Where dogs feel like family ❤️
Our beloved dog passed away in March 2026 at the age of 16. We now have more time and love to give to other dogs who need a caring, comfortable place to stay. I’ve been an animal lover all my life. Growing up with dogs, especially rescuing homeless ones and caring for them has always been a natural and important part of my life. I’ve also been dog sitting through Rover for a few years, caring for dogs of many different breeds, ages, personalities, and needs. Every dog is unique, and I truly enjoy getting to know their individual personality and routine. My goal is for your dog to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and genuinely happy while they’re with us - not just simply “getting through” their time while you are away from home, but to really enjoy their stay and feel at home. ❤️ I know how hard it can be to leave your dog with someone else because they’re family. It is important for me to give you a peace of mind knowing your dog is being treated with patience, affection, and respect, and receiving plenty of love and attention throughout their stay.

Vickie is absolutely amazing and so sweet! This was my dog Miffy’s very first time staying overnight away from home. Vickie was incredibly attentive and truly understands dogs. She took the time to get to know Miffy’s personality, which helped Miffy settle into the new environment so naturally and gradually relax. Vickie also kept me updated on how Miffy was doing the entire time. I feel so lucky to have found Vickie！ Big big thanks to Vickie and Henry!
Viktoria did an amazing job taking care of our one year old puppy. We were anxious at first because we’ve never used rover but Viktoria and her partner kept us updated with photos and videos and provided a great home stay for our pup. Our dog was very well taken care of and we will definitely be going back to Viktoria if we need a sitter again!
When we looked on Rover for the first time, we thought we were looking for our puppy’s first sitter. Instead - we found him a second loving home and family (not to mention - new friends of ours)! Viktoriia and Henry are amazing caretakers - full of experience, intimate care, love and affection. All throughout our puppy’s stay, they were attentive in their genuine personal care for our puppy and provided updates to ease our mind and heart. Their home is clean and doggy safe, with a great nearby outdoor environment for all your doggy’s needs. Most importantly - Viktoriia and Henry are incredibly caring people and pet lovers, and it shows in their care - period. Thank you for a great stay, and Buster says ‘See you soon again!’
Viktoriia was amazing! My dogs loved her 🩷🩷 She gave them the best care and sent me lots of updates on how much fun they were having!
Our dog Schatzi has such a good time with Viktoriia and Henry. She pulls me to get there faster when she sees where she is going. They send so many cute photos and videos and spoil her!

Schedule
My husband and I are both working from home full time so we have plenty of time to care for and give attention to the dogs whether it is full day on the weekends or afternoon snacks and play breaks during the weekdays. Our time is flexible catering to the dog’s need.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a complex on the ground floor with a spacious private gated backyard. Beyond the gate is a bigger garden with grass fields where dogs can freely run around. Across our home one side is a big park and on the opposite side is a riverside walk. There is also a big dog park beside the Oval ice rink which we go for walks daily as well.
Pets
A typical day
Our family give a lot of attention to the dogs, we treat them like children in the family. On daily basis we would play, snuggle and even talk to the dogs. We also play hide and seek or hiding treat and let them find it in the home. Go out for family walks along the river or to the dog park. When we don’t feel like being too far out, we also run around our court yard, there are plenty of space and many different plants can keep the dog busy.

- Let me know ahead of time if your dog has special needs or unique character so that we can prepare for it mentally. Otherwise we are familiar with handling senior dogs that needs either oral medication or injection.
