“Donna was wonderful with our cat Lulu. We knew we didn’t have to worry if she was being well taken care of while we were away. We will definitely have Donna look after Lulu again in the near future and I highly recommend her.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 7 years old confidently. I went to school to become a vet assistant, finished my practicum and worked in a clinic for approximately 3 months, looking to gain more experience outside of the clinic for now! I do have experience with dog aggressive dogs and dogs that pull on leash. I am very patient and am willing to work with your dog to become better on leash. I’m currently working 8-4:30pm in Mission. I am available before and after work. I do have a longer lunch so I can always make stop in during then for a potty break. I’m open to gaining new clients and meeting all your fur babies! Animals all have a good sense in who they want to trust and be around, and I can tell you I have never in my life had a bad experience when first meeting any animal. I understand their personal space and would never push them to like me. If you don’t feel comfortable at first I can come meet you and your pet before any services are provided free of charge to ensure both you and your pet are comfortable with me!

“Thank you Ashley! Ashley checked in on our cat in our home every day for a week while we were away and she did a fantastic job, going above and beyond in all aspects. Photos of our cat were sent daily and she accomodated all of our senior cats needs. We applaud Ashleys integrity, compassion, professionalism and reliability! Highly recommend!”

About: I've grown up around animals and understand that every pet has their own personality, routine and specific needs. I focus on providing consistent care, regular updates, and plenty of attention so both pets and owners feel at ease (I love taking pictures). Whether your pet loves long walks, play time or having a calm companion around, I'm happy to adapt. My main goal is to provide a safe and comfortable experience for you and your pet. I have no other commitments, other than my part time job. I work during the week, no weekends. I love being outdoors, going for walks, and exploring different trails but I can always enjoy a quiet afternoon depending on your pups needs. I have a fenced backyard with one very friendly pup to keep your doggies company. I enjoy staying active and going for walks, but I'm happy to adapt to your dogs energy level. I always look forward to meeting and hanging out with new pups!
About: I have extensive experience with dogs in both my professional and personal life. With education in veterinary technology and hands-on work in a veterinary setting, I’m confident caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I’ve also provided dog care and house sitting for others, making sure every pup feels safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. As a lifelong dog lover, I understand how important routine, exercise, and affection are to their well-being. I’m experienced with feeding schedules, medication administration, walks, grooming, and recognizing small changes in behavior or appetite. Above all, I take pride in giving every dog I care for the attention and kindness they deserve. I'm currently a university student and only need to attend class tuesday and thursdays unless otherwise stated, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! I'm a cat and dog mom to seniors and I love them with my whole heart. I understand the need for scheduling and attention pets of all life stages require on a daily basis. With previous experience in Veterinary Technology in a clinical setting, I am comfortable providing medications in any form, as well as handling pets of all sizes.
About: I provide true home-style care where dogs are part of daily life, not just supervised in a space. Their routine is shaped around what helps them feel comfortable — whether that’s active play, calm rest time, or one-on-one attention. With nearly 20 years of professional experience, I’m comfortable with puppies, seniors, reactive dogs, medications, and special diets. I keep my group small so I can properly supervise interactions and make sure each dog is getting what they need. Dogs enjoy our fully fenced acre, relaxed time inside the home, enrichment activities, and walks depending on their energy level. I also send photo updates throughout their stay so you can see how they’re settling in and enjoying their time here. 🐾 ABOUT ME Dogs staying here aren’t just supervised — they’re welcomed into daily life and cared for like part of the family. I’ve been caring for animals professionally for nearly 20 years, and animals have always been part of my life. This is my full-time work, and my focus is always on making sure pets feel safe, understood, and comfortable while their owners are away. I offer in-home boarding, daycare, walks, drop-ins, and training support. What makes my care different is that it’s fully tailored to each animal. Some dogs need movement and stimulation, others need quiet structure and reassurance — I adjust their day so they feel settled and comfortable. My partner Dave and my teenager are part of the home, so visiting pets are surrounded by calm, familiar human presence, extra playtime, and lots of affection. I also share photo updates throughout your pet’s stay at meaningful moments — their first night settling in, a fun adventure outside, a relaxed nap, or those small snapshots that show how they’re really doing here. My goal is to help you feel connected and reassured while you’re away. I also offer dog training support — if you’re interested, we can talk about your goals at the meet and greet and build a plan that works for your dog. 🌿 MY HOME & SETUP We live on a fully fenced acre where dogs can safely enjoy outdoor time, plus additional acreage for leashed nature walks and exploring. Dogs here have: • Secure yard space for play • Access to the home for rest or lounging • Quiet areas when they need downtime • Enrichment activities and walks as suited to them Pets sleep wherever they’re comfortable — couch, dog bed, or their own crate if they bring one. I take a maximum of 6 dogs at a time so everyone gets proper attention and supervision. ⭐ Schedule Every day here looks a little different depending on the group and their personalities. I focus on balance rather than strict timing. Days may include: • Yard time or outdoor breaks • Nature or community walks for those signed up • Enrichment play and stimulation activities • Rest periods so animals stay calm and regulated • Feeding times based on each pet’s routine I also share photo updates at key moments so you can see how your pet is settling and enjoying their time. I keep my group small so I can supervise properly and ensure everyone is comfortable. My fenced yard allows safe outdoor time, and I monitor group dynamics closely to prevent stress or conflict. I’m experienced with medications, special diets, and behavioral considerations, and I communicate openly so you feel confident while your pet is here.
“Really appreciated Nasrin helping take Brandy out and spending time with her on a day I was away all day. She provided photos, a video and an update on how the visit went. Brandy is a shy girl but is really taking to Nasrin so looking forward to having her help again in the near future!”

