“Shari and Richard gave my high-energy JRT a great fun-filled weekend! She enjoyed the special attention and big beautiful back yard. Will definitely be rebooking with them in the future.”

“A couple familiar with dogs. They were able to handle my 1.5 yr old, playful high energy staffy, especially being his first time away (and first time with rover app) My wife thinks our dog came back a little bit more behaved/disciplined. "He's a different dog" she says. Haha. Overall, they were great. I really appreciated their photo updates. AND they didn't message me while I was away for any issues (pleasantly surprising TBH considering how my staffy could be a handful at times).”

“Deborah and Mark are such kind people and took great care of our dogs while we were away for an extended period. They treated the dogs like members of their family, and took them on daily outings. We were able to fully enjoy our vacation knowing our dogs were in their care. We will use them again in a heartbeat.”

“Hyoungjin & Soyoung D did an amazing job taking care of my little guy coco for a week! My dog came back happy & clearly well loved. They were attentive and communicated really well throughout his stay. I could tell he was in great hands the whole time. I’m very happy with their care and would definitely trust them again in the future!”

About: Hi, I’m Robin! Lover of all animals and will treat your dog like a member of our family! I had cats and fish growing up and then moved on to dogs! I have 10 years of hands‑on experience raising my Boston Terrier from birth and caring for her through every stage of life, including her final battle with cancer. She taught me to be patient, playful, attentive, and deeply affectionate with every dog I meet. I’ve had the pleasure of taking care of my friends and family’s dogs, and know how hard it can be to be away from your little fur babies but also at the same time be able to enjoy some alone time. As a homemaker, I’m home all day, and ready to step in and be a welcoming, affectionate and safe provider when you’re away! Your dog will get ample time to play, walk or hike ( depending on your dogs abilities) relax, snooze, and of course, eat! We have a fenced in back yard, where they’ll be able to do their “business” whenever they need and a few parks within walking distance for some leisure time. I also have experience administering oral and eye medication. Being a homemaker, mom to a 19 yr old, and having no more of our own pets, your dog will be getting plenty of time, love & attention, and supervision throughout the day. My husband works from home and loves spending time with dogs too, so your pup will always have company. I live in a townhouse where your dog will never be far from my sight, not that many places to go lol. I live in a quiet neighborhood, where our backyard is fenced and not easily accessible to public. We have carpeted stairs making it easier to get up and down and a large carpet in the living room for them to roll around and scratch their backs!
“As always, Wei & Long provided the best care to our boy. We can’t express enough how caring and communicative they are. I dropped Ben off at their place 3x since we got him, and every time we can see progress in his personality and behave. He is a shy boy, and this time, he even made a fruiend! I can tell he is already missing the cuddles and zooming around the beautiful backyard. We are so grateful to have found you both. THANK YOU!”

“Gloria and Steven were great hosts for our pup Eli! They were thoughtful in learning Eli’s personality (since it was our first time) and quickly adjusted to his needs and routine. Communication was 10/10 as they sent updates and photos consistently throughout Eli’s stay. They have an awesome dog park right by their place and he was spoiled with many walks! We will definitely be going back in the future :)”

“Elizabeth is great, our dog has stayed with her 3 times now. I was impressed at how when we arrived at her place this time Bella excitedly followed her right in without looking back. She must really be enjoying her stays.”

“I truly can’t say enough good things about Ted. I can genuinely trust him with Sunny, which means everything to me. From the moment I drop Sunny off, I feel completely at ease knowing he’s in such caring hands. I can always tell Ted has the best time during his stay — he comes home happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved ☺️”

“Denise and Paul are hands down one of the best host. We left Hugo for 2 weeks for the second time and were so happy and satisfied with the way they took care of Hugo. They send daily photos and videos. I will surely recommend Denise and Paul to everyone. Thank you Denise and Paul for taking such good care of hugo”

“I cannot say enough good things about Jen&Steve!! They took our 15 month old yellow lab, Lenny in to their home for nine nights while we were on vacation and treated them just like their own boy, Red. We received updates every day with photos that eased our minds as it was the first time using Rover and first time leaving our pup. Lenny had so so much fun playing and snuggling with Red and going on lots of adventures. We couldn't have found anyone better to take care of our pup while we were gone. We would 100000% rebook with them when we need care for Lenny again. We picked him up today and he's already missing his new buddy. If you're looking for anyone to care for your dog book with Jen and Steve! You and your pupper will not regret it!”

