“This was Sophie’s 2nd visit to Shari and Richard’s and when they opened the door she went up the entrance stairs and sat down beside Richard. Normally Sophie cries and tries to run out when we leave, but not with Shari and Richard. She had a wonderful sleep over and even though she was happy to see me, she was completely calm and relaxed when I picked her up. We are thrilled that our little anxious ridden girl had no anxiety or stress. ❤️🐾”

“Twinkle is outstanding, and that is an understatement. She was so caring and thoughtful with our Australian Shepherd, Nova. I was nervous as we were out of town for about 6 days, but Twinkle put us at ease. Not only is she highly knowledgeable, but she’s patient and so kind. She sent photos and updates. Nova had a blast!! Twinkle even provided caring feedback and suggestions as well based on her expertise and knowledge. I am blown away. We will absolutely be booking her again. Highly recommend!”

“100% recommend! We don’t go away often and are rarely apart from the dogs. Given a prior bad experience with a different sitter in the past, we were weary of who we could leave our dogs with. The meet and greet is perfect for weary dog parents and for the sitter to get to know your fur babies to ensure a good fit. April sent us frequent updates with pictures and videos. We had the dogs stay with them for almost 3 weeks and felt very comfortable while we were away. Didn’t have to think nor worry as I knew they were in good hands. Thanks again for taking care of the kiddos and allowing us to enjoy our trip worry free!”

“Our 2 dogs boarded with Ale for 9 days while we went on vacation. Her calm demeanor put our anxious dogs at ease. Ale accommodated our request for pictures and took time to ask questions about our dogs’ behaviour and our preferences. As well, she was able to keep the dogs a day later with no fuss when our return flight was delayed. Our dogs were calm and happy when we picked them up. We definitely recommend Ale, and we will be booking her service again.”
