Walter went out of his way to take my pup on adventures around the neighborhood, and to play her favorite game (chase and fetch). You can tell she really cares because she genuinely wants to get to know you and your pup prior to drop off to ensure that her pup, and the environment would be a good fit from both ends - meet and greet at a park for a walk with the pups & meet and greet off leash in the back yard for my pup to familiarize himself with the environment. Bear adjusted really well during his stay. We appreciated all the pictures and updates we received and felt that Bear was really well cared for. We will definitely be booking in the future!