“Olga was so amazing with our boy, Alvin! Alvin has many allergies and often when we leave him with someone he comes back sick however Alvin never looked better after Olga’s care. Thank you Olga!”

“I can’t recommend April enough! She did an amazing job taking care of my dog, Teddy, while I was away. Teddy can be a bit particular, but April was so patient, attentive, and caring. She kept me updated with messages and pictures, which gave me peace of mind. When I came back, Teddy was happy, well-fed, and clearly had a great time. If you’re looking for someone responsible and loving to take care of your pup, April is the best choice! I’ll definitely be booking with her again, thank you for making me feel at ease.”

“Randona was amazing with our dog. He had the best time with her and came back happy and satisfied. Lots of great updates and pics were supplied during our dog’s stay and you can tell that Randona really cares about the dogs she watches. 10/10 would rebook.”

“Karina was an amazing sitter for my cat! It was her first time staying in a different home and she warmed up very quickly to Karina. Karina sent me daily updates of photos and videos which helped me feel at ease. It’s clear she gives the animals she watches lots of love and attention. I would definitely recommend Karina, and would use her as a sitter again in the future :)”

“Heather was absolutely wonderful and took great care of our dog, Luka, while we were away for 8 days. She consistently kept us updated with messages, photos, and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. We felt completely confident leaving Luka in her care, along with Lucy, her adorable puppy. Thanks to Heather, we were able to truly relax and enjoy our vacation without any worries. I highly recommend her!”

“Margarita & family looked after Kona for 3 nights & 4 days. They are very competent & kind. It was a bonus for Kona to have kids to play with. Margarita answered questions & sent regular feedback with pictures so I was reassured Kona was in good hands. Thank-you!!”

“Victoria was amazing with our 2 cats. They are usually very skiddish and shy around new people but they seemed to love and warm up to her so quickly. So happy with her services, will definitely be using her again!”

“Hilary eased my stress of leaving my fur babies while I had to leave on a work trip. She sent me photos each day and notes to ensure all their needs were met. She listened to all instructions and made sure to communicate with me. Very kind and trustworthy. I will be using her again for any future babysitting .”

“I’m very impressed with the way Vivian took care of my cats. One of my cats has epilepsy and needs medication every morning. Vivian followed my instructions and kept me up-to-date at all times with pictures and videos. Vivian’s dog suddenly fell ill during the petsitting period, but she still fulfilled all her responsibilities. This is very commendable and I really appreciate her dedication. I’m definitely going to use Vivian’s services in the future!”

“Lisa is an amazing cat sitter! She kept us up to date each day and made sure our cat was loved and cared for. She is very kind and reliable. We'd love to book her again in the future!”

About: I have a deep love for animals and for treating them with love and respect. I am patient, kind, and fun. Growing up, we had many kittens and puppies that we raised and nurtured to be fine adult cats and dogs. I’m currently transitioning from a high pressure corporate career to a more relaxed and peaceful phase and have lots of time available for pet sitting, walking and checking in. I’m available most days and evenings, including weekends. I can care for pets in their homes, I am conscientious of what pet parents require. I appreciate clear communication. I’m also happy to care for elderly pets or those who require special attention.

“Morgan was fantastic. The kitty's are so happy to have been cared so well while were were away, and it was a great relief to know that they were in wonderful hands and well taken care of.”

