About: Growing up in rural Scotland, everybody had a dog. Their playful, energetic, loyal and loving nature installed a very special connection in me from a very young age. I’m looking to meet some lovely dogs, and hopefully take them on some lovely walks and hikes! Also very happy to house sit and chill with them, and have them over in my house. I’m currently in Vancouver on a working holiday visa from Scotland. I have a very flexible schedule and only work part time. I live a very active lifestyle. I have had my own border collie for over 10 years now. Collies are very high energy dogs so I take him for lots of long walks and hikes. Always up to take a dog on a big walk! Many of my friends have much calmer breeds, so I’m also experienced with much calmer and smaller dogs too.

About: Hello, I’m Melissa! I have 12+ years experience working with pets. While I was in university, I supported myself by dog sitting and dog walking. I now have my own dog - a sweet rescue named Cedar. She is occasionally shy with other dogs but does not have any issues with them. We live in the West End, close to great dog parks and beaches. We love to hike, so if your dog stays with me they will get plenty of exercise! I am a teacher who is off for the summer so I have lots of time to spend with your pets. I am available for frequent potty breaks and enjoy doing one longer walk each day. During the school year, I have more availability on long weekends and school breaks. About: Both my parents grew up with with dogs in Korea, and I had my dog for 14 years in Canada. We've always had a dog in our lives, from newborn to senior. I am working part-time and working from home, and my dad is working at home full-time. There will always be at least one person in the house at all times, 24/7. Safety is our top priority. Because my dad works from home, your pet will have constant supervision and will rarely be left alone. We live in a very safe neighborhood within walking distance of a local veterinary clinic. We can provide unlimited potty breaks in our backyard and send you daily photo updates!

About: I have worked with dogs my whole life. I have dog sat and am comfortable with dogs of all ages sizes, abilities, and temperaments! I’ve handled pet emergencies with calm and purpose. I am totally comfortable with multiple dogs at a time. I also can adapt to any special routine or diet. I had my own dog for 13 years and was often her primary caretaker through thick and thin! I am willing to fit whatever routine you need me to in to my schedule! I would prefer one that works around a 9-5 work schedule, but am totally willing to adapt. I can feed pets, and adjust to any specific diet. I can do long or short walks. I love playing with pets and giving them whatever attention they need. I am also willing to adapt to any training you need set in place. For cats, I am totally willing to clean litter boxes!

About: I've been caring for dogs my whole life. When my family adopted a grey wolf / German shepherd mix, she became my guardian and best friend (see second photo). I love larger breeds (although teensy lil scaredy dogs are a speciality of mine, too!). I'm the perfect mix of loving and clear, dogs know who's boss. 😎 I am a graphic designer and dance instructor. I work from home most days, sometimes in the evenings and occasionally travel for larger events. My schedule is a bit all over the place, but I'm generally home M-F 9-5. I live in a medium sized apartment with no other pets. We have a large, unfenced yard, and live one block from a dog park. There is room for a crate, but it's my preference to have dogs free roam around with me.

About: I have had 3 dogs my entire life, and have walked and cared for many of my friends and family’s pets, and many dogs in my community. About: I had a successful positive reinforcement dog training business in Vancouver for several years and now I live in Squamish. I held a CPDT-KA certification which I opted not to renew last year because I no longer teach classes. About: I have been 4 years on ROVER now. I have met and cared for so many great dogs & had amazing experience's 🐾💜🐾- Dog in photo is my beloved Odin. He died in 2023 after 14 years by my side. He was my everything. I currently do not belong to any dogs I’ve spent time in Mexico, where I volunteered in a dog rescue. Very rewarding, but difficult experience. I adore dogs though, was happy to help, and hope to go back yearly 🐾 I have raised 5 children to adults, and throughout my life have had many dogs, and cats as well. About: My name is Grace and I am here to help you on your pet sitting needs. My ideal preference is drop-ins since I have pets of my own! I work as a RVT so I have lots of experience, and the ability to give meds. I grew up with and work with large dogs, so no dog is too big, and working in this field showed me that I love cats, so I can’t pick, I’m a dog and cat person.
