About: I’ve always been around furry companions through out. I understand the importance and peace of mind over finding a loving home for our fur babies when we are not around. I currently have a 2 year old ragamuffin cat; He’s leash trained and goes for walk with me also by riding on my shoulder. I understand the importance of enrichment and very mindful about keeping them active, trained and entertained. I have also raised 3 cats and a dog even during their senior years and litter trained their kittens as well. I live and work in Abbotsford. I’m available throughout to provide attentive care, whether it’s for boarding, a walk, a drop-in visit, or overnight stay. For boarding, to make sure the pets get along, I do have seperate rooms until they get along. For walks, I take careful precautions to keep pets safe while ensuring they enjoy a good, stimulating walk. During drop-in visits, I make sure they get attention, playtime, and care as it fits naturally into their day. I provide care in the pet’s own home, following their usual routine and engaging with them according to their activity needs.

About: Do you remember being asked what you wanted to be when you grew up? For several years, my answer was, “A kitty!” I may not have achieved that exact career goal, but I came pretty close—animals have become both my profession and a huge part of my life. I have over 20 years of experience in the pet-care industry, a Veterinary Assistant diploma, and Fear Free certification. My experience includes training puppies and adult dogs, helping condition puppies to become confident and well-rounded, assisting new mothers with their litters, and caring for senior and special-needs pets. For more than nine years, I loved and cared for a dog born without back feet who also had significant allergies. He taught me the importance of patience, adaptability, and thinking outside the box when approaching training, mobility and nutrition. My experience extends beyond dogs and cats. I’m also available to care for small animals, reptiles and amphibians, as well as provide freshwater aquarium care and maintenance. Whether your family includes paws, scales, fins or tiny feet, I’ll take the time to learn their individual routine and care requirements. About: Animals have always held a very special place in my heart. I have spent the last 5 years not only working in veterinary medicine to further my education, but loving the pets and animals I have been lucky enough to meet. I have cared for pets belonging to family and friends like their my own, and strongly believe all companion animals deserve that same level of love and respect. I am currently working part time and have been spending my off time enjoying the routes and trails around town. I have added my grandmother’s lovely two dogs to that mix, and I’m ready to add even more furry friends to my daily walk routines I use fear free handling techniques that have been learned through veterinary medicine experience. I am able to safely fit harnesses and use leads/leashes appropriately. In the past, I have taken detailed notes of routines families use in home and outdoors for their pets.

About: I have had dogs my entire life and most recently had an American bulldog mix. I have experience with reactive dogs and if you have one you can feel confident I will avoid their triggers and not put them in compromising situations. I also have experience with large breed dogs but love the smaller ones as well! I am very flexible, I can walk the same route every time or switch it up. I also love trail walks if your dog does too :) rain or snow or shine I am quite flexible with whatever your dog needs, including if they aren’t the best at walking on a leash yet! You can trust I will care and look after your dog like they are my own! I work Monday to Friday, 8:30-4:30 so can be available outside of those hours and on weekends for your pet needs! Early morning visits can be scheduled as well depending on the location. As a previous owner of a reactive dog who had many allergies, I know how anxiety inducing it can be to trust someone else with your pet! Rest assured regardless of the service being provided, I will treat your pet and their safety as my own avoiding any unsafe food, environments or triggers. This includes weather related concerns in the extreme heat or cold.

About: I take a hands on approach and will treat your pet like it is my own. I have experience with special need animals and with administering medication. I have experience with training and with dogs with behavioural issues. Currently I work full time and take my lunch break to walk my dog daily. My employer also allows for me to bring my dog to work so I could also provide constant contact with any dog I board if they are good with other people. I am very much a home body so there would little time away from your pet when they are in my care. I take the responsibility of caring for animals as if they are children and have experience of providing this care with several of my friends. I live in a condo in a neighbourhood with lots of near by areas to take dogs for walks. My building is quiet and very pet friendly. My own dog gets along well with other animals once she has been introduced properly.
