About: Currently volunteering at the BC SPCA I've also owned and taken care of dogs as long as I can remember from puppies to seniors (my oldest dog living to be 15 and all the care that requires) Training my pups up to be respectable companions and making sure they get all the exercise they need. I still frequently sit for friends and families dogs and I decided this could be a good first step to a career with animals. I'm currently volunteering at the SPCA. Beyond the time I spend there I have all the free time in the world and hope to spend it taking care of your pets I have a decent size yard for your pet to run around in and would follow all instructions and guidelines any clients would have. Taking care of a friend's puppy recently has made me very aware of things to keep clear of him and to keep him clear of in my house. I'll always be sure to run and play all the energy they have out of them so they're too tired to misbehave.

About: I have lived with dogs all my life, my husband and u love to spend time with them, from past 4 years I have been taking care of friends dogs when they go on vacations, we have 2 dogs the pictures are uploaded. let your furry one stay with us and have fun on his vacation. I work from home and so does my husband and we have full time jobs but we are more then happy to have pets at home. About: Hi I'm Katie! Also known as that British lady! I have owned dogs my entire life, usually always two at a time. I currently have one of my own after losing three elderly dogs in the last few years. I now only have Ernie a chihuahua cross i rescued from Kansas in 2017. I've had experience with various breeds and fostered ex racer greyhounds for a while in the U.K. I also have two indoor/outdoor cats I rescued as kittens from local feral cat litters. I finish work for the Summer in June and can offer drop in services up to three times a day for dogs, cats and smaller furries if you live in the local area, Maple Falls etc. These can be whilst you’re at work to give your beloved pet a potty break or they can be for longer stretches of time while you vacation so you can feel secure your dogs are in their own home safe and comfortable. I can also board dogs in my own home from all over Whatcom county if they are dog/cat/responsible kid friendly. I have a fenced in yard and a very dog friendly house! I finish work for the summer in June and have a lot of availability for both walks, drop ins and boarding! From June 12th my schedule really opens up! I have a fenced yard and a dog friendly home. I have two dog friendly cats who are indoor and outdoor and tolerated living with four dogs and two kids. Dogs are allowed on my sofa and bed but only if you allow that at home… I don’t want to create bad habits!

About: I have access to a private large walking path and field, as this is part of the gated community property. I have plenty of experience taking care of both kittens/cats and puppies/dogs with a focus of routine and play. I have a fully remote job from home, which gives me the flexibility to work anywhere in or out of the home. Pet care is part of my routine, as I have a cat and a dog myself. Routine and excersise are important. I have an enclosed covered patio that allows animals to play and get fresh air when they are not in the yard. I also have a large yard, along with an open field and walking path within the gated community. Lots of play and treats all around! I also have a walk in shower that makes it easy to bathe dogs, if needed.
“Taylor was great with Roscoe. She walked him 2x per day for almost 2 weeks. Roscoe is a big 120 lb XL Bully and she handled him fine. The day before Taylor was scheduled to walk Roscoe, I had taken him hiking up to Sasquatch Mountain ski resort. I think the shale rocks caused his nails to bleed. Taylor noticed that the next day when she began walking him. She notified me of the issue and then she applied Styptic Powder to his feet and the bleeding stopped. I'd recommend her to anyone who wants a reliable and qualified dog walker.”

About: I have trained dogs and horses since I was a teenager and bred Basset Hounds for over 10 yrs. I love, and have worked with most breeds of dog, and am comfortable with giving shots, meds, and walking/working with hard-to-control pets. I love to snuggle and I personally walk about 10km/day. I have an 11-year-old female Basset named Barney that loves all dogs and cats and has helped me with training many times over the years..... including calming feral cats that I fostered. I love all new experiences, and can't wait to meet your pet. I travel a lot, but if you give me enough notice for a long stay I can usually make it work. I do have an older female Basset hound who is very friendly that would need to come with me. I prefer longer stays (weekly or monthly) while you're away. In your home, I am happy to work with whatever rules you have. I don't mind going for walks or to the park if your dog is good in the car and with other pets. I need to bring Barney with me, she cant be left alone for long periods of time.

She even made adjustments to her walks with him to avoid walking him on pavement and instead kept him on grass most of the walk. Roscoe is a big dog and she was able to manage him well. About: I am a dog lover, and have run, trained, and explored with dogs almost every day of my life! I have three dogs of my own, and have always had busy working dogs with me. I spend the majority of my personal time training dogs, and I have experience with reactive dogs, nervous dogs, and dogs with very, very high energy requirements, as well as your classic couch potatoes. My goal is to meet every dog where they are at and give them their very best day, whether that means taking them out on a big adventure, snuggling them, or letting them run wild on my 5 acres. I work full time as a teacher, and during the week can fit in dog walks or drop in visits in the mornings and evenings before or after work. My weekends are open to take dogs on adventures! When I am out on summer break June through August, I have full availability to wear out dogs. Dogs are always very closely supervised in your yard or mine (line of sight). We will work together to develop a plan if your dog participates in adventure days dependent on your dog’s individual needs. Options include: leash, long line, GPS collar, etc.
About: Hi I'm Katie! Also known as that British lady! I have owned dogs my entire life, usually always two at a time. I currently have one of my own after losing three elderly dogs in the last few years. I now only have Ernie a chihuahua cross i rescued from Kansas in 2017. I've had experience with various breeds and fostered ex racer greyhounds for a while in the U.K. I also have two indoor/outdoor cats I rescued as kittens from local feral cat litters. I finish work for the Summer in June and can offer drop in services up to three times a day for dogs, cats and smaller furries if you live in the local area, Maple Falls etc. These can be whilst you’re at work to give your beloved pet a potty break or they can be for longer stretches of time while you vacation so you can feel secure your dogs are in their own home safe and comfortable. I can also board dogs in my own home from all over Whatcom county if they are dog/cat/responsible kid friendly. I have a fenced in yard and a very dog friendly house! I finish work for the summer in June and have a lot of availability for both walks, drop ins and boarding! From June 12th my schedule really opens up! I have a fenced yard and a dog friendly home. I have two dog friendly cats who are indoor and outdoor and tolerated living with four dogs and two kids. Dogs are allowed on my sofa and bed but only if you allow that at home… I don’t want to create bad habits!
