She also created a very thorough care document for him, which I really appreciated. During the stay, Gloria sent lots of videos and photos to keep me updated and to show that Milo was having a great time. Milo came home and slept for 2 days😅 he had so much fun with the other dogs! From the very first time we met them, they were so friendly, warm, and caring, and I immediately felt confident that Matilda would be in great hands. Throughout her stay, Daisy and Paul kept us updated every single day and sent us pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Matilda always looked happy, comfortable, and very well cared for in every update we received. The best part was picking her up and seeing how happy she was! She was in such a great mood, excited to see us, and even wanted to play. It was clear from her behavior that she had been very comfortable and treated with lots of love and attention. She kept me updated the whole time with cute pics and texts, which made being away so much easier. Margaryta is absolutely amazing. I have nervous dogs that are not good with new people. They are completely comfortable with her. She takes such good care of them that it is like a vacation for my dogs. They get so many fun walks and outdoor time. I cant imagine leaving my dogs with anyone else. She’s the best.
Jennine was amazing and went well beyond what we could have ever expected. Our dog needed medication which Jennine picked up from our vet and took care of our puppy as well as we could have ourselves. We highly recommend Jennine and will most definitely stay with her again in the future. 5+ stars
Shadnay took care of our rescue dog, Lilly from Aug. 3 - 13, 2026. Lilly being a rescue dog, had a few idiosyncrasies, & she had never been left for a length of time before. Shadnay was amazing! She provided daily updates, as well as photos. Lilly was having a problem with her diet, causing some diarrhea & soft stools. Shadnay took the time to develop a diet that helped Lilly with that. As Shadnay lives in a condo, she couldn’t just let Lilly out the back to do what she needed to do, so she walked 4 times a day. Lilly was happy & healthy when we arrived home & we appreciate so much the way Shadnay looked after Lilly. Thank-you Shadnay & we wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.
Ran was amazing with my dog Mishi, frequently updating me with the photos and videos of my dog the entire day- that was the best part. The large backyard was a big plus for my dog. All the dietary requirements were taken care of. And I was rest assured that Mishi is taken a good care of. I would recommend Ran a 100%
I cannot recommend Yuan T enough! This was our first time leaving JJ with a sitter, and we were a bit nervous, but Yuan T completely put our minds at ease. They were incredibly communicative, sending multiple photos and videos each day that showed JJ playing, cuddling, and looking perfectly happy. It was so reassuring to see how much love and attention they gave him. When we picked him up, he was calm and clearly well-cared for.
