About: I’ve loved caring for animals since I was a teenager, starting with my beloved sausage dog (even if some say they’re not “real” dogs!). Since moving to Whistler, I’ve regularly dog-sat for friends whenever they traveled and couldn’t bring their pups along. For the past two years, my partner and I have had a hedgehog, but since he’s nocturnal, I’ve definitely felt a bit of an “attention void” during the day—so I’d love to give your pet all the care and affection they deserve! I work from home as a sales rep for a pool construction company, and ever since COVID, all my meetings happen online, over the phone, or through email. That means I’m home most of the time, which makes it easy to give your doggie plenty of attention throughout the day! We live in a house with a spacious living room where pets can relax and feel at home when I’m pet-sitting. Our neighborhood is perfect for dogs, with dog parks and forest trails just a few minutes away—so your furry friend will get plenty of walks and outdoor time! Even while I’m working, I always keep an eye on them to make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and getting the attention they need.

About: I've always loved animals and had my own gerbils as a small child. As a family we regularly looked after friends' dogs and later got our dog (Cleo, a mini schnauzer). I always helped with looking after her, training, walks etc and love spending time with animals. Now I've moved to Canada, I miss hanging out with pets and would love to help look after your pets! I work remotely most of the week so have a flexible schedule. I'm able to take dogs out for multiple walks a day and make sure they have everything they need! I don't have a garden but I am right on a valley trail so easy access for walks or quick pee breaks! I live in a ground floor apartment with plenty of space for your pet to hang out. If I am looking after your pet in your home, I follow their regular routines to make sure they feel comfortable.

About: Hi! I’m an experienced animal caregiver who’s always loved being around pets of all kinds. I grew up with cats, dogs, and rabbits, and started pet sitting at 15, so caring for animals has always been part of my life. I have a Horse Specialist degree and have spent years working and living on farms and ranches, so I’m comfortable with everything from household pets to larger animals and different temperaments. I’ve also assisted vets with all kinds of treatments—from surgeries to smaller care like bandaging and injections—so I’m confident handling pets who need a bit of extra care. I truly treat every pet like my own and aim to make them feel safe, happy, and loved. I’d love to meet you and your pet! 😊 I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to adjust to your schedule and your pet’s needs. I have lots of time to play, care for, and give attention to your pet so they feel happy and comfortable. I’m based in Whistler and have my own car, making me reliable and able to travel easily. I’ll care for your pet either in your home or mine during the day, making sure they get lots of attention, play, and downtime. I’m a very active person and love being outside as much as possible, so walks and fresh air are always part of the routine. I live just a short walk from Alta Lake and have the Valley Trail right outside my door, which makes it easy to give pets plenty of fun, safe outdoor time.

About: My girlfriend and I are lifelong animal lovers and have grown up with pets of all kinds! We love having pets around the house, but since we can’t commit to owning one full-time right now, pet sitting is the perfect way for us to enjoy their company and care for them like our own. I’m a self-employed barber who works four days a week, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for your pet. My girlfriend also works from home, so your pet will always have consistent company and attention during the day. :) We live in a cozy one-bedroom apartment right on Alpha Lake with easy access to trails and an off-leash dog park close by! Our home is clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly, and we both have cars, so we’re always prepared for vet visits, pick-ups, or any emergencies that might come up!

About: In my family, a real home is where there is dog hair everywhere and toys all over the house. Since I was born, I’ve always loved animals. They have a special place in my heart and they truly makes my heart happier. I have a.dog of my own, his name is Theo and he’s 10 years old. I have free time on my schedule, so why not make it fun. 🐶 I am currently working 4 days a week, I have 3 days available of pet sitting when needed. I am also flexible with schedule when needed. Safety and respect for the dog is my priority number 1. I want to give a peace of mind to the owners when they aren’t there. Also, respecting the owners advices/rules they have with their pets.

About: My love for pets is what sparked me to enter the wonderful world of pet sitting. I understand the importance of trusting someone to care for your "kids". I grew up with a household of furry friends! This is currently my second job as I’m wanting to spend my time giving love to those who need it most. About: I've grown up surrounded by animals my whole life — dogs, cats, birds — so caring for pets is second nature to me. When I was living in Australia, I got to look after some amazing dogs and made such lovely connections with their owners along the way. I've always been a huge animal lover. I even rescued a street dog from Thailand and brought her home to the UK. She needed a lot of training, love, and patience — but she's now happy, settled, and absolutely thriving. That experience taught me so much about understanding a dog's needs, building trust, and providing the kind of care that truly makes a difference. I'm now a permanent resident of Canada and settled in Whistler long-term, so you can count on me being here for your dog whenever you need. My work schedule for October is Wednesday-Sunday. I am flexible with drop ins, over nights stays and walks. I can be super flexible with my lunch breaks for mid-day walks, early morning walks or evening walks! With planning, I am able to stay at my partners home with pets! The great thing about this set up is between us, we have Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday off so your pet is unlikely to spend much time alone! I also start 9:30, and my partner finishes 3:30 so we can be really flexible with meeting animals needs. I am also able to stay at the pets home, pop in for dog walks, toilet breaks and lots of cuddles!

About: I've had pets around my house for my entire life, cats, dogs, reptiles, fish, hamsters, guinea pigs. Ever since I moved to Whistler, I haven't been able to find a place that allows pets, so I am on here to help spread my joy and love for animals, and give them back the love they all deserve. About: I trained my dogs, I have 2 dogs, I really love pets, some times I take care of my uncle's dog, I like to play to them and if the people ask me to train, I like to train them as well, I like to run and play with them, I'm very friendly. About: Hi! Our names' are Melissa and David and we've lived in Whistler for over two years now. For the first 20 months of living here we lived with and helped take care of our room mates two lovely dogs. Helping to train, feed and generally look after them, with full responsibility when they were away on trips or nights out. Before moving to Canada we've also looked after friends and family's dogs regularly, from just a daily walk to a full weeks holiday. Normally during the working week Melissa is finished by 4pm so free to visit or walk your dog after this time. David is free in the mornings as he starts work later in the day. If you dog is OK to be left for a couple of hours we can give your dog maximum attention! Otherwise Melissa's office is pet friendly and would be welcome to spend the whole day with me, if happy in that environment. We have a pet friendly apartment but are also happy to help with walks or visit your home to help out. Our apartment doesn't have a garden and is up stairs but we live in Creekside very close to the dog park and other great walks!

About: I’ve been around dogs for my whole life and love getting to know them. I have experience training a very timid and aggressive rescue dog. Pet car fits easily into my daily routine since I’m currently in between jobs and have a very flexible schedule. I love spending time outdoors so taking your dogs for walks would be a great addition to my day! I currently, unfortunately, don’t have a dog. But, I’m excited to fill the empty void with your doggo! About: I’ve either had or taken care of dogs most of my life. I have one of my own that I raised from a puppy, but as I am away from home, I would love to take care of yours! I love all dogs big and small and would treat your pet like my own. I am available most evenings and 3 days per week as I have another job.
