They sent daily photos and videos throughout the day, which reassured me that DJ was happy, relaxed, and settling in well. It was clear from every update that he was receiving lots of care, attention, and affection. Their property is wonderful, with plenty of space for dogs to explore, sniff, and play, along with a secure fenced area that gave me confidence in his safety. When I picked DJ up, he was happy, clean, well cared for, and completely relaxed. As someone who usually takes DJ everywhere with me, being apart from him isn’t easy, but Denise and Paul made the experience stress-free. We had the best experience with Alice. She is so caring and sweet. You can tell she really cares because she genuinely wants to get to know you and your pup prior to drop off to ensure that her pup, and the environment would be a good fit from both ends - meet and greet at a park for a walk with the pups & meet and greet off leash in the back yard for my pup to familiarize himself with the environment. Bear adjusted really well during his stay. We appreciated all the pictures and updates we received and felt that Bear was really well cared for. We will definitely be booking in the future!