About: I've been around cats for most of my life and have spent about the last five years being the main caregiver for my own cats and family cats. Right now I have two senior cats, a father and daughter duo who are around 15 and 16 years old, and they're honestly spoiled. When I took them in, I spent a lot of time researching senior cat care because I wanted to make sure they had the best quality of life possible. I even bought them pet stairs before they actually needed them so the transition would be easier when jumping eventually became harder. I wouldn't say I have a bunch of wild cat sitting stories or experience with every and any possible situation, but I do know how important it is to pay attention to the little things. Every cat has their own personality, routine, and boundaries, and I really enjoy getting to know what makes each one comfortable. If your cat has specific needs or a routine I'm unfamiliar with, I'm always happy to do my own research and carefully follow whatever instructions you leave. I'd much rather ask questions and learn than pretend I already know everything. At the end of the day, I'll care for your cat the same way I care for my own, with patience, love, and lots of respect for who they are!

“Viktoriia was a wonderful addition to our household while we were away. Milo, our cat, did so well under her attention. She was respectful, communicative, punctual and left our home spotless. I really appreciated every few days getting an update and photo of Milo on what he might have been up to that day. I will certainly be booking Viktoriia again. Having peace of mind everything will be ok when you are away was a gamechanger for us.”

About: I have always had cats my whole life, they hold a special place in my heart. They have amazing personalities. My cat enjoys tipping over drinking glasses when I least expect it and I enjoy finding new areas to try and hide them from her.
“Tammy looked after our two cats for the first time over spring break and everything went great. Tammy is friendly, energetic, and has an obvious love for the animals. Our cats warmed up to her really fast (even the skittish one) and we were pleased with how the house looked when we got home. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.”

About: From a young age I have always had a love for animals. At age 11 I got my first puppy, a Great Dane named Lucy. Lucy ended up having severe reactivity towards other dogs. Through her I quickly realized I had a passion and natural talent for dog training and soon decided to pursue a career in the training field. I have dabbled in many sports such as flyball, agility, rally, nosework, disc, and even some lure coursing! I rescued a dog of my very own in 2014, a very anxious, high energy, one year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Charles. I didn't give up on Charlie, and through training, lots of structure in his daily outings, and patience, Charlie is still my beloved companion years later. I learnt so much through Charlie, and I believe strongly that the best way to have a healthy, happy dog is through a balance of exercise, enrichment, training, and a positive bond with their owner, and hope to help people enjoy each and everyday with their canine friends! I specifically love specifically to work with German Shepherd and Shepherd mixes, as a “Shepherd Person” myself and have lots of experience with large, strong, and reactive dogs. My Resume Includes: -NESDECA Certified Detection Dog Team/Handler -12+ Years of dog training and walking experience -Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT, PCTIA Certified, Good Dog Academy) -Graduate of Holly and Hugo Academy's Animal Psychology, Pet Adoption, Pet Nutrition, Animal Training and Pet Sitting, and Dog Grooming courses -Taken Dr Ian Dunbar's Crucial Concepts in Dog behaviour and Training (Over 10 hours of lecture) -Senior Trainer at SpiritDog Training I currently work as a trainer. Previously I used to do dog walking but stopped over the pandemic. I’ve missed it and would like to take on a small group of clients to get back into walking and walk & trains! I treat all pets as if they were my own and pride myself that my clients dogs will receive all the same effort and care as my own dogs do, and the level of care I would expect my dogs to receive in the care of others.
“We couldn't be happier with the care our two Ragdoll cats, Honda and Suzuki, received! From the moment we met her, it was obvious she genuinely loves animals and takes her responsibilities seriously. Honda and Suzuki each have their own personalities and routines, and she took the time to get to know them, making sure they were comfortable, happy, and well cared for while we were away. We came home to two relaxed, content cats, which says everything. As any cat owner knows, that's the best sign they were in great hands! She kept us updated with messages and photos, giving us complete peace of mind throughout our trip. It's such a relief knowing we can travel without worrying because we know our cats are being cared for as if they were her own. She is dependable, kind, professional, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. We wouldn't hesitate to book her again, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter. Honda, Suzuki, and we are all very grateful!”

“Darlee was exceptional. She responded to all our questions immediately and asked appropriate questions which exemplified her care and experience with taking care of animals. I highly recommend her and have already re-booked her for an upcoming trip to Alberta for a wedding.”

