About: I have been caring for dogs for over four years, from energetic puppies to calm medium sized dogs. I love animals, but while I am finishing my bachelors degree, my schedule is very full, and I would never want to give a dog anything less than the time and attention they deserve. We were very happy how things went with Deb and Ginger. Deb was so caring and let Ginger be herself. She can be a little anxious but was relaxed when we got home. Deb took her for walks and car rides which are her favourite! And endlessly played with her and her toys. She sent updates daily as I was a little nervous leaving her and that helped immensely. The house was neat and tidy on our return as well. I would highly recommend Deb and will definitely have her take care of Ginger again..
Grishma was very responsive and sent me so many pictures during the house sitting stay. She came twice a day for 2 hours at a home and Sent me in depth updates each visit and was very patient! My kitties warmed up to her fast which is a green flag! Definitely using her for a babysitter every time!
I'm so lucky to have Puneet! My fur baby absolutely loves her and I truly appreciate that she spends quality time playing with him, exercising him (he's a big ball of endless energy) and making sure that he's well fed (including treats) and that he's ok before she leaves. She's so accommodating and flexible which I truly appreciate because she genuinely cares and wants to make sure my dog is taken care of (especially the times that I'm really in a bind). She's very knowledgeable and knows how to handle dogs and reads body language very well to anticipate what my dog wants. There isn't anyone else that I would trust with my fur baby. I really appreciate that she responds quickly and she's very patient and understanding with my OCD requests. She even has my dogs morning and evening routine (with many steps) down packed and gives me a detailed breakdown of what they did and how he's doing. She is the best doggysitter that I've ever had and will only go to. She treats each dog she looks after like her own and you can tell that she genuinely loves doing what she does (not just a job or pay cheque). Her knowledge about dogs amazes me and the fact that she's worked with dogs in previous jobs and finished a vet assistant program is impressive and makes me feel comfortable knowing that she would know what to do if something were to ever happen with my dog when I'm not there. I double recommend her to anyone!
We had Lorna back again to watch our grumpy little old man dachshund and I swear she’s part dog whisperer, part magician. Tucker even walked over to her looking for pets - willingly - and then stayed there enjoying them. I genuinely don’t know who this version of him is. He usually tolerates people at best, but she somehow got VIP couch snuggles, and I am both shocked and deeply impressed. She also continues to be super thoughtful and accommodating - great with communication, flexible with timing, and always prioritizing what’s best for Tucker (like sitting in our home instead of daycare). We love her. Tucker apparently loves her. 10/10 would book again (and again, and again).
