Hello! My name is Shadnay, and I’d love to experience this journey with you and your pup :) *NEW* CLIENT BOOKING GUIDELINES :) Daycare & boarding: Dogs must be around 30 pounds each to abide within strata by-laws! Rover doesn’t have these measurements for me to select prior to your search. There is some wiggle room on this considering height and hair volume, feel free to ask me about specifics! General booking guidelines: - if the pet profile questions haven’t been filled out, please send your booking request with a detailed message of what your pet(s) need - so we can figure out quicker if we are a good fit for the booking slot. About me: I have a clear understanding that every furry friend has their own uniqueness in temperament, triggers, and needs. My joy comes from learning them and providing the best care possible. I specialize in anxious & reactive dogs Including breeds and rescues who are still learning to navigate the world around them. My goal is to build their confidence in a safe and encouraging environment. All other temperaments are welcome, and loved just the same. Before finding Rover, I was successfully employed at various reputable Dog Daycare, and boarding facilities in Coquitlam and Port Moody where I started my training. From leading a pack of 80 dogs in an indoor and outdoor setting, to working with dogs who need individual attention. I’ve also worked with a private company based in Vancouver, demonstrating pack walks in off leash trails, and training under K-9 professionals during private walks with highly anxious/reactive dogs. A force free & positive reinforcement approach. A few weeks of customized care and attention will improve your dogs overall temperament and quality of life – feel free to reach out and discuss the specifics!

Each dog will have their own unique needs, and I spend a lot of time speaking with the parents to make sure those needs are met while they are away.

Shadnay took care of our rescue dog, Lilly from Aug. 3 - 13, 2026. Lilly being a rescue dog, had a few idiosyncrasies, & she had never been left for a length of time before. Shadnay was amazing! She provided daily updates, as well as photos. Lilly was having a problem with her diet, causing some diarrhea & soft stools. Shadnay took the time to develop a diet that helped Lilly with that. As Shadnay lives in a condo, she couldn’t just let Lilly out the back to do what she needed to do, so she walked 4 times a day. Lilly was happy & healthy when we arrived home & we appreciate so much the way Shadnay looked after Lilly. Thank-you Shadnay & we wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.
Shadnay was so great with my pup, Ace! She provided regular detailed updates with tons of pictures! I have used Shadnay’s services twice now. When I droooed off Ace the second time, Ace ran to Shadnay to greet her, showing me that he was happy to see her, and had a great time during his previous stay.
Shadnay was so amazing with my dog!! She has great communication and is thorough with her updates. She also made the effort to get to know all the details about my dog so that she can provide the best care. We will definitely book with her again!😊

Shadnay has been walking my best friend for the last few days as he’s just getting over an illness. And I’ve had Shadnay walk him previously as well. Always on time and very attentive to what is going on with my boy. Thank you Shadnay! I will be sure to call her again in the event I need some help with my best friend and his walks while I am at work.
Shadnay did a great job taking care of our 2 cats. Will book again for our next trip.

Schedule
I'm currently dedicated to taking care of dogs full-time, so they will get all my attention! My only other priorities during the week/weekend are my personal self-care appointments which allow me to show up fully for the pups, with my cup full!
