About: I've lived with dogs almost my entire life. Most importantly, I rescued a 7-year-old Maltipoo, Badoo, from Korea about 2 years ago. Since then, my experience and knowledge of dogs have grown significantly (thanks to Google, YouTube, and ChatGPT). I also enjoy walks and playing with dogs. Cottonwood Park is only a five-minute walk away, and I know several other dog-walking routes. Last but not least, I am semi-retired, so I am very flexible and spend most of my time on Badoo and small house chores. Now, Badoo and I are so ready to be your best friends via Rover! Being semi-retired gives me lots of flexibility, and I spend most of my time at home with Badoo and small daily chores. We’re excited and fully ready to welcome new best friends through Rover! Another strong point of mine as a Rover Sitter is my house — it's 13,530 square feet, with a huge backyard, but just my lovely wife, Badoo, and I live in it. So, your dog will have plenty of opportunities for potty breaks and playtime. I also enjoy walks with the dog. Cottonwood Park is only a five-minute walk away, and I know several other dog-walking routes.

About: I have over 20 years experience caring for cats and have taken care of cats of all ages, from kittens to senior cats. I’m very comfortable around cats and am regularly trusted to care for my friend’s cats. I often work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I’m available the majority of evenings and weekends and don’t typically go away during holiday weekends. I like to spend time with the cats I visit to make sure they get attention and feel comfortable with me. I’m happy to keep up whatever routine they have so they’re life isn’t too disrupted by their owners not being there.

About: I used to have two boston terriers for 15+ years. When they passed away from old age it was really hard for me. They were healthy and just all around perfect dogs for me. I can’t describe with words how much I miss them. I’m not sure if I’ll ever be emotionally ready to own and lose my own dogs again. Right now I’m content with occasionally taking care of your dogs. Your dog/dogs can expect to be spoiled rotten with lots of affection, attentive care & mental stimulation. Any special needs can be catered to if informed ahead of time. All dogs must be house trained(except for puppies) and non aggressive towards other dogs and humans. Please bring all food, bed, toys etc to ensure your dog is not overwhelmed with too much change. I work from home full time typically from Monday to Friday 9-5. I have flexible schedule to take the dogs out for walks. It’s always nice to take a break from work. My place is usually very tidy and air conditioned. I make sure there aren’t any objects they can chew or swallow. Your dog will get one on one attention in a kid and other animal free environment.

About: I've loved dogs and animals in general for as long as I can remember, and I can confidently care for dogs and cats, among other animals (my partner is very into exotics!). As well, my partner is a certified vet tech in-clinic so your pet(s) will be in great hands! We often arrange nail trims, for example, while we watch pets. :) Right now I'm in-between jobs so my availability is very open! Once I start working full-time again, our home is typically available for boarding drop offs weekdays after ~4:30pm (depending on my partner's availability) and weekends all day! I can also walk dogs as needed on most days. I love going for after-dinner walks to get fresh air as well as spontaneous walks throughout the day so your dog(s) will get plenty of fresh air and exercise. I also enjoy interacting with animals as I walk by and move around my home so they're sure to get lots of attention. I can also easily crate your dog if needed.

About: My partner and I have spent the past three years training and raising our mini poodle, Leo. He has grown into a well-socialized, friendly dog who loves meeting and spending time with other dogs. During this period, we took a break from Rover, but we are excited to return and welcome new pups into our home. He’ll be just as excited to welcome your dog into our home as we will be. Prior to Leo, we each had over 10 years of experience caring for friends’ and coworkers’ dogs. We’re attentive, patient, and comfortable reading canine body language, including signs of stress, discomfort, or aggression. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always our top priorities. Your pet will become part of our family while in our care. We integrate dogs into our daily routine so they feel safe, included, and loved. We work Monday to Friday from 9 to 5. From Monday to Thursday, we work from home, providing supervision, companionship, and regular breaks. On Fridays, I go into a pet-friendly office, and your dog is welcome to join me in a safe environment with space to play. We take Leo on three walks each day, and your dog would follow the same routine. Mornings include an hour-long walk with a visit to the dog park to run and burn energy, followed by breakfast, fresh water, and playtime with favourite toys. We follow a structured routine that includes three walks per day, consistent feeding times, fresh water, and interactive play. After morning exercise, dogs are fed breakfast and given time to relax with their favourite toys. We are attentive to canine body language and monitor closely for any signs of stress or discomfort to ensure a positive environment. We always respect each dog’s individual needs. If your dog is less active or has mobility limitations, we adjust their walks and activity level accordingly. Since there are two of us, one can take Leo on a longer outing while the other provides your dog with a calmer pace and one on one attention. When caring for pets in a client’s home, we closely follow the owner’s established routines to maintain consistency and reduce stress.

About: Hello! I am Ian. I recently graduated from university and am still looking for work, so I will have a lot of time to take care of your dog. I enjoy hiking and usually bring my dog Neptune with me on hikes around Vancouver. I am energetic and can provide ample exercise for your dog during walks. I really love dogs and cats and cannot imagine a world without these angels. Additionally, I have a lot of experience taking care of pets. I grew up with three cats and one dogs in my family. I also take care of firends pets when they are out of town and am happy to meet some new furry friends. About: As an only child, my playmates were our adopted dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, and mice. I don't get scared easily and have an affinity to animals. I worked in hospitality, I've quit Four Seasons Whistler recently for a more active job at Canada Post. Since I'm still on on-call, I have time. Depending on the client's pet--we can be active and trail run or hike and swim in the lake together or just play and chill in their home.

About: I have owned dogs since I was a small child, and with that came the responsibility of caring from them. I love all breeds, and love to get out and get some fresh air with a 4 legged companion by my side. I am also currently working part time at a local kennel which has been very hands on with all breeds and temperaments. I currently work full time monday-friday, and my avalibility is all day on weekends, and early mornings/evenings on week days. Last minute bookings are avaliable. each visit will of course include a potty break and a play outside, or a full walk with the dog. If a client is friendly and would like to socialize their dog, I am happy to bring my own dog for a play date, or keep it one on one.