About: What sets me apart? I am confident with large dogs, including farm and guard dogs! I discovered a love for big dogs when my mum adopted a hound mix who grew to be a 120lb wrecking ball of dopey energy. I've had a soft spot for the big ones ever since, and take particular pleasure in befriending them. I believe communication between human and dog is critical. A person's body language and tone of voice can say more to a dog than words ever could. That means I physically get down onto their level for affection, I use positive reinforcement consistently, I talk with them throughout walks, and I keep an eye on their body language as well for signs of happiness, fear, apprehension, etc. I'm confident walking on city streets, in forests/on trails, and in off-leash zones. I just need to know what your pup is most comfortable with and we'll go from there! APRIL 1 - NOV 1 availability Mon - 12:30pm to 8:00pm Tues - 12:30pm to 8:00pm Weds - unavailable Thurs - 12:30pm to 8:00pm Fri - 12:30pm to 8:00pm Sat - 12:30pm to 8:00pm Sun - 6:00am to 8:00pm I work at my job most mornings so will generally not be able to accommodate morning requests. I am keen to operate within the parameters and routines you've established inside and outside your home, in order to maintain continuity for your pet. This includes checking in with you for specific command words, encouraged and discouraged behaviours and their corresponding rewards/corrections, social situations to work on or avoid, favourite routes, etc. Personally, my pet cat receives as much attention as I can give him. He is highly affectionate, so is usually parked on my lap or somewhere nearby. I used treats/positive reinforcement to train him to shake a paw and sit down. My great fear for my little guy, and for all pets, really, is that he is bored, understimulated, or lonely. Because of this, I pay special attention to making sure that he is being physically and mentally stimulated in addition to affection. That means exercise and puzzles! I love to find simple games whether we're outside or inside - find-the-thing, makeshift tunnels to run through (if you're brave), seeking out tiny forest creatures to discover, etc. I'm always looking for new brain games for dogs, so if you have a favourite, let me know!
“Aliya did exactly what we needed of her and we really appreciated it. Our smaller cat is usually shy/ slow to warm up when meeting new people but not with Aliya! Couldn't recommend her enough!”
“We are so grateful to Chelsie for taking such great care of our cat, Leo. He was sick while we were away and she kept a close eye on him, adjusted his food, cleaned up after him and showed so much care. She is so knowledgeable and she kept us well informed. Leo us doing much better now. We couldn't be happier. Thanks so much, Chelsie!”

“Lu is an incredibly professional and patient caregiver. Her dog is also absolutely adorable and very gentle, which made the environment even more comfortable. My dog is an energetic male Golden Retriever who gets excited very easily, and during the few hours he stayed at Lu’s place, she consistently sent me photo and video updates. I could clearly see how happy he was, freely releasing his energy and having a great time in her home. When I picked him up, he was completely tired out, in the best way, which was such a pleasant surprise. What truly touched me was how attentive Lu is. She remembered every single thing I mentioned about my dog’s needs and things to watch out for, even details I only brought up briefly during our rushed first meeting. That level of care and thoughtfulness really meant a lot to me. It was a wonderful daycare experience for both my dog and me. I would absolutely recommend Lu to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving caregiver.”

“As first time users of Rover, we were pleased that Deborah and Mark immediately accepted our request to take care of Harper, our Golden Retriever, in their home for four hours while we attended a family event. Harper settled right away in their home and fenced backyard, and we felt comfortable leaving him in their care. We were pleased with photos they sent to us during his stay. We would gladly rebook with Deborah & Mark in the future and recommend them to others.”

