Best of all, Liz sent me regular updates via text message with photos & videos of Lucy so I am assured she's doing great and it also made me a part of the fun the two of them were having. “Hyoungjin and Soyoung were absolutely amazing with our high-energy Australian Shepherd, Joey. From the very start, they made him feel comfortable, which is not always easy because Joey is shy and normally needs time to warm up to new caretakers. We were so happy to see that he bonded with them quickly and truly enjoyed staying in their care. They kept him active and entertained with all his favorite games, including frisbee, ball fetch, and tug-of-war. It was clear that he had a great time playing with them every day. They also took him on regular walks and made sure he received plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Joey even had the chance to socialize and play with another dog that was being boarded, which was a wonderful bonus for both his confidence and energy. Throughout the week, we received thoughtful updates that showed how much care and attention they gave him. When we picked him up, he was happy, well-exercised, and completely at ease. He was excited to see us, but we could also tell he would not have minded staying longer because he was having so much fun. If you are looking for caretakers who go above and beyond, especially for high-energy or slightly shy dogs, Hyoungjin and Soyoung are the perfect choice. We trust them completely and would book them again without hesitation. Thank you, Hyoungjin and Soyoung, for giving Joey such a fun and loving home away from home.”

“Kris took wonderful care of my dog, Mylo while I was away on a vacation. She offered to meet up with me and my dog at a park prior to leaving my pet with her. This really helped me feel comfortable since I had never used the Rover App before, and was a little nervous about leaving my pet with a stranger. Once I was away, Kris provided great updates on how my pet was doing along with adorable pictures. Additionally, she was very thoughtful and careful to help my dog stay cool when B.C. was affected by an extreme heat dome while I was away. I would absolutely leave my dog with Kris again as I know he received the very best care.”
