About: Hi, I am Heather and I have a big heart when it comes to dogs. They're unconditional love and happiness gives me great joy. I have been a dog owner all my life and have experience in taking care of senior dogs. I recently lost my beloved dogs aged 16 and 13 years old. I miss them very much. I now have one dog and his name is Sogeum. When the weather permits, I love to take Sogeum to the dog park(off leash) I am retired and most content staying at home. I am very flexible and can accommodate to your schedule and needs. You can drop off your pet anytime or I can pick up and drop them off also. I live on the ground level of my condo(900 sqft), It has a spacious patio with fenced in which they can enjoy fresh air anytime. I maintain a clean and comfortable space for them to rest and sleep.

I recently booked Darlee to care for my newly diagnosed diabetic cat, and we couldn't be happier with her service. She showed genuine care and took the time to understand my cat's specific needs, including monitoring her insulin levels and diet. Her patience and experience with pets, especially those with medical conditions, were evident. Darlee provided regular updates, ensuring I was informed about my cat's well-being. Both me and my husband highly recommend her to anyone in need of a compassionate and knowledgeable pet sitter. Thank you, Darlee for your outstanding care!

About: I have strong experience caring for dogs through both my personal life and volunteer work. Having grown up with dogs, I am very comfortable with daily routines like feeding, walking, and playtime, and I understand how to adjust to different personalities and energy levels. I also volunteered with Carlton County Animal Rescue in Duluth, MN, where I go to College and where I gained hands on experience working with a variety of dogs. I am reliable, attentive, and focused on making sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I am confident following routines and instructions, and I approach each dog with patience, care, and awareness of their individual needs. I am currently home from university for the summer until September, so I have a flexible schedule for pet care. As a hockey player, my days include gym and ice training, and early morning training means I am up early and ready to start the day. My training is spread throughout the day, which allows me to be available at multiple times for walks, check‑ins, or sitting. I’m available for mornings, midday, and evenings, and getting outside to walk and spend time with pets fits really well into my routine and is something I genuinely enjoy. When I provide pet care in my client’s home to keep pets comfortable in their own familiar environment and routine. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walking routines, and any specific care needs, to ensure consistency and minimize stress for your pet. I make sure pets always have fresh water, plenty of attention, and exercise based on their energy level. I’m attentive to their behaviour and well-being, and I prioritize keeping them safe, calm, and happy while you’re away. I also treat every home with respect—keeping it clean, secure, and exactly as you left it. My goal is to make both pets and owners feel comfortable and confident, knowing everything is being well taken care of.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have 4 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs. Raising my own reactive quarantine pup taught me patience, structure, and positive reinforcement. I helped her become calmer and more comfortable around people, animals, and busy environments through consistent socialization and exposure training. I’m attentive to each dog’s unique personality and committed to providing a safe, loving, and comfortable environment while you’re away. I am currently working part-time while focusing on online classes, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide attentive pet care. I prioritize keeping pets comfortable by following their normal routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions provided by owners. I always make sure pets have fresh water, a clean environment, and lots of attention while in my care.

About: I've been around dogs my entire life and have over three years of hands-on dog boarding experience. My first job was at a pet store, which helped build my knowledge of pet care, behavior, and health. I've also cared for my own dogs through surgeries, allergies, and other medical needs, giving me experience providing attentive, compassionate care for dogs of all ages and temperaments. I currently work-from-home for a TV Studio in Miami. I work via zoom so I am home most of the time. I love the flexibility my job brings, so I can care for my own fur babies, and now yours too. I have a fenced backyard. I live in a dog-friendly neighborhood where your baby will enjoy lovely walks. All pups can join us on our couches or beds.

About: I've always been around cats since I was a young child. My house never had any less than 3 cats at a time, and I was usually responsible for the food, litter and entertainment for them. I took that responsibility with great pride and would like to share that mentality with your kitty cat. I also volunteer with Katie's Place and have experience with kitties will all different sorts of needs such as diabetes, FIV+, seniors and general cat finicky behaviours. The same goes for dogs, I have had dogs my whole life as well from large German Shepards to tiny Pomeranians and I have loved them all the same. I frequently walk my dog Piper anywhere from 3-10kms a day depending on the heat and understand each pup requires different levels of care, love and compassion. Summer 2026 (July/August) I have quite open availability around my children's camps' and can be available on short notice. This may change in September however I can be quite flexible given the right circumstances. My yard is fully fenced and easily able to be supervised. Our garage, kitchen or living room is able to accommodate a dog crate if needed. All pets are fed separately however my pets do not currently have any food aggressions to date.

About: I have trained dogs and horses since I was a teenager and bred Basset Hounds for over 10 yrs. I love, and have worked with most breeds of dog, and am comfortable with giving shots, meds, and walking/working with hard-to-control pets. I love to snuggle and I personally walk about 10km/day. I have an 11-year-old female Basset named Barney that loves all dogs and cats and has helped me with training many times over the years..... including calming feral cats that I fostered. I love all new experiences, and can't wait to meet your pet. I travel a lot, but if you give me enough notice for a long stay I can usually make it work. I do have an older female Basset hound who is very friendly that would need to come with me. I prefer longer stays (weekly or monthly) while you're away. In your home, I am happy to work with whatever rules you have. I don't mind going for walks or to the park if your dog is good in the car and with other pets. I need to bring Barney with me, she cant be left alone for long periods of time.

About: Your pets will get the same care, affection, and attention I give my own. I’ve cared for animals my entire life and truly see them as family. I have two golden retrievers, Oscar (10) and a playful 2 year old named Jasper, so I’m very comfortable with both energetic puppies and senior dogs. I’ve also dog sat up to three Chihuahuas at a time and a high energy Labrador, so I can handle pets of all sizes and energy levels with patience and care. Since childhood, I’ve rescued and fostered animals, including three tiny ginger kittens I nursed back to health. That hands on experience taught me how to read an animal’s needs, whether it’s playtime, comfort, or space. I always go above and beyond because I genuinely love what I do. I provide consistent, loving care for pets of all ages and sizes. Daily walks, playtime, and attention are always part of their routine with me. I absolutely love spending time with dogs! On walks, I make sure they get exercise, fresh air, and a fun, safe outing. While house sitting, I follow their usual routine, feeding, walks, and lots of attention, so they feel happy and secure at home. Every dog is unique, and I enjoy getting to know their personality, giving them love, play, and reassurance while their owners are away. Being with pets isn’t just work for me; it’s something I genuinely enjoy every day.

About: Growing up, I had the absolute joy of taking care of a Schnauzer, and that's honestly where my love for animals really took off! It was such a rewarding experience that sparked my passion for pet care. I'm so excited to meet your furry friend and give them all the love and attention they deserve! 🐾 Over the years, I've built up a lot of experience with cats! I've looked after several of my friends' cats on many occasions, and most recently, I completed a cat-sitting stay for over three weeks while my friend was away on vacation. I took care of everything — feeding, playtime, and making sure they were happy and comfortable the whole time! 🐱 I'm a huge lover of both dogs and cats, and I'm happy to care for pets of any size — big or small, I love them all equally! I genuinely enjoy the company of animals and always make it my priority to ensure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and right at home while their owner is away. You can count on me to treat your fur baby like my very own! 🐶❤️ Sadly, I am currently working full-time! I am mostly free after 5 pm during the weekdays! I am free on weekends. please feel free to send me a message so we can discuss the schedule! I am not able to pet boarding since many places are not pet friendly. However, I will make sure that your pet feels safe and comfortable. I will send multiple photos by hourly to make sure you feel safe while you are away

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