About: I’ve been providing day care, boarding, walks, bathroom and water breaks for dogs of all dispositions and needs for over 8 years now. I have experience with dogs who are reactive, disabled, elderly, grumpy, easy going, good on leash, terrible on leash, love other dogs, hate other dogs and everything in between! I am skilled at reading dog behaviour and energy shifts, and anticipating and diffusing undesirable interactions between dogs. I will provide continuity with training goals and language if that’s where you’re at, and I have experience with dogs with medical conditions who need some extra help and lots of patience. I have several long term clients and can happily provide references. Canine care is my full time job, and I take it very seriously. I am accommodating, flexible and responsive, and can work with you to come up with a schedule that works for you and your pup. From one offs and last minute requests, to long term, predictable scheduling, I’m just happy to get to spend time with your pup! I am canine first aid certified, and I’m cautious and caring. I’m attentive on walks (I’m familiar with the tries-to-eat-everything and the makes-it-weird-on-leash variety of dog), and I’m tuned in and present when dogs are in my home (I’m also familiar with the counter-surfing, toy shredding, sock eating variety of dog). I have a dedicated basement suite that is set up to be a safe and comfortable pup haven, with easy access to a large, securely fenced backyard. Whether your pup is a couch dog, floor dog, crate dog or bed dog, I have all the surfaces. I’m present with the dogs when they’re in my home, and provide a loving space and as many ear/chin/head/belly/butt scratches as your dog could possibly want!
About: I have experience caring for both large and small dogs, including senior dogs who need a little extra attention and medication administration. My home is pet-free, ensuring a calm and comfortable environment for your pup. I work part-time from home with a flexible schedule, allowing me to give your pets plenty of attention throughout the day. As an active person, I walk daily, so your dog will enjoy regular outdoor time. I’m available for overnight boarding, including weekends, or just dog walking—whatever fits your needs best. While I live in a townhouse without a backyard, I’m located near walking trails and can take your pet out regularly for potty breaks. They’ll have full access to our home, and I also have space for a crate if that’s part of their routine.
“Samira has been so kind and gentle with my dog Milly. We felt so comfortable and completely at ease to have Milly with her! Thank you Samira and we plan to use your services again soon. Thank you for the adorable picture updates as well!”

“So happy to have found Shadnay. She has experience with anxious dogs and my little Mr. Anxiety was well cared for. Thank you so much for keeping him safe and happy.”

“I feel at ease while being away at work knowing Clem is in great hands with Heather. Heather is so sweet, easy to communicate with and is conscientious about the care she provides to my little furry family member. Clem is always happy at pick up. I can tell she was well cared for! Thanks Heather!”

“Priya was very nice with them. Did her best to make my dogs feel comfortable and break the ice. I was really anxious about leaving them with a dog sitter since they usually stay with friends, so I left them for few hours with Priya as a trial. It turned out great. They did so well with her. I’ll be leaving them with her for 3 nights in coming weeks.”

“This was the first time leaving our labrador with someone who's not family. Mei put him immediately at ease and he had a wonderful time, even though he usually has bad separation anxiety. She's so sweet and caring. I will definitely book her again.”

“Margarita's family is wonderful. We have never asked Margarita for help before, but fortunately, she accepted our urgent request. Margarita took our furry girl Piper for a walk, and we believe she thoroughly enjoyed it. We highly recommend Margarita.”

“Karina was very gentle and patient with zippy. She made my fur baby feel at home. Zippy bonded with her very quickly in just a day which was a great sign of Karina winner her trust. Karina kept me posted throughout the day and shared pictures of zippy feeling comfortable with her that made me feel relieved at work. Zippy is looking forward to meeting her new favorite friend soon! Thank you Karina 💛🩷 Your calmness and kindness is much appreciated! 🙏🏻”

“Shivani and her husband took real care of my puppy and he was super happy and really enjoyed his stay at their house.. lucky and maive got along really well and glad that my puppy got a buddy to play with..”

“Very responsive dog sitter, he constantly updated to me of what and how my dog is doing! Will definitely choose this day care again and the price is very reasonable! I also love how my dog gets to walk trail with other dogs instead of staying indoor.”

“Absolutely amazing! Tucker was a little anxious at first as he usually is but Tamara and her partner Jeff were able to guide Tucker to feeling more comfortable. The second day we took him there he went without hesitation. Tamara was super flexible and had amazing communication. She sent lots of photos and updates. She made sure he was well taken care of and comfortable. Tucker played lots and lots with their dog Yogi and it was a fantastic fit.”

