“Alex did a great job watching Georgie. She was very good with she, attentive, and reliable. Georgie was well cared for and everything went smoothly. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good pet sitter.”

“I can’t recommend Denise and Paul highly enough. Leaving DJ for four nights while I traveled to Ottawa for work was a big step for me, as he’s a rescue dog and can be a little nervous and skittish in new situations. From the moment I dropped him off, Denise and Paul put my mind at ease. Their communication was exceptional. They sent daily photos and videos throughout the day, which reassured me that DJ was happy, relaxed, and settling in well. It was clear from every update that he was receiving lots of care, attention, and affection. Their property is wonderful, with plenty of space for dogs to explore, sniff, and play, along with a secure fenced area that gave me confidence in his safety. When I picked DJ up, he was happy, clean, well cared for, and completely relaxed. As someone who usually takes DJ everywhere with me, being apart from him isn’t easy, but Denise and Paul made the experience stress-free. In fact, I’ve already booked another stay and will have additional bookings planned later this year. Thank you both for taking such wonderful care of my most precious little guy!”

“Wei and Long went above and beyond to take care of our dog, even losing sleep to take care of him when sick, I would highly recommend them and will book with them again in the future”

“We were very impressed with Leslie. She is wonderful with animals of all kinds. My dogs came home healthy and happy. We will ask Leslie to care for our boys in the spring when we take our next trip.”

“Highly recommend. Also accommodated us last minute which was a huge help. She sent us photos everyday, which was amazing. Daisy will definitely make the visit again”

“Lisa is truly the best dog sitter one could ever imagine. You wouldn’t find another sitter like her anywhere in the world—she is simply unparalleled! Without a doubt, she is the best of the best. Charlie had a wonderful time with her and the dogs she cares for. I feel incredibly lucky to have met such an amazing sitter, and I’m truly grateful for this connection.”

“Li was very communicative, she let me know how my dog was doing at each point of the day since it was our first time using her as a pet sitter. She made me feel comfortable right away, and sent me pics which I welcomed. My pup seemed happy and content when I picked her up. I would use Li again next time I’m going out of town.”

“Words cannot describe how grateful we are to Oriana and JL for welcoming our pup into their home like she was theirs. We were nervous leaving her with new sitters, but they quickly eased our minds with countless photos and videos that we looked forward to every day. Our pup felt right at home and Oriana and JL did everything to make her comfortable. She was sad when we came to pick her up! I would HIGHLY recommend Oriana and JL and we feel a relief that we have found great sitters for our next trip. Thank you SO much!”

“Walter and Angela were great with my 4 year old dog. When I picked my dog up she was happy and tired out. I boarded my girl with them for 2 nights. Walter went out of his way to take my pup on adventures around the neighborhood, and to play her favorite game (chase and fetch). Walter sent a lovely video of my dog enjoying the safety of their super nice enclosed backyard while they played chase. He was also very responsive to my texts. My pup got so much love and attention while she stayed there. I will book with Walter again.”

“My Corgi had back surgery 4 weeks prior to her stay with Minerva, so we were really nervous leaving her with anyone who didn't know how to handle her post Surgery. Minerva took such great care of her during her stay. With 100% confidence we recommend Minerva to take care of your dog.”

“Deborah and Mark are such kind people and took great care of our dogs while we were away for an extended period. They treated the dogs like members of their family, and took them on daily outings. We were able to fully enjoy our vacation knowing our dogs were in their care. We will use them again in a heartbeat.”

“We left our dog for four nights with Daisy and Paul. Xena had the time of her life ! Daily updates and pictures reassured us that our dog was well looked after. Any concerns that came up where shared with us. They provided great interactive play time for the dogs. Definitely a great environment for dogs. I highly recommend Daisy and Paul!”

“100%recommend ! Shari & Richard are very nice couple, very patient and loving. After DD returned home under the care of Shari& Richard ,the naughty boy became a very well behaved quiet gentle and obedient . Thank you Shari & Richard !”

“Robin was lovely to deal with. She's very responsive and seems to genuinely care for dogs. Lola seemed comfy with her right away and seemed well taken care of for the two nights she stayed with Robin.”

“Jennifer was absolutely amazing with our dog. Her experience and knowledge were a big help and it was such a relief to know he was getting all the love and attention he's used to. I would highly recommend Jennifer and hope to be lucky enough to book her again!”

“Heather was absolutely wonderful and took great care of our dog, Luka, while we were away for 8 days. She consistently kept us updated with messages, photos, and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. We felt completely confident leaving Luka in her care, along with Lucy, her adorable puppy. Thanks to Heather, we were able to truly relax and enjoy our vacation without any worries. I highly recommend her!”

