I have been caring for pets since I was a teenager for friends, family, colleagues, even my landlord! I have experience with large and small dogs, cats, even the occasional reptile or fish! I have experience with young and senior dogs and cats, as well as administering eye drops and medications (especially on strict routines that include waking up in the night to administer), feeding, walking, enrichment, and playing! I have moderate experience with reactive dogs. Happy to drop in to play, walk, feed, take outside, whatever you need!

I try to be as thorough as possible with my clients. Boundaries are incredibly important, especially for entering a stranger’s home; I try to ask as many questions as possible, and clear everything with the owners before proceeding to avoid making any mistakes, especially when it comes to safety on walks, feeding, and outdoor time.

Leah has been taking care of our 2 cats twice now. Her caring and compassion is clear obviously she loves cats. Both cats have special needs; one is older and on Medications. The second cat a rescue and needs a very calm quiet approach She has handled both cats and is amazing. Highly recommend her

Schedule
I work full-time, 2-3 days in-office and 2 days remote! I also work flexible hours, so I can adjust my schedule to spend time with your pet on my remote work days depending on your needs.

- I much prefer to know too much rather than too little, especially for longer stays! Please let me know if there are dietary restrictions/needs, behavioural things to watch out for, as much as possible so I can keep them safe and healthy. If you are training for anything specific, please feel free to let me know so I do not unknowingly disrupt the work you are doing!
