About: I've had animals for my entire life and was brought up with dogs of many sizes and breeds. It brings me great joy to look after animals of any kind, even the ones considered creepy and crawly. My approach is a thoughtful and caring one that aims to observe a dog/cats boundaries and work with them respectfully. I have looked after dogs and cats of all ages and sizes and know how to build a relationship with animals through care, observation, and consistency. I am currently a biology student whose goal is to pursue animal research and nature conservation. This means I will take an extremely thorough approach to caring for your animals and do any necessary research in order to better look after them. It's my passion in this field that helps me understand and work with animals. I am an extremely enthusiastic sitter and take great delight in getting to know animals and spend time with them. Whether cat, dog, or otherwise, I am looking forward to meeting them and giving them the best care possible. My weekly schedule revolves around college, I have 3 classes a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There are usually long gaps between classes where I can check in on an animal or walk/feed them and I do not need to be at school all day. From Friday-Monday I have no scheduled commitments and can commit fully to looking after a higher maintenance pet. If you invite me into your home, I will be completely respectful of you animals routine and will do what it takes to keep that up for them. Whether it be walking, cuddles, playtime, baths, or anything else, as long as I have the information then I can do it. I prefer to have a document on hand of your pets needs, either digital or physical, so that I can provide the best care possible. With new animals my first objective is always to pay attention to their needs and communication styles so I can give them whatever they require. Establishing trust always comes first for me, with you and your animal. If you have any questions, needs, or concerns about care, please don't hesitate to bring them up with me. Daily updates through text can also be provided if that is something you would like while away.

Bobbi and I enjoy spending quality time together, be it playing in our fenced yard, going for long walks, or simply lounging indoors. I always take dogs out for potty break before me starting my day. At noon, I will let dogs to have a break in the yard. After work, I normally take dogs for a walk or go to the dog park for 40min-1hr. Before bed, there will be another short potty break. I live in a townhome with my partner where we have a fenced yard where my dog Bobbi always plays his balls there! No kids! No smoking! No drugs!

About: I have been a dog trainer for the past 26 years and I have had pets all my life. I know how important it is to find someone reliable to take care of your pet while you are at work, or away. I have had my fare share of dog walkers cancelling at the last minute so I know the frustration with finding a reliable and responsible person. I am now 50 years old and will be there for your dog or cat, as agreed and as needed. I recently lost my big Rhodesian Ridgeback. We hiked every day for his ten year life. He was a well trained (by me) but spoiled boy who slept in my bed and was allowed on the sofa. I would treat yours based on your own rules but they would be loved and completely cared for. I find myself not wanting another dog of my own just yet but wanting to take care of others while I have the time. * Doggy day care max 8 hrs * House sit/boarding 24 hours * Dog walking one hour * Home visits 20-30 minutes My schedule is open but new dogs I will book solo so we get to know each other first. I can do day or evening walks, any day of the week. Boarding would consist of walking your dog everyday, max 2 dogs at a time. I have a very large home in Westwood Plateau. I have a fenced yard that we can hang out in after our walks, which would usually be in the forest where they can be on or off leash once we get to know each other.

About: Loving pet carer with over 20 years experience with dogs and cats. I offer daytime walks, daycare at my home, drop ins, and overnight care. Being an at-home parent my hours are fairly flexible on weekdays, and on weekends by request. We currently have one kitten of our own living at home, your pet would have to be comfortable with that. IMPORTANT For stays in my home: I do have two children at home (a 6yr old and a 10yr old) so for any bookings at my home I can only take in pets who are comfortable being around children. They have grown up around dogs, cats, and farm animals. I always take care to ensure that pets have space for themselves and that the children treat them respectfully, but I am unable to take in pets that may be extremely timid or aggressive with children. I am a stay at home Mum, and work part-time at home. So my schedule is fairly flexible, pets are not left on their own unless it’s for short periods. I’m happy to work with clients to accommodate their drop off and pick up times. Dogs have access to our fully fenced yard and a park just down the block. I never let a dog outside in our yard without me being present. I work from home allowing my schedule to be flexible to help accommodate your needs. Available weekdays and weekends, can be available on short notice. have a fenced in yard, where dogs can enjoy supervised play and potty breaks. I am able to contain dogs or cats to my family room/kitchen or living room if needed and happy to accept crates if needed.

