About: My love for cats started early with my two childhood cats and has only grown stronger over the years. About: I have always been a dog lover! I have over 10 years of dog sitting experience for friends and family for short and overnight stays. I have cared for dogs of all ages from puppies to golden oldies. I have experience in giving medication or attending to special care needs. I am a mama to a 3 year old sweetheart named Ollie. Ollie is an Aussiedoodle and one of his life's missions is to play and be friends with absolutely every person and dog he comes across. He's full of energy and is very curious about the world around him. He is so special and incredibly accommodating of other dogs. He'll tailor his energy levels, patience, and playfulness up and down based on who he's playing with. He's super gentle with babies (fur and humans!), patient with the elderly, and if your dog is indifferent, he'll do his best to entice them to play before eventually minding his own business. I also have 2 teenagers at home who are also dog lovers and would love to have an extra fur baby from time to time come to visit and stay. Our family would love to welcome another fur baby into our home permanently but it just isn't the right or responsible time to do so. To keep the feelings of impulsively bringing home another dog at bay, I decided that in the meantime I could just hang out with other people's dogs. I promise your dog will be safe, happy and well taken care of as if they were my own. **Note regarding pick up and drop off fee** Rover only allows me to set one rate for round trip pick up and drop off. If car rides are enjoyable, I would also be happy to take your dog on a ride if that's what they enjoy. About: I have taken care of dogs all my life and for a big part of my adulthood, I provided pet sitting and dog walking services. About: I've had chickens, ducks, indoor birds, dogs and cats throughout my life, and understand most animals basic needs as well as how to effectively communicate with/for them and I am capable of accommodating for a variety of pets. :] I'm free most of the time so I'm able to do pretty much any job in my area at anytime and for extended periods, as long as I have proper notice. I have my own cat who I help take care of, but he's also cared for by 3 other people I live with and I work other odd jobs that may come up but generally I am available and I keep my calendar up to date. I can currently only take jobs outside my home, but I understand what it means to respect the privacy and safety of the clients home/household, and how to respect an animals boundaries in terms of meeting new people or experiencing a change in environment. I have had multiple rescue animals, some who were very resistant to certain types of interactions due to trauma with previous owners. I know many animals may experience similar anxieties and I will respect the boundaries of the individual pet, and closely follow the personal care instructions provided by the owner. I am less experienced with animals that have special needs or require medication, but I am happy to learn and accommodate for any pet I can!

About: I have had a family dog for 4 years and frequently walk him. I trained and taught him how to play fetch as a puppy. He is very energetic and likes to pull on the leash so I’m good with skittish dogs. I have a flexible schedule throughout the week. I’m available mornings and afternoons Monday through Saturday. I can do evenings as well but prefer daylight hours. I have a medium sized labradoodle at home who loves to play. About: I have been a pet lover and owner my whole life. I have had all kinds of pets like cats, a dog, a bird, fish and hamsters. I have taken care of all of their needs including feeding, walks, companionship, cleaning up after them, bathing, vet visits and more. I am available for all weekdays 9:30am-4: 30pm for "mom hours" while my child is in school. “Bernard stayed with Angela and Walter for 3 days. It was our first time using Rover for care of our elder dog. They were open to a quick meet and greet too. Their space (indoor and outdoor) is perfect! I was so nervous because Bernard is getting older and has some back end tenderness, loss of balance, and has a specific raw diet. Walter and Angela were super responsive in communication. They followed his raw diet plan and B's walking and bathroom times. Forested walking trails are nearby and it is helpful for him to use his nose. They adhered to his feedings, sent pics and had this wonderful enthusiasm for Bernard. This was a good sign because at one point in his life Bernard was so shy and reactive with strangers. The 2nd time we asked Walter and Angela was just for a single day/night while fire alarm testing happened in our apt complex. It was a last minute thing. They were available and excited to see him. When we came over, Bernard immediately ran to them both, sidled up to them, and went into the house. It was so cool. So endearing. I knew he was in the right hands.”
