About: We are an active couple with experience caring for a wide range of dogs, primarily medium to large breeds. We’re comfortable with multiple dogs, high-energy dogs, dogs in heat, and pets with medications or specific dietary needs. Living in Squamish, we love spending time outdoors and enjoy taking dogs on long walks, hikes, and adventures. Our flexible schedules allow us to provide plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship throughout the day. We take a patient, calm, and positive approach to pet care, focusing on trust, consistency, and making every dog feel safe, comfortable, and at home. Pet care fits very naturally into our routine. Amanda works just five minutes from home, allowing for regular check-ins throughout the day, while Drew is building his company remotely and has the flexibility to work from home. Safety is our priority. We pay close attention to traffic, wildlife, other dogs, and each dog's comfort level when we're out walking or exploring. Off-leash time is only done with the owner's permission and when it's appropriate for the dog's environment. Trust comes from following your instructions and putting your dog's needs first. We take the time to understand each dog's routine and personality so we can provide consistent care. Our goal is to make dogs feel relaxed, loved, and at home by maintaining their usual routines and providing plenty of attention, exercise, and care in a clean and comfortable environment.

About: What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give to every dog. I treat them like my own and take the time to understand their routine and personality so they feel comfortable and safe. I have experience with both energetic dogs and calmer or senior dogs, and I’m confident with puppies, including basic leash manners and consistency with commands. As a dog owner myself (I have an Olde English Bulldog named Polar), I understand how important trust and communication are — I always provide updates and make sure your dog is happy, exercised, and well cared for. I am currently not working so I’m super flexible. My days I spend walking my own dogs or spending time with them or I’m walking my friends dogs as I love to be outside I always prioritize safety, routine, and making sure each dog feels comfortable and secure. In a client’s home, I follow their routine closely, including feeding, walks, and any specific instructions, to keep things consistent and stress-free. I take time to build trust with each dog and adjust to their needs, whether that’s extra attention or a calm approach. I’m also very mindful of safety at all times and keep owners updated with messages and photos. I always respect your home and leave it clean and tidy.

About: I've been taking care of animals since I was a kid, walking dogs, pet sitting, feeding cats and peoples birds. I have also had my own pets since I was 5, including dogs, cats, hamsters, and birds. I take great pride in my genuine love and care for animals, and have been called the "animal whisperer" by many people. I have a knack for attracting animals to me because I believe they can understand how deeply I love them all. Whether they are young or seniors, I will take special care depending on their needs or limitations. I am currently taking time off from working in any fasted paced environment, so that I can tailor my schedule to walks, pet care, pet sitting, house sitting, while I enjoy the summer in Squamish. I have lots of availability and a flexible schedule to work around your needs, so you can be worry free while you're at work, away, or also enjoying life. I will cater the experience to the individual pet and their needs. I can handle pets that need to be crated at night, or not. I can handle pets that need strict med schedules, particular feeding needs etc. I have a fenced in backyard, so you can be worry free about your dogs. I am happy to pamper them at your house or mine, so I can accommodate many specific needs and their quirky personalities.

About: I have owned dogs my entire life starting from a young age. Training them as a puppies I’ve had on my own to oldies. I would be happy taking care of any pooch no matter there energy level or specific needs :) I work as a paramedic for BC ambulance casually but I have a lot of free time and would be really happy taking care of any dog and have their safety and best interest at heart. I live at the end of second and avenue and right beside the estuary so lots of trails and open space for pups to run around.

About: Hi! I'm 30 years old, I'm located in Squamish. I've been dog-sitting various sizes of dogs from my neighbor for the past 5 years. I have experience volunteering at the SPCA for over 4 years. I'm a really active person, and I'm comfortable taking multiple dogs on long walks. I have experience walking up to five medium-large dogs at the same time. About: I have experience with my dog and friends dogs. My dog is a friendly 5 year old lab/rotweiller with lots of energy. I have taken care of our friends reactive lab cross for 8 years when they needed drop in care or walks. I also had dogs growing up so have been around dogs my whole life! I’m off work for the summer, so aside from the occasional camping trip I am excited to get out for a walk with your dog! Or drop by and do a quick check in, depending on your needs. My dog can join if your dog is dog friendly, or she can stay at home with my partner if not. I have a toddler who is generally in daycare during the day, but if your dog is ok with kids he may join for a hike! Unfortunately with both a dog and a toddler at home in a small space I am not able to offer care in my home at this time.

I miss having a dog of my own, so caring for local pets brings me so much joy. I grew up caring for neighbourhood dogs, volunteering at the SPCA and assisting at vet clinics. This experience in animal care exposed me to dogs with challenging behaviours and taught me what’s needed to keep your dog happy and healthy. I am also very active, and would love to take your dog on runs and trail walks. I am willing to adapt to different pet routines and keep your animal company with house sitting services. I love incorporating training techniques and mental stimulation into your dogs care. I am open to caring for all breeds and sizes as well. I am very organized and responsible as a service provider. Walking, playing with and spending time with your dog are my top priorities! I work from home which allows for flexible time to care for your pet(s) and go for mid-day walks. I am happy to provide 2+ walks a day for active dogs. I will not be able to provide care in my own home, but would be happy to do home visits or housesit while you are away, in addition to daily walks.

About: I am a mom to a very special 11 year old medium sized pup who I have raised since she was a puppy. Through her, I've gained deep experience caring for dogs with sensitivities, anxiety, and reactivity, and I approach every animal with patience, empathy, and respect for their individual needs. I understand that not all dogs fit the “easygoing” mold, and I genuinely enjoy building trust with pups who need a little extra care and understanding. I also have extensive experience with cats - I grew up with them and have lived in shared spaces with them over the past 8 years. I’m comfortable meeting them where they’re at, whether they’re social, shy, or independent. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and emotional well-being are always my top priority. Please note: My dog, Rylee, is very neutral and impartial with other dogs. If you book boarding, she will be in the home - she is happy to share her space, beds and toys. When booking a walk, please let me know your preference if you'd like your dog to have a 1 on 1 walk or if they wouldn’t mind Rylee joining - I am happy to accommodate either way. I currently work remotely full-time but with a very flexible schedule. I am available for day-time company, lunch time pop ins and/or afternoon or evening walks. I live in an apartment but am in very close proximity to all of the Smoke Bluff trails. I also have a large terrace that is perfect for soaking up the sun.
