Dog Walking Maple Ridge

About: I have taken care of a few dachshunds and miniature pinchers for friends and family for about 6 years. Feeding, walking, and playing with them. I have grown up with cats as well. I believe that it is important to take each pet's individual personality and preferences into account when caring for them. I have experience with dogs with disabilities, more specifically I have been taking care of a dachshund with IVDD for 2 years, helping him get around and giving medication. He had 4 spinal surgeries over the past 2 years. I currently work for Rocky Mountaineer train, which is a seasonal job (April until mid October). I work from Friday to Monday. My open availability will be every Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. I own a pet ramp for easy access to furniture that is accessible to small or disabled animals. If your pet needs medication, I encourage a detailed instructive list on how to make your pet as comfortable as possible for a swift recovery. Over all, my main goal is to make your pet feel safe and happy when the owner is away. I have 2 years experience with disabled dogs.

About: Our favorite activity are spending time with dogs and going for a nature walks. I have experience with taking care of small to large dogs and I know it requires versatility, patience, and a genuine love for animals! Being able to adapt to the needs of different breeds and sizes, I am committed to providing the best care possible for your dog! My husband and I rotate working from home Monday-Friday. So someone is always home with the dogs. On weekends we are available for all the time for your dog! We would go for a nice walk in a park or go to a dog park if that is your preference. My dog is very friendly and loves the company of other dogs. We live in a townhouse with a fenced yard, so potty breaks will be not a problem! I love to make your dog feel like they are home away from home. Just like a vacation for your dog as well! I would ensure your dog is kept clean and comfy. I provide daily simple cleaning everyday after walks and potty time. Dusty and I look forward to meeting your dog soon!! We are CPR Certified. My husband and I have a great setup for dog sitting! Working from home provides us with flexibility to spend quality time with the dogs we care for, including playtime and walks. This ensures that dog receive plenty of attention and exercise throughout the day, which is essential for our well-being and happiness. When we are not working on weekends, we like to go for a nice long walk or a hike in Golden ears park. We have a fenced yard to provide a safe and secure space for your dog to play and exercise, while the presence of our friendly Shih Tzu can offer companionship and socialization for the visiting dog. Additionally, I am committed to ensure the comfort and safetly of our canine guest and crate dog if needed.

About: I was a Vet assistant for 7 years, before going to school to be a unit clerk in the hospitals. I have a ton of medical knowledge to provide extra safety for your little ones. Currently we have no animals in our home due to having young kids. They are extremely interested in pets and we will get one when the time in right. For now we would love to enjoy the company of other families pets. All dog walking will be with NO kids. Currently working part time hours. I work till 3pm and live close by. I have extra time for walking and cuddles. Boarding as well. Can help with pick up and drop off with discussion. We live in a 1100 sq foot condo with a large deck. We have half our deck covered in grass for emergencies. We have no pets, so there is no worry for dog aggressive pets. We have them a lot.

About: Hi there! My name is Nicole, and I'm a 38-year-old Etsy shop owner in Maple Ridge. I've had family dogs my entire life, ranging from 8-25 lbs. And my wife, Nikki, and I have been sharing full-time Dog Mom duties for over 5 years. In October 2025, we lost our good boy, Eddie, after a long decline during which I learned to comfortably administer insulin. Now, our sweet rescue girl, Moxy (age 9 or 10), has no fur friends to spend time with. While not required, I prefer to care for dogs who are comfortable with Moxy tagging along for walks and house-sits. She is a well behaved, house-trained, 9-year-old Maltese-Mini Schnauzer mix who is, as we like to say, "just happy to be there." She is good with most dogs, but becomes avoidant of dogs who get overly excited and rough. She plays very gently. I am available for dog walks, drop ins or day sits anytime after 9am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Mondays and Thursdays are my focused work days, so I am only available after 5pm. I am also available for pet sitting any day of the week, as long as your pets are able to be left alone for up to 4 hours per day on weekdays. For new clients, I would like to schedule an in person meet-and-greet to ensure we are a good fit for each other. I can provide you with frequent updates, along with cute photos and videos so you can feel assured that your pets are well cared for. I work from home, meaning your pets will rarely be alone. They will get walks, belly rubs, potty breaks, and play time as desired. My work schedule is mostly flexible, allowing me to give your dog or cat plenty of attention and care throughout the day. My job requires about 15 hours per week of focused time spent at my home office. That work is usually done on Mondays and Thursdays, however, I can spread it out over the week to decrease the time that I'd need to be away from your pets if your trip falls on those days. You know your pet(s) best, so we can discuss the preferred way for me to accommodate them. Please let me know if you're comfortable with our well-behaved, house-trained, small dog Moxy visiting your house or joining for walks with your dog(s). She'd love the socialization. But if it's a no, that's okay. At this time, I'm not able to board pets at our home, but I'm happy to come spend time with your dogs in the comfort of their home.

About: I have always had a strong love for animals. My professional experience is limited but I have plenty of personal experience and as my place doesn’t allow me to have a doggo, I am looking to walk dogs in my spare time as I am very new to Rover I am very excited!! Note: I can help you with a variety of animals, not exclusive to dogs. I just finished my degree and am now have a job that allows me to work from home so my schedule is very flexible! I can accommodate dog walking, drop in visits & overnight care into my routine. My number one priority with animal care is to make sure they are always getting the attention and love they need. Building trust with animals is very important, and I do that by providing them with the best experience possible. I can handle bigger dogs as long as they aren’t very aggressive. About: Hi! A little bit about me, I’ve been looking after family and friends dogs for over a year. I figured with the summer getting hotter and everyone busy I would love to help you and your furry loved ones get their walks and stay hydrated while your at work or vacation:) I’m currently working part time in Maple Ridge, but have 2 days off within the week always. The schedule is sometimes different but can always let you know ahead of time. I’m usually always free afternoons or after 6 I will always make sure to ask if there is any accommodations needed or rules before entering or leaving the property. Ex.
