About: I've had chickens, ducks, indoor birds, dogs and cats throughout my life, and understand most animals basic needs as well as how to effectively communicate with/for them and I am capable of accommodating for a variety of pets. :] I'm free most of the time so I'm able to do pretty much any job in my area at anytime and for extended periods, as long as I have proper notice. I have my own cat who I help take care of, but he's also cared for by 3 other people I live with and I work other odd jobs that may come up but generally I am available and I keep my calendar up to date. I can currently only take jobs outside my home, but I understand what it means to respect the privacy and safety of the clients home/household, and how to respect an animals boundaries in terms of meeting new people or experiencing a change in environment. I have had multiple rescue animals, some who were very resistant to certain types of interactions due to trauma with previous owners. I know many animals may experience similar anxieties and I will respect the boundaries of the individual pet, and closely follow the personal care instructions provided by the owner. I am less experienced with animals that have special needs or require medication, but I am happy to learn and accommodate for any pet I can!

Our routine is an early morning walk, bathroom break and feeding. Then the dogs have time to play with each other or relax. I will often take the dogs to the dog park or for a hike. We provide another walk in the evening and feeding again. I adapt and accommodate for dogs who need a specialized schedule. I also adjust the activities and the length of walks based on the size and age of the dogs staying with me. This is very similar to what I have described above. I have been dog sitting for a long time and I have a good understanding of animal behaviours, breeds and needs. About: I have dogs of different breeds in my home since I was 7 years old. I have been taking care for dogs of all ages for over 17 years. I work from home 3 days a week, so I am open to come during lunch break or after work, also I often home on the weekend. It depends on the animal. I can take the cage with an animal home. Mostly open to provide service at pet's owner place. Generally cats do not like to be taken to a different home.