About: Only Accept One Dog at a Time Why We Started Rover Our beloved dog, Hockey, passed away in September 2025 at the incredible age of 19 years and 11 months. After nearly two decades together, our home felt empty. We joined Rover because we missed having dogs in our lives. Today, every dog who stays with us is welcomed like family and cared for with the same love, patience, and respect that Hockey inspired. Every dog is different. Before each stay, we take the time to learn about your dog's personality, routines, feeding schedule, exercise needs, medications, and anything else that helps them feel comfortable. We carefully follow your instructions so your dog experiences as little disruption as possible. Daily Updates We know you'll miss your furry family member, so we'll send plenty of photos and videos throughout their stay, giving you peace of mind that they're happy, safe, and loved. While you're enjoying your vacation, your dog will be enjoying theirs—a true 5-Star Home Stay & Play experience. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or prefers a slower pace, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for—just like they would at home. I’m working from home during weekdays, so your dog will always have company and attention. I enjoy taking dogs on walks in the morning, at lunch, and in the evening. I make sure they get plenty of exercise each day and am happy to run with them at the nearby soccer field In our home, we care for pets as if they were our own—offering plenty of love, attention, and a calm, safe environment. We follow your dog’s usual routine, including feeding times, walks, play, and rest, to keep them comfortable and happy. Outdoor time is always supervised in our little fenced yard, Whether it’s cuddle time or quiet time, we adjust to each dog’s unique needs so they feel right at home.
About: I’ve been pet/house sitting for 2 years. My experience is mainly with dogs and cats. Although I have never had an animal of my own, I think it’s very important to create a bond between myself and the animals. My previous experience includes feeding, exercise, administering medication (oral and ear), playtime, and cleanup after accidents or spills. I just moved to the area from out of province so I’m still getting my bearings. As of right now, my schedule is clear for pet care every day except Sundays. I believe that if a pet is being cared for in their own space, it makes it easier to provide what they need. I have experience with house sitting in general, along with pet sitting. I will defer to the owners and follow their directions, especially when it comes to the state of their home and the trust they place in me to care for their pets.
About: I love animals. They hold a special place in my heart and I take pride in being the best pet sitter I can be. From active days out on a hike to lazy sunday snuggles, I am dedicated to providing your pet with the best care possible. I care for all pets like they are my own babies, providing them with everything they need to stay happy, safe and healthy. I have a very strong background in pet care, I’ve been working with animals since I was a little girl and I have several years of training and experience with all kinds of animals. I am very passionate about the work I do. Animals have had a significant impact on me and have been important part of my life. I was a vet assistant for a couple years before deciding to go back to school full time to get my degree for a higher level position. I have lots of experience in caring for animals and providing round the clock care. Being on call at the Vet’s didn't work with my school schedule but I hope to go back when I'm done with school. Animals are my passion, and caring for them is an important part of my day to day life. Friends and Family trust me with their pets because they know I provide the best care, and after booking with me I hope you do too! Currently taking a semester break so I will have lots of free time, and can give your pets my full attention. I currently have a very flexible schedule, so timing is not a problem. Late nights or early mornings are both doable, I'm just a text away! My roommate’s husky - they moved away but I took care of him for about 4 years - and I loved going on long walks at the beach, hikes, nature trails and anywhere with lots of room to sniff and play. He also loved going to the dog park, and I'm happy to take your dogs too. Let me know if you have any favourite walking spots! 