They are easy going while at the same time being completely trustworthy and responsible. We receive frequent photos and updates during the day. Two paws up from Franky, who loves their dog, Pancake. Our dog, Franky, can be a little bit of a tazmanian devil but Jacqueline and Bill always seem to know how to handle him. We love working with them!
Keiona was absolutely amazing with our 11 week old puppy Murphy! It was our first time using Rover, so naturally being a bit nervous leaving our puppy for the first time with a stranger, Keiona made us feel so comfortable knowing Murphy was in good hands. We had wonderful experience leaving our Golden Retriever with Gala and Andrew. She was well taken cared of and they’ve provided regular updates with pictures on how our Molly was doing. Arianna was a pleasure to meet. It was really easy to communicate with her and provided regular updates and photos of Iggy’s stay. Unfortunately Iggy wasn’t able to stay overnight due to his separation anxiety and inability to settle in the evening (he had been recuperating from his surgery and probably had cabin fever) but he thoroughly enjoyed his time playing with Arianna’s dogs. We hope Iggy can join Arianna on hikes in the future.
Emanuela responded very quickly to my last minute request to board my dog Nya for 7 nights. After meeting Emanuela, her husband and their dog River, I felt very comfortable leaving Nya in their care. I was sent regular updates and pictures of Nya enjoying her "vacation" during my time away which was great. Nya loves children and was able to be around Emanuela's children.
