Nikki is fantastic, we loved the updates and photos of their visits and it put our minds at ease being away for a few weeks. Thank you for bringing toys and hiding the treats for the girls, they loved their playtime and we came home to very happy cats. Onion has been sitting in the tunnel since we got home. We are so grateful to find such a loving and caring cat sitter for our girls when we are away, thank you Nikki!!

Nikki, you are the best! We don't often go away together but when we do, you are our first choice! Thank you so much for taking such good care of Ike and Danu who said they also give you 5 stars! Maisie is giving us grief for going away but she appreciates that we left her in such good hands. Thank you again for being so awesome!

Our boys are always so happy when we get back. They are so taken care of and she’s incredible at maintaining our house from our high maintenance cats!

Nikki was an angel with my boy Eugene! Having this be my first time using Rover I was nervous to trust someone I didn’t know with my pet, especially when my boy can be timid and a tad spicy. From the jump Nikki put me at ease by coming by to meet Eugene with me present and build a bond with him. Nikki was a cat whisperer with Eugene; getting down to his level, speaking to him, singing to him, etc. I could see him relax with her which was a big relief. While I was away, Nikki took so many pictures of my boy it was a highlight of my day everytime I got reception to check her updates. She also let me know if he was peeing and pooping and sent me photos of how much he ate. I felt so safe having Nikki with my fluffy son. Would definitely rebook!

We feel at peace knowing Nikki is providing drop-in visits. I appreciate the opportunity to consult with her on services such as increasing frequency and length of visits. Nikki knows how our boys truly manage while we’re away and she can guide me with decisions. She is very perceptive and pays attention to things like litter box use, including their overall health. Nikki’s knowledge about pet behaviour and advice is something I highly value. Thank you Nikki!

She was wonderful! She took the time to meet us beforehand and understand our cat’s needs, kept us updated throughout the visits with photos and messages, and even took care of my plants while we were away. She also brought him a little toy, which was such a sweet touch, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was going well. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for cat and everything in great shape. Really appreciated the communication and care. Would definitely recommend her! 🐱
