About: I was born and raised on the farm, surrounded by animals from my youngest years. I have learned how to take care of chickens and cows before I learned to write. During my life I have been around and taken care of most common types of pets, including large parrots and reptiles (proud snake owner myself). I’d probably have easier time living without people than without animals! So be assured I will to take care of your furry/feathery/scaly friends as if they’re my own I am currently doing freelance, so I’m free most of the time and will have no problem staying with your pet for the whole day or even overnight I will make sure to follow any instructions you give me to take care of your pet. I am more than happy to do play sessions to keep your friend entertained and/or take them for a walk. I can also prepare home made food if that’s something your pet requires. Just give me a recipe!

About: I’ve shared my life with dogs for over 15 years, so I’ve seen it all from the energetic zoomies to the peaceful senior naps. Currently, I’m a proud parent of two lovely dogs, which means I’m an expert at managing different personalities and double the excitement at once. Whether it's a long walk, a strict feeding schedule, or just some quality belly rubs, I treat every guest like my own. My experience isn't just about 'watching' dogs; it's about understanding their cues and making sure they feel safe and loved while you're away. As a dedicated dog owner, my daily routine is already built around walks and playtime. I integrate pet care seamlessly into my life because, honestly, a day without a dog feels incomplete to me! I am highly reliable and punctual with feeding and medication schedules. I’m available for walking & check ins and will provide you with frequent photo updates so you can see exactly how much fun (and napping) your furry friend is having. Your pup will be in calm, experienced, and very capable hands! As a homeowner myself, I deeply understand the importance of maintaining a clean and respectful living environment. I apply the same high standards and often even higher ones when staying at or visiting a client’s home. I naturally treat other people’s belongings with more care than my own.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have 4 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs. Raising my own reactive quarantine pup taught me patience, structure, and positive reinforcement. I helped her become calmer and more comfortable around people, animals, and busy environments through consistent socialization and exposure training. I’m attentive to each dog’s unique personality and committed to providing a safe, loving, and comfortable environment while you’re away. I am currently working part-time while focusing on online classes, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide attentive pet care. I prioritize keeping pets comfortable by following their normal routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions provided by owners. I always make sure pets have fresh water, a clean environment, and lots of attention while in my care.

About: I am extremely passionate about animal care and have grown up with dogs my entire life, as as well as a variety of other pets. Being around animals is something that comes to me naturally! Over the years I have undergone hands-on experiences pet sitting for friends and family around the Lower Mainland; this include caring for young puppies who require extra attention and patience. I am extremely organized, attentive and adaptable with every animal I care for. Every pet has different needs depending on their personality and routine, and I make an effort to adapt my care in a way that is shaped to them; this might mean sticking to a schedule, reinforcing basic training and boundaries, or helping your pet express their extra energy in a safe way. In addition to pet care, I have over five years of babysitting experience that has taught me to be reliable, communicative, and detail oriented. I ensure owners feel at ease with their pet in my care by providing regular updates and being responsive. I pride myself in treating every pet like they are my own fur baby! As a student taking online courses, I have an extremely flexible schedule. I am available for dog walking and check-ins most weekdays and weekends and can pet sit most nights and weekends. Please check my calender to see my most recent availability! My priority is to accommodate you and your pet’s needs! In your home, I focus on ensuring that their routine is as normal and stress-free as possible, whether this be a regurlarily scheduled walk or a hyperspecific bedtime routine. I am also an extremely organized and tidy person, and I will ensure that I leave your house in spotless condition. For walking services, I am open to exploring local neighbourhoods or driving down to nearby hiking paths depending on how adventurous your little buddy is feeling. Safety is always my priority when it comes to walking; I pay close attention to dog energy levels, behaviors, and comfort levels around other animals and in various environments. I ensure that leashes, harnesses and collars are always secure and comfortable, and maintain a pace appropriate for your dog's needs.

About: What sets me apart is my calm, consistent approach with animals. I focus on making dogs feel safe, relaxed, and understood on their walks. I’m reliable with routines and pay attention to each dog’s pace and behaviour, rather than rushing or treating walks as a quick task. Pet care fits well into my schedule because I currently have flexibility on certain days of the week, especially Thursdays and some flexible hours in between. I plan my availability carefully so I can be consistent and reliable for scheduled walks. I provide pet care in the client’s home by following their routines closely and making sure their pet feels comfortable in their familiar environment. For dog walking, I focus on safe, consistent walks tailored to the dog’s energy level and needs. I respect each home and treat it with care and professionalism.

This girl! Karen is mature enough to fully trust to care for two of the most important dogs in the world. The minute she walked in the door, I could see that Karen was a natural dog person. She was calm and didn't get the dogs all wound up with baby talk. Her voice with them was steady and assured. Dudley and Daisy obviously had a great time with her on their walk. They were tired and happy. Karen really is a joy!

Due to my multi-pet home, your dog must get along with other animal companions please! We are a no war-zone household 😁 I have been offering boarding services for all types of dogs over the last several have been loving every minute of it. Unfortunately at this time I am unable to board large breed dogs, but may make exceptions (pls message me!). Because I already have 2 dogs, I limit boarding to 1 dog at a time, however may make an exception for dogs from the same family. During your pup’s stay, they can expect attentive care, hikes and trail walks, great house companions, and to feel loved and cared for as if they were our own. Feel free to contact me regarding any questions/inquiries and I will do my best to get back to you at my earliest convenience. Looking forward to meeting you and your pets! 🐾 Typically working Wed, Thurs, Friday in-clinic at an animal hospital 5 minutes away from home. Pet is welcome to come with me although partner will be home by midday so he/she will only be alone for a few hours at a time. DogWalks available morning and evening Sat-tues and evenings everyday. Your pet(s) will be treated like family in our household. Our own pets are cuddled into bed with us or on the couch watching tv (please inform me if you would not like your pet(s) to be on furniture).

About: I've been around animals for most of my life. Since I was a baby, we had at least two cats in the house at all times. At one point, we even had 4! I adopted my first dog, China, in 2019, and she's my best friend. She's been with me through all of my travels, from Boston to New York to Los Angeles. I love exploring the world with her, and she loves it too, which makes it even better. The best part about having a dog is being able to take her on new outdoor adventures, and I hope to provide that to the best of my ability for the dogs I look after. Lots of walks, lots of play, and lots of love is what I hope to provide for your furry friend. I am currently fully self employed, so my schedule changes week to week. I tutor as well as provide pet care. Because of that, I am lucky enough to be able to dedicate a large portion of my time to pet care. We have a decent sized house with a fenced off backyard for lots of safe play and outdoor time. We live in a very dog friendly area with lots of parks, trails, and other dogs in the area to socialize with. Rest assured, we love furry friends of all shapes and sizes in our home and will treat your fur baby as part of the family. (Note: We have 2 cats and a small dog in the home, so boarding and daycare pets should not be aggressive with other animals. If your pet does not get along with other animals, I am still happy to house sit, provide drop in care, and provide walks.)

She was punctual, reliable, and honest in doing exactly what she said she would. I really appreciate her initiative and care.
