About: A lifelong animal lover you can trust ❤️ Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with both dogs and cats, and caring for animals has always come naturally to me. If I’ve ever come across a lost or loose dog, my first instinct has always been to help. I’ve taken dogs home and cared for them until their owners could be found. I currently have a 3.5 year old cat who is my whole world, and six chickens, so I’m very comfortable with the responsibility and daily care that comes with having animals depend on you. I’ve also dog-sat for friends and family many times over the past several years, including having dogs stay in my care. When your pet is with me, I treat them like they’re my own. I understand that leaving your pets with someone else can be stressful, so my goal is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I’m attentive to their individual personalities, routines, feeding schedules, exercise needs, and quirks. I’d love the opportunity to get to know your pets and give them the same patience, attention, and affection I would want someone to give my own animals. 🐾 Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I work primarily from home, so I have a flexible schedule and am able to dedicate time throughout the day to caring for pets. I’m available during the daytime for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and companionship, and I can also provide house sitting depending on the dates and needs. I’m happy to build my schedule around a pet’s normal routine rather than expecting them to fit into mine. Because I’m home often, I’m able to give pets plenty of attention and I’m not looking to rush in and out. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so caring for them is something I look forward to rather than simply another job. I’m happy to care for pets either in my home or in their own home, depending on the service and what makes the pet most comfortable. My home has a fully fenced yard, so dogs staying with me can have safe outdoor time, play, and exercise. I also have a cat of my own, so I’m very mindful of making sure any animals in my home are comfortable and safely separated when needed. Because my cat is not currently comfortable around dogs, I would only accept dogs into my home when I’m confident the arrangement will be safe and stress-free for everyone. For house sitting and drop-in visits, I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. I’ll make sure they’re fed according to their schedule, have fresh water, receive appropriate exercise and playtime, and get plenty of attention and companionship. I’ll also take care of litter boxes, medications if needed, and any other normal household or pet-care routines you provide. My priority is always to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away.

About: I have trained dogs and horses since I was a teenager and bred Basset Hounds for over 10 yrs. I love, and have worked with most breeds of dog, and am comfortable with giving shots, meds, and walking/working with hard-to-control pets. I love to snuggle and I personally walk about 5km/day. I have an 12-year-old female Basset named Barney that loves all dogs and cats and has helped me with training many times over the years..... including calming feral cats that I fostered. I love all new experiences, and can't wait to meet your pet. I travel a lot, but if you give me enough notice for a long stay I can usually make it work. I do have an older female Basset hound who is very friendly that would need to come with me. I prefer longer stays (weekly or monthly) while you're away. In your home, I am happy to work with whatever rules you have. I don't mind going for walks or to the park if your dog is good in the car and with other pets. I need to bring Barney with me, she cant be left alone for long periods of time.

All they really need is to be treated like family with love, respect and care I work until 3:30 daily which leaves half my day and my evenings free to care for whatever needs and wants your pets may have. About: I’ve been around animals for most of my life and grew up in a home with multiple pets, so caring for cats and dogs has always been a natural part of my daily routine. Over the years, I’ve gained plenty of hands-on experience with feeding, walking, playing, grooming, cleaning litter boxes, and making sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I’m familiar with different personalities and energy levels, from playful and energetic pets to shy, independent, or older animals that may need a calmer approach. I understand how important it is to be patient and pay attention to each pet’s individual habits, body language, and routine. My neighbors have also trusted me to care for their pets when they travel for longer periods of time. During those visits, I help with feeding, fresh water, walks, litter box cleaning, playtime, companionship, and keeping an eye on their overall well-being. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully and try to keep each pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, and I treat every pet I care for with the same attention, patience, and affection I would give my own pets. I’m currently working part-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets. For drop-in visits, I will carefully follow all of your instructions, including feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes, potty breaks, playtime, and giving medication if needed. I will also check that doors, windows, and gates are secure before leaving. During each visit, I’m happy to send photos and updates so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: Animals have always held a very special place in my heart. I have spent the last 5 years not only working in veterinary medicine to further my education, but loving the pets and animals I have been lucky enough to meet. I have cared for pets belonging to family and friends like their my own, and strongly believe all companion animals deserve that same level of love and respect. I am currently working part time and have been spending my off time enjoying the routes and trails around town. I have added my grandmother’s lovely two dogs to that mix, and I’m ready to add even more furry friends to my daily walk routines I use fear free handling techniques that have been learned through veterinary medicine experience. I am able to safely fit harnesses and use leads/leashes appropriately. In the past, I have taken detailed notes of routines families use in home and outdoors for their pets.

My family had multiple pets since before I can remember, including dogs, cats, goats, bunnies and birds !
