Since then I've cared for pups from 3 months to 10 years old, across a range of breeds and personalities: energetic Huskies, gentle Golden Retrievers, fluffy Pomeranians. Nien Tzu looked after Daisy, our black labradoodle, for the first time from Aug 1-17. We knew she was in good hands by the number of questions Nien asked initially to make sure she understood Daisy’s needs and habits. While we were away we got daily updates with photos and videos which we really appreciated. Nien took Daisy on lots of different types of walks and went even further afield from Richmond to Pacific Spirit Park. The extra effort Nien went meant alot to us. We highly recommend her !
Nancy is always well prepared and dependable when walking or caring for our dog, Sugar, while we are out of town. She is responsible, friendly, and quick to respond whenever we need to reach her. From the moment Sugar first met Nancy, she was happy, excited, and immediately comfortable around her, which showed us how warm and friendly Nancy is. We completely trust Nancy with Sugar and would definitely book her again the next time we are away!

Working remotely provides me with a flexible schedule, allowing me to integrate pet care seamlessly into my daily routine. I’m available to care for dogs during afternoons and weekends, ensuring they receive the attention and companionship they need. I provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for pets in my home. I ensure they get plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection throughout the day. Since I work remotely, I can give them frequent potty breaks, walks, and attention. I also maintain a clean space, provide fresh water and meals on schedule, and follow any special care instructions from pet owners. Whether it’s cuddle time, interactive play, or a relaxing nap, I make sure each pet feels right at home.
A typical day
- Fetch & chase games Classic fetch, ball rolling, or chasing bubbles — great for high-energy dogs like Huskies and Goldens who need to burn off steam. - Nose work & sniff games Hide treats under cups or around the room. Dogs use 10x more brain energy on sniff games than physical exercise — they come out tired and happy. - Frozen treat Kongs Stuffed Kongs frozen overnight keep dogs busy for 20–30 minutes and double as mental stimulation. Perfect for dogs with separation anxiety. - Daily photo & video updates I make a little event out of it — cute poses, action shots, silly moments. Your daily update will genuinely make you smile. - Gentle training games Sit, stay, paw — positive reinforcement practice keeps minds engaged and builds confidence. Especially great for puppies and shy dogs.