😄🐕 I work full time on Rover. I love going on walks and adventures such as the beach, nature trails, and hikes with the pup and having a nice active day out :) When I take care of animals, I prioritise safety, comfort, and happiness. I make sure their needs always are met. They will get plenty of water, a healthy amount of food, lots of exercise, sunshine and play time, and lots of belly rubs. During their stay, I provide pet parents with live pictures and videos, as well as regular check-ins, so you can be assured that your loved ones are properly cared for and in good hands.
About: Hi, I’m Mathea! I’ve been caring for animals my whole life from playful puppies to independent cats. I grew up on a farm in Pitt Meadows, BC, surrounded by dogs, cats, and all kinds of animals, which gave me years of hands on experience and a deep love for every pet I meet. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes from large Cane Corsos to tiny teacup pups and I’m just as comfortable with cats, whether they’re shy, affectionate, or full of personality. As soon as I was old enough to go out on my own, I was walking neighbours’ dogs and helping care for cats all over town. Over the years, I’ve also boarded and looked after pets for family and friends, making sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while their owners are away. Animals have always been my biggest passion. I grew up with a Great Pyrenees, a Shih Tzu, a Golden Retriever, and several cats and when I was a kid, I used to say I wanted to be a “puppy doctor.” That same love and dedication still drive me today. I’ll treat your pets as if they were my own with patience, care, and plenty of affection. No dog or cat is too big or too small, too hyper or too mellow. You can trust that your furry family member will be safe, happy, and loved while they’re with me. 💸 Use code MATHEL19309 for $20 off your first booking! I’m currently in school, which gives me plenty of flexibility to spend quality time with your pets! I’m available for house sitting, drop-in visits, and walks on weekends or weekdays as needed. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or cuddle sessions, I’ll make sure your furry friend gets all the love and attention they deserve. I’ll care for your pet as if they were my own. Their comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities. If you have any specific routines, feeding preferences, or care instructions, I’m always happy to follow them consistency is key to keeping pets feeling secure and loved.
“This is such a wonderful service! Maria was great! She showed interest to my concerns and needs. She was so gentle and had such a wonderful approach. She also reassured me as this was my first time using this service. I can only say good things about her and my puppy loved it!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Mission
Jessica was great. Our dog is 9 years old/full of energy, and we have never left him alone with someone he does not know, so we were not really sure what to expect. There were defintely some hiccups at first which worried us, but Jessica found a way to make the drop-in visits work.

Faith was absolutely amazing and cedars new best friend! She came super last minute and had the best attitude and demeanour, she was patient while cedar got to know her and you can tell she truly understands them and their body language. Not to mention I have one tired pup! He had a blast playing and cuddling, overall 11/10 experience.

My Dog Rocky loved Aimee right away! I was very surprised to see him so calm when he met her. He just wanted to nap the entire time and when we got home, he was so calm. Aimee went above and beyond with our last minute asks and I really appreciate it. Thank you so, so much!
