About: I’m a West Vancouver dog enthusiast with Pet First Aid certification and hands-on experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. While I do not have formal professional dog-walking experience, I have spent years helping care for dogs belonging to family and friends, including energetic dogs, senior dogs, small companion dogs, cautious dogs, and strong protective breeds. I have cared for dogs during family events, vacations, camping trips, walks, and everyday visits. My experience includes taking dogs for multiple walks a day, feeding homemade meals, offering companionship, giving plenty of attention and belly rubs, and helping dogs feel safe and comfortable while their families are busy or away. I’m patient, observant, reliable, and genuinely love spending time with dogs. I understand that every dog has their own routine, comfort level, and personality, and I always aim to provide care that feels calm, affectionate, and trustworthy. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I currently have a flexible schedule while completing my online interior design studies. I’m based in West Vancouver, so I’m able to offer consistent local support for walks, check-ins, companionship, and care throughout the week. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, so walks and visits feel less like an obligation and more like something I look forward to. I’m able to plan my day around a dog’s needs, whether that means regular walks, feeding routines, playtime, quiet companionship, or making sure they feel comfortable while their family is away. When caring for pets in their home, I follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding, walks, potty breaks, medications or special routines if needed, and any house rules. I take time to make sure the pet feels safe, calm, and cared for, whether that means playtime, companionship, belly rubs, or simply keeping them company. I’m respectful of the home, keep things clean and secure, and make sure pets are never rushed or overwhelmed. About: I’ve grown up having dogs and cats my whole life. I’ve also taken care of many friends & family’s pets over the years! I currently work as a server while I finish all my requirements for firefighting, so my schedule is very flexible. I’m free both week days & weekends. I know everyone has certain preferences and different ways of training their own pets, so I’m very accommodating to whatever you and your fur babies need!

About: I have been a trusted dog sitter and walker for the past 5 years! Friends, family, and co-workers have reached out to me to take care of their furry family members. I have been dog sitting a beautiful bernadoodle for the past 4 years consistently in my home and have loved every minute! I love every and all dogs and it brings me so much joy to be able to take care of, snuggle, and love your pet! I am currently a student completing my masters degree. For work, I am a group fitness instructor that strives for movement and activity in my daily life! I am blessed to live beside the beautiful trails in north Vancouver and embrace nature by hiking and running! I live in a basement suite that doesn’t have much of a yard, however, i have access to tons of trails and parks just a 2 minute walk away from my house to ensure that your furry friend gets tons of time outside! I am comfortable crating your dog if that’s the method you prefer for sleeping.

About: I have been 4 years on ROVER now. I have met and cared for so many great dogs & had amazing experience's 🐾💜🐾- Dog in photo is my beloved Odin. He died in 2023 after 14 years by my side. He was my everything. I currently do not belong to any dogs I’ve spent time in Mexico and more recently, Ukriane in 2026, where I volunteered with dog rescues. Very rewarding, but difficult experience. I adore dogs though, was happy to help, and hope to go back yearly to Ukraine 🐾 I have raised 5 children to adults, and throughout my life have had many dogs, and cats as well. I’m experienced and comfortable with all breeds, energy levels, all ages, and level of care. I am competent in, and have provided care for dogs that require injections, medications and any special needs I have a lot of free time now as kids are grown, I am semi - retired, and can make providing pet care a priority. I enjoy all the dogs I meet and care for so much. I am a good communicator, and will be diligent in understanding the needs of your pets, and what you require to feel comfortable with them in my care.

About: I was born on a family farm and grew up surrounded by animals: they are part of my life. So I learned very young to take care of them gently, patiently and responsibly. I am a great lover of animals and the unconditional love they offer. As a career home attendant, I am also used to being attentive, reliable and rigorous, especially in more complex care. My sister, a veterinary assistant, also gave me a lot of knowledge and remains a resource in case of need. For me, keeping an animal is making sure it feels loved, safe and well entertained! I am currently following an online course in massage therapy and orthotherapy, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and a lot of time to offer to the animals I take care of. As my studies are done remotely, I can easily integrate visits, walks, care and home attendance into my routine. It is therefore something that fits very well into my daily life, especially since the well-being of animals is really close to my heart. Even shorter: I am currently following an online course in massage therapy and orthotherapy, which gives me a flexible schedule and a lot of availability to take care of animals. I always make sure to respect the routine, instructions and rhythm of each animal so that it feels safe and confident in its environment. I am a very active person; I train 5 to 6 times a week and I love walking. I would therefore be happy to accompany the dogs on regular walks, depending on their energy level and needs. For dogs who are comfortable in the car, I can also take them for a walk in different safe places to offer them stimulation, movement and beautiful moments outside. Their well-being, safety and happiness are always my priority.

About: I had a successful positive reinforcement dog training business in Vancouver for several years and now I live in Squamish. I held a CPDT-KA certification which I opted not to renew last year because I no longer teach classes. My dog, Toby, lived a long life as my fur son and he passed in 2024 at the ripe old age of 15. I now have 2 cats to keep me company. I love a long decompression walk with a canine companion. I am also certified in Pet First Aid. I work part time as an EA during the school year and am studying at Capilano University in Squamish to become a teacher. I have a very flexible schedule and the means to travel to do drop ins. I have many years of experience caring for dogs and I love to make them feel calm and happy. I really care about safety and stress management, so I prefer to walk dogs on leash (or a long line) and I usually bring a clicker and a treats so we can build up some positive behaviour.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life! I got my first bunny 15 years ago and have cared for pets ever since — including 1 bunny, 4 cats, and 1 dog over the years. Each one has taught me patience, love, and how to understand different personalities. My experience caring for animals is extensive, including a wide variety of breeds and administering shots/various medications. My schedule is flexible and dedicated entirely to trust and relationship-building with your pet, providing ample long walks and creating a safe, comfortable environment by using a discerning, accommodating approach. I am fully-vaccinated and continue to value covid-safety. My house is very spacious with bright bay windows, cozy indoor pet-friendly spaces and a large, fenced yard. I listen to calming classical music at home and when I venture out for trails or park walks, I have a Honda Element which is truly the most ideal vehicle for pet transport! I am happy to either come stay at your house or host your pet at my home! I have spacious pet-safe indoor spaces to explore and a large fenced yard where we can play with a ball and exercise!