“Connie was a true professional going above. Her meet and greet was truly extra! We felt safe leaving our post surgery dog with Connie. She also didn’t send our loved one to the pound when we were late picking up her up!! Much appreciated!! Highly recommend Connie to others.”

“Wonderful first experience for both Ella and I. Randona gives consistent and transparent updates which provides a great level of comfort. Ella had a ton of playtime, new experiences, and new feline friends! Thank you!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Sara! She took exceptional care of my dog, walking her three to four times a day and making sure she was well looked after. My dog even got to spend time with her sons and relax on the couch. She was also incredibly kind and attentive. Plus, she sent tons of photos every day and was always easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her!”

“Olga the angel in disguise! Dogs are naturally so happy with her presence. She is special with her special services she offers for all dogs. Teeth cleaning is one of them. She doesn’t rip you off or have to try to sedate you dog to get their teeth cleaned.”

She even went above and beyond by purchasing cat treats for my cat (I had forgotten to top up). I will definitely use her services again!”

About: Over the course of six rewarding months, I've had the privilege of serving as a trusted pet sitter for a dear friend's cherished canine companion. My daily routine has revolved around providing exceptional care, ensuring the dog's well-being and happiness. This includes two daily outings filled with adventure and exercise, fostering a healthy and active lifestyle. Beyond the walks, I've cultivated an environment of love, play, and unwavering companionship. Witnessing the sheer joy and fulfillment that dogs bring into our lives has been a truly heartwarming experience. As I embark on this journey as a dog walker and sitter, my commitment to delivering the same level of dedicated care to other canine companions is unwavering. As a dedicated student, I have structured my pet care responsibilities into my daily and weekly routine to ensure a balanced and nurturing environment for my furry friend. Each morning and evening, I allocate specific time slots for walks, playtime, and feeding, allowing me to meet my academic commitments while still providing attentive care. On weekends, I have more flexibility to engage in longer activities and outings, reinforcing the bond with my pet. My commitment to pet care aligns seamlessly with my student life, as it brings structure, joy, and companionship to my daily routine, enriching both my academic pursuits and personal life. Certainly, the way I care for pets will vary depending on whether I'm providing services in my own home or the client's home. In my home: - I create a safe and pet-friendly environment. - Establish a consistent daily routine for feeding, exercise, and playtime. - Prioritize regular walks and outdoor activities. - Provide affection and one-on-one attention. - Administer any required medications or follow specific health routines. - Maintain open communication with pet owners and provide updates on their pets' well-being. In the client's home: - Conduct a meet and greet to understand the pets' routines and preferences. - Strictly follow the owner's instructions for feeding, medication, and care. - Maintain a consistent routine to minimize stress for the pets. - Provide regular updates and photos to the pet owners. - Ensure the security and safety of the client's home. - Be prepared for emergencies, with a plan for veterinary care if needed. This way, I tailor my pet care services to the specific needs and preferences of the pets and their owners, whether in my own home or the client's home.

About: I have a deep love for animals and for treating them with love and respect. I am patient, kind, and fun. Growing up, we had many kittens and puppies that we raised and nurtured to be fine adult cats and dogs. I’m currently transitioning from a high pressure corporate career to a more relaxed and peaceful phase and have lots of time available for pet sitting, walking and checking in. I’m available most days and evenings, including weekends. I can care for pets in their homes, I am conscientious of what pet parents require. I appreciate clear communication. I’m also happy to care for elderly pets or those who require special attention.

About: Cats have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for cats of all personalities and breeds, from Siamese to orange tabbies, long-haired cats, and everything in between. I have hands-on experience with cats who require special diets and food restrictions, as well as those with medical needs such as asthma. I’ve also cared for senior cats who need extra patience, attention, and gentle care. I understand how sensitive cats can be to change, and my goal is always to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away — the same level of care I expect for my own cats.

“Viktoriia was a wonderful addition to our household while we were away. Milo, our cat, did so well under her attention. She was respectful, communicative, punctual and left our home spotless. I really appreciated every few days getting an update and photo of Milo on what he might have been up to that day. I will certainly be booking Viktoriia again. Having peace of mind everything will be ok when you are away was a gamechanger for us.”

