About: I grew up around all kinds of animals, dogs more specifically. My family was a take in and care kind, from helping out friends and family’s pets. I took care of many size dogs and even quite a few were my own dogs. I recently moved to BC and wanted to start out with a nice small job, also something I know and love to do take care of dogs! I can fit a visit or a walk into my schedule pretty easily. I currently cannot have dogs in my home, however I’m more than willing to stop by for visits in you home take your dog out to relieve themselves or let out some energy with a nice walk around your neighborhood.
About: I have a deep love for animals and for treating them with love and respect. I am patient, kind, and fun. Growing up, we had many kittens and puppies that we raised and nurtured to be fine adult cats and dogs. I’m currently transitioning from a high pressure corporate career to a more relaxed and peaceful phase and have lots of time available for pet sitting, walking and checking in. I’m available most days and evenings, including weekends. I can care for pets in their homes, I am conscientious of what pet parents require. I appreciate clear communication. I’m also happy to care for elderly pets or those who require special attention.

“Ashley was nothing short of amazing. It was my first time using the site and Ashley was always in communication which I greatly appreciated. Thank you Ashley hugs from Curah and Hannah”

I love discovering each pet’s unique personality - whether they’re playful, shy, or somewhere in between. Your fur baby will be treated like royalty and my new little bestie, with plenty of love, attention, and affection. Think massages, gentle scratches, belly rubs (if invited!), and a calm, comforting presence so they feel safe, happy, and truly cared for while you’re away. It is important to me that your fur baby feels safe and loved, and you feel confident that your pet is being well-taken care of by someone who will shower them with love.
“Hilary is amazing with your fur babies. She made me feel at ease each day with pictures and notes. She is easy to deal with and listens to instructions. Highly recommend 👌”

About: From a young age I have always had a love for animals. At age 11 I got my first puppy, a Great Dane named Lucy. Lucy ended up having severe reactivity towards other dogs. Through her I quickly realized I had a passion and natural talent for dog training and soon decided to pursue a career in the training field. I have dabbled in many sports such as flyball, agility, rally, nosework, disc, and even some lure coursing! I rescued a dog of my very own in 2014, a very anxious, high energy, one year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Charles. I didn't give up on Charlie, and through training, lots of structure in his daily outings, and patience, Charlie is still my beloved companion years later. I learnt so much through Charlie, and I believe strongly that the best way to have a healthy, happy dog is through a balance of exercise, enrichment, training, and a positive bond with their owner, and hope to help people enjoy each and everyday with their canine friends! I specifically love specifically to work with German Shepherd and Shepherd mixes, as a “Shepherd Person” myself and have lots of experience with large, strong, and reactive dogs. My Resume Includes: -NESDECA Certified Detection Dog Team/Handler -12+ Years of dog training and walking experience -Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT, PCTIA Certified, Good Dog Academy) -Graduate of Holly and Hugo Academy's Animal Psychology, Pet Adoption, Pet Nutrition, Animal Training and Pet Sitting, and Dog Grooming courses -Taken Dr Ian Dunbar's Crucial Concepts in Dog behaviour and Training (Over 10 hours of lecture) -Senior Trainer at SpiritDog Training I currently work as a trainer. Previously I used to do dog walking but stopped over the pandemic. I’ve missed it and would like to take on a small group of clients to get back into walking and walk & trains! I treat all pets as if they were my own and pride myself that my clients dogs will receive all the same effort and care as my own dogs do, and the level of care I would expect my dogs to receive in the care of others.