About: My partner and I have spent the past three years training and raising our mini poodle, Leo. He has grown into a well-socialized, friendly dog who loves meeting and spending time with other dogs. During this period, we took a break from Rover, but we are excited to return and welcome new pups into our home. He’ll be just as excited to welcome your dog into our home as we will be. Prior to Leo, we each had over 10 years of experience caring for friends’ and coworkers’ dogs. We’re attentive, patient, and comfortable reading canine body language, including signs of stress, discomfort, or aggression. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always our top priorities. Your pet will become part of our family while in our care. We integrate dogs into our daily routine so they feel safe, included, and loved. We work Monday to Friday from 9 to 5. From Monday to Thursday, we work from home, providing supervision, companionship, and regular breaks. On Fridays, I go into a pet-friendly office, and your dog is welcome to join me in a safe environment with space to play. We take Leo on three walks each day, and your dog would follow the same routine. Mornings include an hour-long walk with a visit to the dog park to run and burn energy, followed by breakfast, fresh water, and playtime with favourite toys. We respect each dog’s individual needs and adjust walks or activities for less active dogs or those with mobility considerations. With two of us, one can stay home while the other goes on a longer walk. On weekends, we enjoy trail walks or riverside strolls for enrichment and fresh air. Weather permitting, we spend as much time outdoors as possible. On rainy days, we focus on indoor engagement, enrichment toys, and mental stimulation to keep dogs happy and active. Our routine ensures structure, attention, and consistency so dogs in our care always feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Your pet will naturally become part of our family while they are with us. We integrate the dogs in our care into our daily life so they feel safe, included, and genuinely at home. We follow a structured routine that includes three walks per day, consistent feeding times, fresh water, and interactive play. After morning exercise, dogs are fed breakfast and given time to relax with their favourite toys. We are attentive to canine body language and monitor closely for any signs of stress or discomfort to ensure a positive environment. We always respect each dog’s individual needs. If your dog is less active or has mobility limitations, we adjust their walks and activity level accordingly. Since there are two of us, one can take Leo on a longer outing while the other provides your dog with a calmer pace and one on one attention. When caring for pets in a client’s home, we closely follow the owner’s established routines to maintain consistency and reduce stress.

About: I had my own dog for 12 years & grew up with animals. I have looked after family/friend’s dogs. I love animals and they love me. 🐾 I currently work full time Monday-Friday, and work from home Thursday & Friday. I am available Friday - Sunday, and if needed Thursdays if desperate. I live in a condo, and can care for pets by taking them out for walks/play. I can also crate animals if needed at clients home.

About: I used to have two boston terriers for 15+ years. When they passed away from old age it was really hard for me. They were healthy and just all around perfect dogs for me. I can’t describe with words how much I miss them. I’m not sure if I’ll ever be emotionally ready to own and lose my own dogs again. Right now I’m content with occasionally taking care of your dogs. Your dog/dogs can expect to be spoiled rotten with lots of affection, attentive care & mental stimulation. Any special needs can be catered to if informed ahead of time. All dogs must be house trained(except for puppies) and non aggressive towards other dogs and humans. Please bring all food, bed, toys etc to ensure your dog is not overwhelmed with too much change. I work from home full time typically from Monday to Friday 9-5. I have flexible schedule to take the dogs out for walks. It’s always nice to take a break from work. My place is usually very tidy and air conditioned. I make sure there aren’t any objects they can chew or swallow. Your dog will get one on one attention in a kid and other animal free environment.

About: My family and I are owners to a three year old big lab/mastiff cross who although is a gentle giant, can also get a bit crazy so if I can handle him I think I can handle anything. I’ve had a dog my whole life and I can’t imagine life without one. I have lots of experience dog sitting with both small and big dogs and there’s nothing I enjoy more than spending my days with them. When I am hanging out with the dogs I want them to feel totally at ease while keeping to their normal habits and routine, whether that be their normal walks, play time or snuggling. While you’re away from your pets they are missing you so I like to give them love and comfort while you’re gone.

I live in a big house and I have a fenced backyard. My house is dog proof and they are always supervised and loved :)

About: I have had all kinds of animals growing up from hamsters to cats & dogs so I’ve loved having animals all my life. I’ve also had a family dog (yorkie) at my moms who’s over 6 years that I adore and took care of before I moved out. My friends and family have relied on me to babysit or take care of their animals when ever I can and I am always happy to! I absolutely adore and love animals so I will always treat them like my own. I work full time from home only going into the office for a few hours twice a month therefore my schedule is flexible and allows me to fully attend to your pets’ needs. I currently have 2 cats at my place but I can place them in a different area for a few hours so message me & I will do my best to accommodate :) I will care for your pets as if they were my own, do my best to make them feel comfortable, and follow their regular routines as instructed. I provide bowls, doggy bags and anything else that is needed for a comfortable stay. My apartment is cozy, clean and safe.