“As first time users of Rover, we were pleased that Deborah and Mark immediately accepted our request to take care of Harper, our Golden Retriever, in their home for four hours while we attended a family event. We would gladly rebook with Deborah & Mark in the future and recommend them to others.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old — it’s basically been a lifelong part of my life, not just a hobby. Over the years I’ve looked after my own family dogs through every life stage, from energetic puppies to gentle seniors, and I’ve also regularly cared for pets belonging to friends and family, so I’m comfortable adapting to different personalities, routines, and needs. Right now I share my home with a senior golden shepherd, so I have hands-on, everyday experience with the specific care senior dogs need — medication schedules, mobility considerations, extra patience, and a lot of gentle attention. If your dog is getting a little older too, you’re in good hands. I have a house with a fully fenced yard, so dogs get safe space to run, sniff, and play without being on a leash the whole time — plus a calm, comfortable home to relax in between activity. What Sets Me Apart ∙ 20+ years of hands-on dog care experience, not just casual pet-sitting ∙ Specialized comfort with senior dogs, including medication administration and mobility needs ∙ Fully fenced yard for safe off-leash play ∙ Currently living with a senior dog myself, so your dog won’t be the only “elder” in the house — mine can even help set a calm example ∙ Experience caring for dogs across all ages and temperaments, from friends’ and family’s pets to my own I work from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility to weave pet care naturally into my day rather than squeezing it into a few rushed windows. Your dog won't be left alone for long stretches — I'm around throughout the day for potty breaks, playtime, and company. My typical day includes a morning/afternoon walks, regular check-ins and outdoor time throughout the day in the fenced backyard. Since I'm home most of the time, I can also adjust on the fly — accommodating a specific feeding/medication schedule your dog is used to. I also currently care for my own senior dog, so pet care is already a built-in part of my daily rhythm — your dog will simply become part of that routine, not an add-on. Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priority. I have a fully fenced backyard, so dogs get plenty of secure outdoor time to run, play, and explore without being on a leash the whole time — I keep a close eye on them whenever they're outside. Indoors, your dog will have a calm, comfortable space to relax and be part of the household rather than isolated away. I'm happy to follow whatever setup your dog is used to. I currently live with my own senior golden shepherd, so my home is already a dog-friendly, pet-experienced environment — not a house being adapted for pets, but one built around them. Because of this, I always prefer to schedule a meet and greet before a new dog's first visit. This helps me get familiar with your dog's personality and needs, and just as importantly, makes sure they're comfortable and compatible with my own dog before any stay begins. It's a simple step that helps set both dogs — and you — up for a stress-free experience. I'm attentive to changes in behavior, comfortable managing feeding and medication schedules, and always reachable throughout the day since I work from home. Whether it's a day visit or an overnight stay, I treat every dog in my care with the same patience and attention I'd want for my own.
“Twinkle was very kind and supportive with our fur baby! He was a bit hesitant in the beginning but later ended up sitting in her lap. She gave him enough comfort and care. She kept us updated and sent us pictures with every update. I wud highly recommend her and will definitely rebook her :)”

“Michele is amazing! She is friendly and very thoughtful of what she is doing. My girl is a very shy pup and gets anxiety when alone. But with Michele, she stays home and I don't have to worry about. Definitely recommend Michele 😇”

“From the moment my dog, Bestie, and I step through the door, we're greeted with such warmth and kindness from Deborah and her furry companions. The environment is perfect for walks, and I've witnessed firsthand the care and attention she gives to him while he's under her watch. About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have 4 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs. Raising my own reactive quarantine pup taught me patience, structure, and positive reinforcement. I helped her become calmer and more comfortable around people, animals, and busy environments through consistent socialization and exposure training. I’m attentive to each dog’s unique personality and committed to providing a safe, loving, and comfortable environment while you’re away. I am currently working part-time while focusing on online classes, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide attentive pet care. I prioritize keeping pets comfortable by following their normal routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions provided by owners. I always make sure pets have fresh water, a clean environment, and lots of attention while in my care.
About: I have taken care of a few dachshunds and miniature pinchers for friends and family for about 6 years. Feeding, walking, and playing with them. I have grown up with cats as well. I believe that it is important to take each pet's individual personality and preferences into account when caring for them. I have experience with dogs with disabilities, more specifically I have been taking care of a dachshund with IVDD for 2 years, helping him get around and giving medication. He had 4 spinal surgeries over the past 2 years. I currently work for Rocky Mountaineer train, which is a seasonal job (April until mid October). I work from Friday to Monday. My open availability will be every Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. I own a pet ramp for easy access to furniture that is accessible to small or disabled animals. If your pet needs medication, I encourage a detailed instructive list on how to make your pet as comfortable as possible for a swift recovery. Over all, my main goal is to make your pet feel safe and happy when the owner is away. I have 2 years experience with disabled dogs.
About: I grew up with two dogs, two cats and 5 reptiles, and have always loved animals! Now, I have three dogs of my own, all rescued. I've gained a lot of experience training my dogs myself, but I've also worked with a number of professional trainers who specialize in dog behaviour and reactivity. This experience has not only helped me better understand and manage my own dogs' behaviour, it has also led me to find my passion for working with animals and their humans to help them live their best lives together! I have completed The Dog Walker Certificate and The Daycare & Boarding Management Certificate through The Good Dog in Port Moody and believe in positive reinforcement training. It's important to me that your dog always feels safe in my care. I also love taking photos, especially of dogs, and have worked with local rescues to photograph some adoption events. Please let me know if you're interested in a pup portrait so I can bring my camera along on our adventures! (1 free pet portrait with a professional camera per walk booked) I'm currently doing shift work and have a very flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate for your dogs needs! I will have my calendar updated but feel free to message me as I might be able to accommodate one walk on some days I work! At this time I can't take care of dogs in my own home as one of my dogs is reactive to new dogs. But I'm happy to do drop in visits! Whatever the dog needs during the drop-in whether that's that's medication administration, feeding or just a snuggle on the couch!

