About: We are a family of four who absolutely love dogs! 🐾 My home is a calm, cozy, and loving environment where your dog can feel comfortable and part of the family while you’re away. I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs. I am happy to follow their usual feeding, walking, playtime, and bedtime routines, and I am especially patient with puppies, senior dogs, and pups who need a little extra attention or time to settle in. My goal is to provide your furry family member with a safe, happy, and home-like experience—and give you peace of mind knowing they’re being cared for with lots of love and attention. ❤️ We are a family with a 5-year-old pet of our own, so having a furry friend around is already a natural part of our daily life. I enjoy incorporating walks, outdoor time, play, and plenty of cuddles into our routine. I am happy to follow each pet’s usual schedule and routines as closely as possible, so their stay feels familiar and stress-free. I love having four-legged friends join our family and giving them lots of love, attention, and companionship while they’re with us! 🐾❤️ Since I work remotely, I’m able to provide lots of companionship and attention throughout the day. I keep things flexible and follow each pet’s individual routine, whether that means regular walks, playtime, feeding schedules, medication, or simply having a quiet, comfortable place to nap and relax. I also make sure to give each pet the space and attention they need to feel settled in our home.

When I first met her I could tell right away she was very knowledgeable with dog behaviour and care as well as a true animal lover. My dog took to her immediately. She helped with leashed walks for my dog as well as administering medication. It gave me peace of mind knowing my pet was receiving attentive care while I was away from home. About: I've owned animals of all kinds for my whole life, including dogs, cats, snakes, bunnies, and chickens. I am very comfortable with reactive animals and understand that each pet is different and unique! I love being around animals and ensuring they get the best possible care. I am currently working part time and taking university classes. However, I have plenty of time in the mornings and evenings (and sometimes all day) to take care of your pets! I am more than able to fit pet sitting into my schedule as well as my part time job is flexible. Whenever I walk a dog I ensure that they get plenty of time to smell around and get proper enrichment! For any pet sitting services, I am a diligent and kind sitter who will give your pet lots of attention while respecting their boundaries and routines.

About: Having grown up with dogs, cats, horses and other animals, my passion for animals and animal care began young and has been lifelong. At a young age I became the trusted dog-sitter for friends & family, often doing overnights even as a teenager. As a young adult I have eagerly continued to care for friends pets as they travel or have work/ life commitments, and am exited to continue to do so for Rover clients. Within the last few years I have lived in a household with 2 large huskies, one with reactivity issues, and was a regular part of their daily feeding, care and exercise routines. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and reactivity levels. Please reach out if you have any specific questions or concerns. I currently have very flexible availability, and will do my best to adjust to your needs! Please reach out if you have any specific dates or times you would like that you do not currently see in my availability. I like to adjust to you and your pets routines as much as possible, to make the transition to a stranger easiest as possible on your pet. I am happy to arrange a meet-and-greet with you and your pet as well, so they have the opportunity to meet me before our first walk and/or my stay. Please let me know any specifics about your pet and/ or things they may need to feel most comfortable and relaxed while I am caring for them.

Rover takes so much :(* Although I've never owned a dog myself, that's because I've always understood the level of time, commitment, and responsibility they deserve. I grew up around dogs, have lived with dogs for much of my life, and regularly care for my parents' two Toy Australian Shepherds whenever they're away. They're a mother and daughter duo with very different personalities and needs. The mother is a senior with hip issues who benefits from extra patience and mobility support, while her daughter has anxiety and does best with a calm, reassuring approach and a consistent routine. Being Toy Australian Shepherds, they're also incredibly intelligent and active, so I'm used to dogs that thrive on structure, engagement, and paying close attention to their individual needs. While I don't have experience with every unique medical or behavioural situation, I've been around a wide variety of dog personalities, energy levels, and temperaments. I pay close attention to canine body language, respect each dog's boundaries, and believe that building trust is far more important than forcing interactions. Whether I'm taking your dog for a walk, stopping by for a drop-in visit, spending the day with them, or caring for them overnight, I'll treat them with the same patience, attention, and respect I give the dogs in my own life. If your dog has a routine or needs I'm unfamiliar with, I'm always happy to do my research beforehand and carefully follow your instructions. My goal is to make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away! Right now I have a pretty open and flexible schedule, so I'm able to work around most pet care needs. Some mornings and around midday I'm busy babysitting my baby brother, but outside of that I have lots of availability for walks, drop ins, day visits, and overnight stays. I like planning ahead and making sure I have enough time to give each pet the attention they deserve instead of trying to rush from one booking to the next! I'll mostly be caring for pets in their own home because that's where they're usually the happiest and most comfortable. My goal is to keep their routine as normal as possible by following your instructions closely, respecting your home, and making sure your pet feels safe while you're away. In some cases I may be able to care for pets in my home, but it will depend on the pet. I live in a small one bedroom basement suite with my two senior cats, who are very sweet but also very timid. Because of that, I'd only consider pets that are calm, cat friendly, and comfortable in a quieter environment. No matter where I'm caring for your pet, I'll pay close attention to their behaviour, body language, and routine. I know every animal is different, and I think noticing the little things can make a big difference in helping them feel comfortable.