“Gloria has been so patient with my little senior dog. It’s super awesome to see how excited and happy he is to arrive at her place. Can’t be more grateful for how attentive, kind and compassionate she is!”

I treat every pet like my own and always prioritize their safety and comfort 💛 I’m also happy to send regular updates and photos so you feel at ease while you’re away. Right now, I’m available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays 🐾 If you let me know 1–2 weeks in advance, I’m happy to adjust my schedule and open up more days! I always follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible; including feeding schedules, walks, and any specific instructions. I’m also comfortable administering medications if needed. In your home, I treat your space with the utmost respect and keep everything clean, safe, and exactly as you left it. “Toby had a wonderful experience. He was treated with so much care and patience, and I felt completely at ease while he was in their care. They were kind, attentive, and maintained great communication throughout his stay. It’s clear that they truly love dogs and genuinely care about their well-being. I would definitely trust them to take care of Toby again. Thank you so much for everything!”

“This was my first time using the app and the first time leaving my fur baby with a stranger. I was skeptic but Viktoriia was very reassuring that her experience with dogs was one I could trust. She checked in with pictures which made me feel at ease. Definitely will continue using her services whenever I need it.”

“Caroline is awesome with my dogs, Dolly and Lenny who are a handful. I must say. They get so excited when they see her come to our door and really enjoy spending time with her. She is an amazing dog walker and I highly recommend using her”

