About: Currently volunteering at the BC SPCA I've also owned and taken care of dogs as long as I can remember from puppies to seniors (my oldest dog living to be 15 and all the care that requires) Training my pups up to be respectable companions and making sure they get all the exercise they need. I still frequently sit for friends and families dogs and I decided this could be a good first step to a career with animals. I'm currently volunteering at the SPCA. Beyond the time I spend there I have all the free time in the world and hope to spend it taking care of your pets I have a decent size yard for your pet to run around in and would follow all instructions and guidelines any clients would have. Taking care of a friend's puppy recently has made me very aware of things to keep clear of him and to keep him clear of in my house. For boarding, to make sure the pets get along, I do have seperate rooms until they get along. For walks, I take careful precautions to keep pets safe while ensuring they enjoy a good, stimulating walk. During drop-in visits, I make sure they get attention, playtime, and care as it fits naturally into their day.
