“Alison took great care of my cat, Hank, and my home, while I was away for two weeks. Her communication was excellent, sending regular pictures and updates on what her and Hank were up to. She also left my place immaculate. I will definitely rebook Alison in the future.”

About: Dogs and cats have always been special to me. Your furry family members are safe in my care. Check-ins, feedings, and medicine applications are all in my repertoire. I'm a BC native, new to the island. I'm a mortgage broker and have plenty of spare time, so pet sitting fits right into my lifestyle. I'll be there for your beloved family members when they need me. Walkings, feedings, medicine applications, pets, snuggles, and other common means of care are certainly available. I can also teach common tricks, if you have any requests.

“Kelsey was so amazing with my pup Luna. Always updated me and sent me pictures everyday. She is so caring and kind. I will definitely be asking her to care for Luna again soon! Thanks Kelsey!!!”

“Coranne arrived early to get familiar with Aspen. She bonded with Aspen and Aspen's doggie friend immediately. She gave them lots of tender loving care as well as massage. The dogs just love that. Aspen certainly enjoyed the long walk with Coranne. I can see that Aspen was a little sad when Coranne left. I will definitely ask Coranne to come back to look after Aspen and I have no problem recommending her to others.”

“Katherine agreed to sit for us last minute, which allowed us to visit our grandchildren in red deer. She was good caring for our nervous senior dog, and sent us regular feedback and pictures. She left out home nice and tidy. We will be having her sit again for us at the end of December!”
“Wow! Theo went above and beyond house sitting for my 2 cats. I booked very last minute and he impressed me, and calmed my nerves. I feel so lucky to have found Theo and have no reason to book anyone else on rover in the future. I highly recommend Theo!!”

“Haley just spent another 6 nights hanging with our two girls (cat and dog) and they are always so well taken care of. Thank you Haley for going for long walks and having lots of play time. They love you SO much!”

“We hired Tamara to dog sit our puppy on our wedding night. Our dog had just sustained a foot injury and was bandaged up from the vet. On top of that he is a diabetic dog and requires daily insulin injections so we needed someone to take care of him at our wedding venue. Tamara did such an amazing job caring for todo on our big day, allowing us to soak in the night and relax. Every time we came to check in on him he looked so happy and calm. It was a long night and Tamara was so attentive to all his needs making sure he was comfortable in his current state. I would highly recommend Tamara to anyone looking for someone to take special care of their beloved pet(s). She truly is a life saver !”

About: I've been caring for dogs my whole life. When my family adopted a grey wolf / German shepherd mix, she became my guardian and best friend (see second photo). I love larger breeds (although teensy lil scaredy dogs are a speciality of mine, too!). I'm the perfect mix of loving and clear, dogs know who's boss. 😎 I am a graphic designer and dance instructor. I work from home most days, sometimes in the evenings and occasionally travel for larger events. My schedule is a bit all over the place, but I'm generally home M-F 9-5. I live in a medium sized apartment with no other pets. We have a large, unfenced yard, and live one block from a dog park. There is room for a crate, but it's my preference to have dogs free roam around with me.

Audrey pet sat for us for 17 days and she did a truly outstanding job. We had never left Rory with someone we did not know before so we were naturally very concerned, but we couldn’t have been happier with the care he received. Rory is an older dog with a myriad of health issues and a complicated medication schedule. Audrey handled this challenge easily, with calmness and confidence. She eased the stress and the anxiety we felt over leaving Rory for this extended time period. She kept in close contact with us and sent many reassuring updates and photos and videos of Rory. What we saw was a happy, relaxed little boy who was in very capable hands. He looked great, obviously happy and very comfortable with Audrey. I would not hesitate in recommending her to others. Audrey is very reliable, very capable and caring, everything you would want in a person you would entrust to care for your pet.

Roberta was fantastic. She arrived super early before we left for our flight. She gave me multiple photo updates every day and our dog absolutely loved her. We came home to a clean house and she even did extra things like taking out our garbage cans and washing the bedding. Thanks so much!

What can we say. She is an unbelievable dog sitter. Our aussies just loved her. And we are sure the three of them miss her. From there feeding needs to playing ball at 7am, to giving them a bath . Our family loves Stephanie and will definitely have her back next vacation
Shyrelle was great! She watched our dog for one day. We then felt very comfortable having her watch our dog at our place for 5 days while we were out of town. She took extra care, as our dog can feel anxious while we are away. She kept us regularly updated with pictures & his well-being. Her kind nature put us & our dog at ease. Our place was found as we left it on our return. We would highly recommend. Thank you Shyrelle!
This is our 3rd time having Sam stay over and take care of our dogs, and it was just as great as the last two. Both of our dogs are senior and need some special care, and she made sure it was done. If she was unsure, she confirmed with us to make sure before moving forward. She also sent us pictures while we were away, and it made us comfortable to know they were getting care. She also washed the towels and sheets the day we got back, so we did not need to do it ourselves, as we got in at 11 PM. I would highly recommend Sam for overnight stays.
