity and confidence around dealing with these challenges, which helped me have confidence too. Connie also goes above and beyond by providing homemade healthy treats to doggos like steamed pumpkin. Would highly recommend but Fozzie calls dibs! 🥰”

When I first found them, I was rushing to make a deadline, and they kindly stepped in to take care of Binks without hesitation. He bonded with them immediately — he recognizes the familiar smells of a loving home, and they truly understand what it means to care for a high‑energy doodle. Their knowledge of dog behavior gave me complete confidence in leaving my four‑legged kid with them. Binks normally hates my phone, yet somehow they still managed to send me the most amazing photos. “Walter and Angela are a caring couple who love dogs. My dog Lucy was in their care Friday -Sunday at their home. They have a big house and big backyard. Although I was concerned about the gate in the back I was confident that they would be able to handle Lucy. I did hear that Lucy when peeing out the back escaped the backyard into the neighborhood. However Walter and Angela were quick about letting me know and tracking down Lucy as fast and safely as possible. They assured me they would find her and they did. Thankfully with their quick response they were able to find Lucy and pick her up from a neighbour. They found her from the pound being notified of a puppy in their back yard. They safely and promptly secured our dear Lucy. They then kept her safe for the next night and I picked up Lucy on Sunday which she seemed happy and excited. Thank you so much for taking care of Lucy 🙏🏼☺️”
