About: I've been taking care of animals since I was a kid, walking dogs, pet sitting, feeding cats and peoples birds. I have also had my own pets since I was 5, including dogs, cats, hamsters, and birds. I take great pride in my genuine love and care for animals, and have been called the "animal whisperer" by many people. I have a knack for attracting animals to me because I believe they can understand how deeply I love them all. Whether they are young or seniors, I will take special care depending on their needs or limitations. I am currently taking time off from working in any fasted paced environment, so that I can tailor my schedule to walks, pet care, pet sitting, house sitting, while I enjoy the summer in Squamish. About: Please note - I only book overnight stays. No short visits to hotels, etc. I can’t have dogs at my place as I have cats. Hi! My name is Jordan. I am an energetic, friendly Marketing Coordinator with a love of dogs but the inability to have one of my own at the moment (small apartment woes). My family had always had dogs (Boston Terriers, Chihuahuas, and Poodles). As the oldest sibling, I was responsible for walking the dogs, helping with training and cleaning up after them. Additionally, when I worked as a live-in nanny, the family that I worked for got a puppy. This darling Cocker Spaniel became one of my new charges. I was responsible for its well-being for potty-training, walking, training, and grooming. I have my own vehicle and I love hiking and walking. I would be glad to take your dog on long walks and adventures in the woods. I will happily play fetch for hours with your pup! I work from home so I can be with your pet full time while I am looking after them. I work 6am to 2pm but my schedule is flexible so I can provide mid-day walks as needed. I care for your pets as if they are my own. I will follow their exact care schedule as needed. I pet sit in your home so your furry family members will be comfortable.

About: Hello! I’ve been a dog owner my whole life and I’ve taken care of a range of breeds and temperaments - big, small, rescues with challenging behaviours! As a wildlife biologist, I care deeply about all animals. I make plenty of time in my day to go for walks, have playtime and do regular training with the dogs in my care. If your dog is in my care, I guarantee it will be pampered and spoiled with lots of loving pets and attention! I live moments away from a number of trails, but I can take your lead on whatever makes your pet happy and comfortable! I have a small dog and caring for her is my top priority. I work from home primarily but would not take on caring for your pet if I’m going to be working away. I plan my day around taking my pup out for potty breaks, walks, etc. and I’m delighted to fit another pup in my schedule too! :) I have a small friendly pup to keep your dog company, or I can keep them separate if that’s your preference. I’m a diligent pet owner - I maintain a really tidy home, I watch carefully on walks to ensure they are eating things off the ground (as much as possible!), and I am careful of not leaving doors unsecured or opened as an escape route! I also have small pet stairs leading up to the couch and the bed to ensure minimal jumping off the furniture which can be dangerous (if you prefer your pet to keep the habit of not going on furniture, I can accommodate that too :))

About: Hi! I'm 30 years old, I'm located in Squamish. I've been dog-sitting various sizes of dogs from my neighbor for the past 5 years. I have experience volunteering at the SPCA for over 4 years. I'm a really active person, and I'm comfortable taking multiple dogs on long walks. I have experience walking up to five medium-large dogs at the same time. We’re comfortable with multiple dogs, high-energy dogs, dogs in heat, and pets with medications or specific dietary needs. Our flexible schedules allow us to provide plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship throughout the day. We take a patient, calm, and positive approach to pet care, focusing on trust, consistency, and making every dog feel safe, comfortable, and at home. Pet care fits very naturally into our routine. Amanda works just five minutes from home, allowing for regular check-ins throughout the day, while Drew is building his company remotely and has the flexibility to work from home. Safety is our priority. We pay close attention to traffic, wildlife, other dogs, and each dog's comfort level when we're out walking or exploring. Off-leash time is only done with the owner's permission and when it's appropriate for the dog's environment. Trust comes from following your instructions and putting your dog's needs first. We take the time to understand each dog's routine and personality so we can provide consistent care. Our goal is to make dogs feel relaxed, loved, and at home by maintaining their usual routines and providing plenty of attention, exercise, and care in a clean and comfortable environment.