About: Although I've never owned a dog myself, that's because I've always understood the level of time, commitment, and responsibility they deserve. I grew up around dogs, have lived with dogs for much of my life, and regularly care for my parents' two Toy Australian Shepherds whenever they're away. They're a mother and daughter duo with very different personalities and needs. The mother is a senior with hip issues who benefits from extra patience and mobility support, while her daughter has anxiety and does best with a calm, reassuring approach and a consistent routine. Being Toy Australian Shepherds, they're also incredibly intelligent and active, so I'm used to dogs that thrive on structure, engagement, and paying close attention to their individual needs. While I don't have experience with every unique medical or behavioural situation, I've been around a wide variety of dog personalities, energy levels, and temperaments. I pay close attention to canine body language, respect each dog's boundaries, and believe that building trust is far more important than forcing interactions. Whether I'm taking your dog for a walk, stopping by for a drop-in visit, spending the day with them, or caring for them overnight, I'll treat them with the same patience, attention, and respect I give the dogs in my own life. If your dog has a routine or needs I'm unfamiliar with, I'm always happy to do my research beforehand and carefully follow your instructions. My goal is to make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away! Right now I have a pretty open and flexible schedule, so I'm able to work around most pet care needs. Some mornings and around midday I'm busy babysitting my baby brother, but outside of that I have lots of availability for walks, drop ins, day visits, and overnight stays. I like planning ahead and making sure I have enough time to give each pet the attention they deserve instead of trying to rush from one booking to the next! I'll mostly be caring for pets in their own home because that's where they're usually the happiest and most comfortable. My goal is to keep their routine as normal as possible by following your instructions closely, respecting your home, and making sure your pet feels safe while you're away. In some cases I may be able to care for pets in my home, but it will depend on the pet. I live in a small one bedroom basement suite with my two senior cats, who are very sweet but also very timid. Because of that, I'd only consider pets that are calm, cat friendly, and comfortable in a quieter environment. No matter where I'm caring for your pet, I'll pay close attention to their behaviour, body language, and routine. I know every animal is different, and I think noticing the little things can make a big difference in helping them feel comfortable.
About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have 4 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs. Raising my own reactive quarantine pup taught me patience, structure, and positive reinforcement. I helped her become calmer and more comfortable around people, animals, and busy environments through consistent socialization and exposure training. I’m attentive to each dog’s unique personality and committed to providing a safe, loving, and comfortable environment while you’re away. I am currently working part-time while focusing on online classes, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide attentive pet care. I prioritize keeping pets comfortable by following their normal routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions provided by owners. I always make sure pets have fresh water, a clean environment, and lots of attention while in my care.
About: I've been a veterinary assistant for over 6 years. I am well adept at administering medication (oral, otic, topical, injections) to both cats and dogs. Feel rest assured that your fur baby will be well taken care of in health and mental wellbeing. As I am a full time vet assistant during the week I would be available before and after work past 6 pm on weekdays. Weekends will vary depending on my personal errands. I provide calm, attentive, and compassionate care while following each pet’s normal routine. I make sure they always have fresh water, appropriate meals, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection based on their individual needs. I closely monitor for any changes in behaviour, appetite, or health and will keep you updated throughout their booking.
About: I have great attention to detail and take utmost care when looking after pets. I’m a proud cat dad of eight years and have been dog sitting for friends and family for many years. I’m currently working part-time (remotely! and am looking to pet sit as an additional source of income. I’m available for medium-term pet sitting (such as multi-day check-ins, walking, feeding, and hanging out with your pets), as well as for shorter, one-off visits. I take utmost care when looking after pets. I follow special instructions closely and adhere to your pets’ routines to make sure that they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
About: I have over five years of hands-on pet care experience and a strong passion for animal welfare. Through caring for my own pets and completing veterinary assistant coursework at Douglas College, I have developed knowledge of animal behaviour, health, safety, and daily care routines. My veterinary assistant training included exposure to animal handling, wellness clinics, and shelter environments, helping me understand the importance of routine, observation, and compassionate care. I am comfortable following detailed care instructions, maintaining feeding schedules, monitoring behaviour, and communicating with owners. While my strongest experience is with cats, I have also spent time around dogs and understand the importance of exercise, companionship, consistency, and positive interactions. I am reliable, patient, and committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience for every pet in my care. Pet care is a regular part of my daily life. I currently care for multiple pets at home and have experience maintaining feeding schedules, cleaning routines, playtime, exercise, and monitoring overall health and behavior. I have a flexible schedule and understand the importance of consistency, reliability, and following each pet’s routine to help them feel comfortable and secure. My priority is always creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet. I carefully follow owner instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, and daily routines. I pay close attention to behavior and wellbeing, keep spaces clean and secure, and make sure pets receive plenty of attention, patience, and care while their owners are away.
About: My background in caregiving and my natural patience with both people and animals. I understand that every dog has different needs, personalities, and comfort levels. As a parent and caregiver, I'm used to being responsible, attentive, and adaptable. I'm also Pet First Aid certified and committed to providing a safe, positive experience for every dog in my care. As someone who has ADHD and autism, I often notice details others might miss and take routines and instructions seriously, which helps me provide consistent, individualized care. I believe pets are family, and I treat them with the same kindness, respect, and attention I would want for my own Dog walking is the perfect combination of exercise, companionship, and helping pet owners feel confident their pets are receiving quality care. I was recently diagnosed with autism and ADHD at 28 years old and I find most of my comfort with my families dog (Dotty) who I walk everyday. Throughout the day, we spend time outside exploring local trails, parks, or neighborhood walks, depending on the weather and her energy level. I make sure she always has fresh water, plenty of attention, and opportunities for play When caring for pets, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible, I understand like people dogs also have different personalities that all have different needs. For example, If a pet is shy or nervous, I'll give them space and let them approach me at their own pace. If they're energetic, I'll make sure they get plenty of physical and mental stimulation to keep them happy and engaged.
About: I worked at animal emerge clinic of the Fraser Valley for almost 4 years and I love taking care of animals and giving them the love that they deserve.

