We couldn’t have asked for a better caretaker for our senior dog, Zack! Zack is reactive toward other dogs, so it’s incredibly important that he’s with someone responsible and reliable who understands his needs and makes sure he isn’t put in situations where a dog-to-dog interaction could happen. William was absolutely fantastic. He took such great care of Zack during our 10-day trip, followed his needs carefully, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We also really appreciated the regular photos and updates throughout our trip—it was so reassuring to see Zack happy, comfortable, and well cared for. William was dependable, thoughtful, and clearly cared about Zack’s well-being. We would absolutely trust him with Zack again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a responsible and caring dog sitter.

William was an excellent sitter. He was dependable, on time, and communicated well. He arranged a time to meet with us before the sit. Simba was exhausted when we got home, so we know he enjoyed his time with William. We would definitely recommend and use him again!

William did an amazing job with our two dogs, especially with our newer pup who had never had a dog sitter before. He was patient, kind, and professional, and made our time away from home stress free as we felt our dogs were in great hands. Thanks again!

We booked William for two nights of house sitting, which included staying overnight with our dogs. Communication before the booking was responsive, and he messaged when he arrived and sent a photo. During the first night, however, he left our home without notifying us, and our dogs were left alone for approximately nine hours overnight. I discovered that he was gone through our driveway camera and had to contact him the following morning to find out what was happening. He later explained that there had been a family emergency. I understand that emergencies can occur. My concern was that he left without communicating with us at any point, which meant we had no way of knowing that our dogs were alone or whether he would be able to continue providing the booked care. Because this was our first booking with him, we no longer felt comfortable continuing the stay and returned early to collect our dogs. This significantly disrupted our trip and was costly as it required us to arrange alternative pet-friendly accommodations. He did agree to refund the amount paid out to him. However, based on the undisclosed overnight absence and lack of communication during it, I could not recommend him for house sitting.

Will was great, he was very accommodating and diligent with his care of Rosie 🐾. He was respectful of our home and communicative. Would thoroughly reccomend him to anyone looking for pet care. Thank you Will!
