I am focusing my future career towards helping and easing the stress of pets that are away from their owners. I provide a happy and healthy environment because of my previous work as a veterinary assistant, where I was taught which health signs to look for and how to make an animal as comfortable as possible. In addition, I have 12 years of dog-walking, dog-sitting and cat-sitting experience, including long term clients! I am eager and excited to start meeting new clients to add to my dog walking and pet sitting to my schedule. I have experience with training and with dogs with behavioural issues. Currently I work full time and take my lunch break to walk my dog daily. My employer also allows for me to bring my dog to work so I could also provide constant contact with any dog I board if they are good with other people. I am very much a home body so there would little time away from your pet when they are in my care. I take the responsibility of caring for animals as if they are children and have experience of providing this care with several of my friends. I live in a condo in a neighbourhood with lots of near by areas to take dogs for walks. My building is quiet and very pet friendly. My own dog gets along well with other animals once she has been introduced properly.
