About: I grew up with a Morkie named Lewis. As an only child, he was the closest thing I’ve had to a sibling. For 15 years we were very best friends. I learned how to be a responsible pet owner from a young age. By the time I was 12, I was responsible for making sure Lewis was walked, fed, and cared for after school. I miss caring for my dog and can’t wait to care for others soon! I am about to finish university for the summer and will have lots of spare time on my hands. I work a part time job in the evenings about 4-5 times a week. My shifts between Monday and Thursday typically start at 3:30 and end by 8:00. From Friday to Sunday, my shifts start around 2:30 and generally end around 10:00. I am very careful with dogs. Safety is my top priority as I genuinely care for all animals. I would always supervise my dog in the backyard, and a leash was always worn on walks. All dogs have different dietary needs, so I find it very important to keep all foods out of reach.

About: I have a deep love for animals and for treating them with love and respect. I am patient, kind, and fun. Growing up, we had many kittens and puppies that we raised and nurtured to be fine adult cats and dogs. I’m currently transitioning from a high pressure corporate career to a more relaxed and peaceful phase and have lots of time available for pet sitting, walking and checking in. About: I grew up around all kinds of animals, dogs more specifically. My family was a take in and care kind, from helping out friends and family’s pets. I took care of many size dogs and even quite a few were my own dogs. I recently moved to BC and wanted to start out with a nice small job, also something I know and love to do take care of dogs! I can fit a visit or a walk into my schedule pretty easily. I currently cannot have dogs in my home, however I’m more than willing to stop by for visits in you home take your dog out to relieve themselves or let out some energy with a nice walk around your neighborhood.

I’m a solo pet sitter in my 40s with a flexible and sometimes unpredictable work schedule, but one thing that never changes is how much love and care your pets will receive while they’re with me. I’m a university graduate currently working in the casual pool with the Mission Public School District, which means some days I may get called in to work, while other days I’m home spending all day with your pets. About: From a young age I have always had a love for animals. At age 11 I got my first puppy, a Great Dane named Lucy. Lucy ended up having severe reactivity towards other dogs. Through her I quickly realized I had a passion and natural talent for dog training and soon decided to pursue a career in the training field. I have dabbled in many sports such as flyball, agility, rally, nosework, disc, and even some lure coursing! I rescued a dog of my very own in 2014, a very anxious, high energy, one year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Charles. I didn't give up on Charlie, and through training, lots of structure in his daily outings, and patience, Charlie is still my beloved companion years later. I learnt so much through Charlie, and I believe strongly that the best way to have a healthy, happy dog is through a balance of exercise, enrichment, training, and a positive bond with their owner, and hope to help people enjoy each and everyday with their canine friends! About: I’ve been pet/house sitting for 2 years. My experience is mainly with dogs and cats. Although I have never had an animal of my own, I think it’s very important to create a bond between myself and the animals. My previous experience includes feeding, exercise, administering medication (oral and ear), playtime, and cleanup after accidents or spills.
