About: I've cared for dogs for over 20 years of my own. I am a big dog lover and enjoy the love and joy they bring. I have groomed and clipped nails for my own dogs. My family loves going for walks and playing at the park by our house which is a perfect place for a dog to run and play! I am a stay at home mom who homeschools her two boys. So there will be lots of time to play and cuddle with your little four legged friend. We love to be outside enjoying fresh air. We have a fenced backyard for bathroom breaks and tine outside. We have space for a crate if needed or we can place a bed in our room for your pup. We want to accommodate what's best for your dog so we're flexible in thoughts and ideas.

Alex is a true pet lover who went above and beyond for our boy. When Boss got a little too adventurous and rolled in a muddy puddle, she didn't just wipe him down—she gave him a full wash so he was clean, happy, and fresh! Her facility is fantastic, featuring a huge, fully fenced dedicated play area where Boss could run around safely and burn off his energy. Knowing he was in such caring hands and had a safe space to play gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be booking Alex again on Rover for our next trip. Before my vacation, I was so anxious because it was my first time leaving Wanda with someone new; however, as soon as I met them, I felt so much more at ease because of their warmth and great dog management skills. Wanda was given lots of love and attention, long walks along the river by their home, and playtime, and when I came back 5 days later to pick her up, she was in no hurry to leave! Wanda was glued to Walter and gave him lots of kisses - he played ball and tug of war with her in the yard too. I also received lovely text messages and photos to let me know how she was doing. They also have a lovely home with a nice fenced in yard so its a perfect place for dogs. I'm so grateful that I met them and would like to use them again for future dog care services.”

Jaxon has gone to Amanda's few times now. Now anytime we go to her house, he knows where he's going and gets all excited. Once the front door is open he just bolts upstairs to play with the kids. Jaxon loves it there could care less I'm leaving will just give quick good bye and off he goes to play. When I pick him he is just as excited. When my dog has a had great stay and is excited to stay with Amanda and her family that makes me feel happy and that he safe with them. Always my first choice to drop off Jaxon with Amanda. Will always go back.