About: As a dog mom for over the past 5 years, I’ve learned firsthand what it takes to keep dogs happy, healthy, and understood. Caring for my own dog has taught me how important it is to create a walking experience that’s both fun & safe, and that’s the same standard I bring to every pet I look after. I prioritize controlled, positive walks where dogs can explore, sniff, and enjoy themselves while staying secure and well‑managed. Whether it’s choosing safe routes, watching body language, or keeping a steady pace, I make sure every outing is tailored to the dog’s comfort and energy level. My goal is always the same: a fun walk, a calm return home, and a pet who feels cared for every step of the way. My current schedule allows me to fit in walks on some lunch times, in addition to evenings, weekends, and some Fridays! If your dog gets along well with other dogs, I can fit your dog’s walks in with my own dog’s! ☺️ When I care for pets—whether in my home or yours—I focus on creating a safe, fun, and comfortable environment where every dog can relax, explore, and enjoy their time. 🐶 In My Home I live in a home with a large patio, giving dogs plenty of space to run, play, and get their energy out in a secure area. It’s perfect for supervised outdoor time, enrichment activities, and letting pups enjoy fresh air. Inside, I maintain a calm, pet‑friendly space with cozy spots for resting and a predictable routine that helps dogs feel right at home. With 5 years of experience as a dog mom, I make sure every dog gets the same love, structure, and attention I give my own. 🐾 In Your Home When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow your routines closely—feeding, walking, and playtime happen just the way your dog is used to. Walks are always fun and safe, with controlled pacing, plenty of sniffing, and routes chosen to keep your dog secure and happy. I pay close attention to body language and surroundings to ensure every outing is positive and stress‑free. 🌟 My Care Philosophy I believe dogs thrive when they feel both safe and stimulated, so I balance structure with play. Whether I’m hosting your pet or visiting your home, I treat every dog with patience, affection, and the same care I give my own.

“Randona was amazing with our dog. He had the best time with her and came back happy and satisfied. Lots of great updates and pics were supplied during our dog’s stay and you can tell that Randona really cares about the dogs she watches. 10/10 would rebook.”

“Liz was an amazing sitter! Communication was easy throughout the stay and I felt more at ease with the updates as it was my dogs first stay. Definitely will be rebooking with Liz again. Thank you!”

“She knew puppy very well!! She gave Tofu time to settle down for the first time, so he was able to open up. Thanks to her that I was able to away to complete my plane with peace of mind. I am so grateful and hope to see her again next time.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Allison! She took excellent care of our dog and kept us updated throughout the stay with regular messages and lots of pictures, which gave us great peace of mind. Allison was also incredibly accommodating with our schedule. We got stuck in unexpected traffic and ended up arriving much later than our planned pickup time. She was so kind and understanding, staying up late so we could pick up our dog without any issues. Our dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. We truly appreciate Allison’s kindness, flexibility, and excellent communication. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!”

“Angela was the best pet sitter i could hope for for my senior dog. I felt so lucky that she was available and I knew my dog would be cared for really well. Super thankful for Angela and her kiddos.”

About: Loving pet carer with over 20 years experience with dogs and cats. I offer daytime walks, daycare at my home, drop ins, and overnight care. Being an at-home parent my hours are fairly flexible on weekdays, and on weekends by request. We currently have one kitten of our own living at home, your pet would have to be comfortable with that. IMPORTANT For stays in my home: I do have two children at home (a 6yr old and a 10yr old) so for any bookings at my home I can only take in pets who are comfortable being around children. They have grown up around dogs, cats, and farm animals. I always take care to ensure that pets have space for themselves and that the children treat them respectfully, but I am unable to take in pets that may be extremely timid or aggressive with children. I am a stay at home Mum, and work part-time at home. So my schedule is fairly flexible, pets are not left on their own unless it’s for short periods. I’m happy to work with clients to accommodate their drop off and pick up times. Dogs have access to our fully fenced yard and a park just down the block. I never let a dog outside in our yard without me being present. I work from home allowing my schedule to be flexible to help accommodate your needs. Available weekdays and weekends, can be available on short notice. have a fenced in yard, where dogs can enjoy supervised play and potty breaks. I am able to contain dogs or cats to my family room/kitchen or living room if needed and happy to accept crates if needed.
“Justine was an amazing sitter for my sweet girl Roca. She welcomed her into her home and loved her like she was her own. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend her for your pooch.”