About: I have a Beautiful Border Collie called Cheto I have been worked in Mexico with a "Adopta un Amigo" organization where we promote the homeless adoption culture, rescue, cure and sterilize them, after that process carefully select their future human friends, We ensure that dogs stay in the best hands. For me it would be very helpful to take care of dogs here in Vancouver Feeding and providing fresh water. A walk or play session for exercise and mental stimulation. Quality bonding time like cuddling or playing. Quick check-in for water and playtime. Provide meals according to the pet’s dietary needs and schedule. Ensure fresh, clean water is available at all times. Offer daily walks, backyard play, or indoor games to keep the pet active and engaged. Provide mental stimulation through toys, puzzles, or training sessions.
“I recently booked Darlee to care for my newly diagnosed diabetic cat, and we couldn't be happier with her service. She showed genuine care and took the time to understand my cat's specific needs, including monitoring her insulin levels and diet. Her patience and experience with pets, especially those with medical conditions, were evident. Darlee provided regular updates, ensuring I was informed about my cat's well-being. Both me and my husband highly recommend her to anyone in need of a compassionate and knowledgeable pet sitter. Thank you, Darlee for your outstanding care!”

“Morgan quickly developed an amazing rappport with Jackson. Jackson is quite slow in feeling comfortable with new people and very stand-offish. He warmed up to Morgan so nicely. He appeared in many videos and pictures which kept me at peace being away from my boy. Morgan followed all the household directions; mail, watering plants, recycling, etc. Morgan was communicative and available throughout the booking. I recommend Morgan to other "pet parents".”

“Mya was absolutely amazing with our anti-social chihuahua + our own anxious selves (this was our first time hiring a petsitter). She was so compassionate and patient with our doggy and worked to earn his trust, which is incredible because he does NOT like many people. She did an amazing job communicating with us while we were away (sending pictures and wee stories), and just overall, this was a 10/10 experience for us. We are so grateful we found her and would hire her again in a heartbeat!”

About: Hi! I’m a solo pet sitter in my 40s with a flexible and sometimes unpredictable work schedule, but one thing that never changes is how much love and care your pets will receive while they’re with me. I’m a university graduate currently working in the casual pool with the Mission Public School District, which means some days I may get called in to work, while other days I’m home spending all day with your pets. No matter what my workday looks like, your pets will always be well cared for. Walks, meals, cuddles, playtime, and quality attention are always a priority before and after any shifts. Because of my current living situation, I’m not able to have pets of my own right now, which is part of why pet sitting has become so special to me. I absolutely love getting to spend time with animals, and I’m lucky to have built amazing relationships with many repeat clients and their pets. Some even trust me enough to keep a key to their home so I can take their dogs out on adventures, even when I’m not actively sitting for them — including one local RCMP family, which is something I truly appreciate and never take for granted. When staying in your home, I come fully prepared with all of my own essentials, including bedding, towels, food, toiletries, laundry supplies, and anything else I may need during my stay. I’m proud to offer a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space for everyone, including all members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. 🏳️🌈💞 I have recently graduated university and been hiring in the Mission Public School District into their casual pool. I could be out of the house to shifts anywhere from 7:30am to 4pm. The amount of time I’m out of the house will depend on your location in reaction to the district. Additional fees may be added depending on your distance outside of Maple Ridge. I care for pets in a client’s home by maintaining their normal routines as closely as possible, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed while their owners are away. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, medication if needed, lots of affection, and making sure they have companionship and attention throughout the day. I treat every client’s home with respect and come fully prepared with my own personal belongings and supplies for my stay. I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and attentive to both pets and their unique needs. My goal is always to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both you and your pets.
“Many thanks to Vivian for agreeing to do a drop-in on a short notice. She kept me updated with messages and photos as usual. Vivian also put my computer cables away from the kitties-much appreciated! I’m very happy with the service and attention to detail. I’ll continue to use Vivian’s petsitting service in the future.”

“Hailey is great every time. We have used her services several times in 2025 and hope to work with her in 2026. She is great at taking time to know the pets and always lets me know their moods and how they are warming up to her. It's great to know she cares and it's not just a check in to feed and scoop litter! I really appreciate the extra attention she provides. Thanks so much!!”

I was very happy with the way that Aaron took care of my senior kitties - especially my Stoli who has kidney disease and so needs extra attention to encourage him to eat and drink. They hit it off right away, I was confident in Aaron‘s ability as soon as I saw how well he related to my cats!