“Emma was amazing! She was kind, well-mannered, and super easy to communicate with. I really appreciated how quickly she responded and how willing she was to take my dogs on such short notice — it was such a relief. Her calm, chill energy was exactly what my high-energy dogs (and I!) needed. The whole experience was seamless, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely be booking with Emma again and highly recommend her to any pet owner looking for someone reliable, laid-back, and genuinely great with dogs!”

It would help me as much as it may help you :) I've worked in the pet retail industry for 3 years now and have a huge amount of knowledge to help take care of your pet when you're away. I'm currently enrolled in school so to come back to a furry friend always makes my day!! So if you ever need someone I'm your gal 😊 I believe that having an emotional connection with animals is so important. Not all of them are comfortable with new people and I want to be able to create that bond of safety and friendship to make sure they aren't as anxious when their family is away!

“I was a bit nervous leaving my dog for the first time with someone I didn't know. But, by the time I picked up Luna from the sitter, I wasn't sure she would want to come home with me. Jennifer made me feel so comfortable leaving her for the weekend and sent me pictures and updates. And their dog is now friends with mine. I would highly recommend using Jennifer and Steve.”

“Leaving our two boys with Tony was a treat for us and for them. T & J were great with now our older “pup”, and we got our so much needed trust in somebody that could care for him the way it’s supposed to be cared a 14 years old boy. Thank you Tony!”

“Lu was very caring with my gentle Great Pyrenees, Shiloah. She acknoledged that she was a bit shy at first and was patient until Shiloah began to trust her and come out of her shell. When we picked Shiloah up, she appeared to be happy and well taken care of. Lu also send me videos and photos throughout my trip which put my mind at ease. I will definitely use Lu again.”

“Really can’t say enough good things about Daniel and Layla. They are incredibly accommodating and helped me out last minute when my other cat sitting fell through. I can fully relax while I’m away knowing my kitten is in their care. Communication, location, photos, videos, pick and drop off flexibility is all top notch. Lucky to have found them.”

“Wonderful first experience for both Ella and I. Randona gives consistent and transparent updates which provides a great level of comfort. Ella had a ton of playtime, new experiences, and new feline friends! Thank you!”

“Justine was an amazing sitter for my sweet girl Roca. She welcomed her into her home and loved her like she was her own. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend her for your pooch.”

“Rachel was amazing with my two dogs- a young and energetic dog and an old grouchy dog! She was extremely attentive and loving, and updated us daily. I will definitely book with her again!”

“We left our little dog with Alice for 5 days. He had a great time. We received daily photos of their outings which was great. She really does love dogs and takes great care of them. We are so happy to have found her.”

“Olga the angel in disguise! Dogs are naturally so happy with her presence. She is special with her special services she offers for all dogs. Teeth cleaning is one of them. She doesn’t rip you off or have to try to sedate you dog to get their teeth cleaned.”
“Gloria and Steven were sensational caregivers for my dog, Picolé. They were always sending me messages and always available to answer me. Furthermore, they followed all my instructions perfectly. And in every photo and video they sent me, I saw my dog happy and well-adjusted to his new temporary home. And as if all that weren't enough, they took and gave me professional photographs of Picolé, which turned out beautifully (I've never been able to take photos of him as beautiful as the ones I received). These moments will forever be kept in my heart. It is with great pride and complete satisfaction that I highly recommend the service they both provided to Picolé and me. I will definitely know where to leave my dog on my next trip. Gloria and Steven provided him with a home full of love, good care, and lots of affection and attention. Thank you so much for making it a wonderful experience!”

“Our dog Duke had a great time during his 10 day stay at Ciara’s boarding. Michael was great he sent photos and videos whenever he was able to. Duke looked like he had so much fun and has been exhausted ever since coming home. Thank you for taking care of our pup”

“The care that Nix provided for my one year old dog Roxy was top notch. She is knowledgeable about dogs and their nutrition, and also very passionate too. The communication between us was amazing - several updates and photos every day! Nix handled an unexpected overnight accident very well, and followed up with dog friendly food remedies to settle my dog’s stomach issues. When I came to pick up Roxy, she even had some homemade treats to send her home with! I would definitely book with her again.”
