About: I grew up with two dogs, two cats and 5 reptiles, and have always loved animals! Now, I have three dogs of my own, all rescued. I've gained a lot of experience training my dogs myself, but I've also worked with a number of professional trainers who specialize in dog behaviour and reactivity. This experience has not only helped me better understand and manage my own dogs' behaviour, it has also led me to find my passion for working with animals and their humans to help them live their best lives together! I have completed The Dog Walker Certificate and The Daycare & Boarding Management Certificate through The Good Dog in Port Moody and believe in positive reinforcement training. It's important to me that your dog always feels safe in my care. I also love taking photos, especially of dogs, and have worked with local rescues to photograph some adoption events. Please let me know if you're interested in a pup portrait so I can bring my camera along on our adventures! (1 free pet portrait with a professional camera per walk booked) I'm currently doing shift work and have a very flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate for your dogs needs! I will have my calendar updated but feel free to message me as I might be able to accommodate one walk on some days I work! At this time I can't take care of dogs in my own home as one of my dogs is reactive to new dogs. But I'm happy to do drop in visits! Whatever the dog needs during the drop-in whether that's that's medication administration, feeding or just a snuggle on the couch!

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have 4 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs. Raising my own reactive quarantine pup taught me patience, structure, and positive reinforcement. I helped her become calmer and more comfortable around people, animals, and busy environments through consistent socialization and exposure training. I’m attentive to each dog’s unique personality and committed to providing a safe, loving, and comfortable environment while you’re away. I am currently working part-time while focusing on online classes, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide attentive pet care. About: I’ve always had a big heart for pets. 7 years ago, the opportunity came up for me to rescue a senior dog with a lot of health issues. During my time caring for my senior dog, I’ve had to administer medication, provide at home bath to help him with anxiety, and bond with him through gentle play and massage so he can live comfortably and happily. This year, I was able to welcome a new puppy into my family. I’ve trained him from the ground up and he is now such a gentle and loving puppy who is great around all. While taking care of my own pets, I’ve dog sat for neighbours, friends, and even friends of friends because I often get recommended! I’m a teacher! A perk of being a teacher is that I get a lot of time off. My weekends are free along with all stat holidays. And not to mention spring break and summer!! So, I have a lot of long weekends and off days which allow me to take care of your lovely pet friends. If you have time off and would like to go take a break away from home, I’m here to help! I have one and a half acre of fenced property for your pet to run around in! Not only that, but also a cute and friendly golden retriever friend to keep your pup company. My golden retriever is crated. However, I respect whatever routine you’ve set with your pet! I am happy to crate or not! Just let me know! The pets are also allowed on the furniture if that’s what you’d like. My goal is to have your pet babies feel as comfortable as possible!

About: I have trained dogs and horses since I was a teenager and bred Basset Hounds for over 10 yrs. I love, and have worked with most breeds of dog, and am comfortable with giving shots, meds, and walking/working with hard-to-control pets. I love to snuggle and I personally walk about 5km/day. I have an 12-year-old female Basset named Barney that loves all dogs and cats and has helped me with training many times over the years..... including calming feral cats that I fostered. I love all new experiences, and can't wait to meet your pet. I travel a lot, but if you give me enough notice for a long stay I can usually make it work. I do have an older female Basset hound who is very friendly that would need to come with me. I prefer longer stays (weekly or monthly) while you're away. In your home, I am happy to work with whatever rules you have. I don't mind going for walks or to the park if your dog is good in the car and with other pets. I need to bring Barney with me, she cant be left alone for long periods of time.

I’m also comfortable with dogs of all sizes for care in your home. I also have experience with cats of all temperaments, horses, bunnies, birds, goats, and sheep.
