I have a dog of my own that can keep your pup company- instant best friends! I also have a baby gate to block access to my stairs so that I can keep an eye on your pup while they play or explore my house. I also have a crate available to create a safe and cozy space for your pup if that would make them feel more comfortable

I would love to know what rules you have for your pet and am happy to follow suit. I would also love to know your pet's age, size, temperament, if they are ok being around other dogs (as I have a dog of my own), allergies and other specific instructions (especially if they are allowed off leash or if on leash is best for them)
A typical day
I love going for walks and hikes around Whistler and surrounding area. I like to balance the day with adventure then some rest and relaxation. A day with me would look like a balance of outdoor adventure mixed with some indoor play or mental stimulation, then some time to rest and recharge (and of course regular meal times). I am happy to structure my day around your dog's needs and preferences

Pet care experience
My partner, Germain, and I are the proud dog parents to our goldendoodle, Milo. Both Germain and I have always grown up with animals in our lives- we are very comfortable dogs of all sizes and ages. We are animal lovers and your pet is our number one priority when they are under our watch. There will always be someone home + Milo, so your dog will never feel lonely and will always have someone to cuddle with. I live close to a park and to tons of trails. I also have a vehicle, so the options for adventures are endless!! I have experience with: - training dogs new tricks - administrating pills - bathing dogs - taking care of puppies

Karen was excellent with our dog. We contacted her fairly last minute during our anniversary weekend, and were hoping for a half day and evening out just to ourselves. She took great care of him and took him out to the lake. Our dog may have had a better time than we did! Highly recommend Karen
Karen was a lifesaver when we spent the weekend in Whistler! We needed someone to care for our pooch for the day so we could enjoy an event at the village and she was exactly what we needed. She was flexible with the scheduling and gave us lots of photo updates. Our dog was tired and happy when we picked her up.
Karen was terrific and clearly has great dog karma. Isla went to her right away! Karen was easy to communicate with, reliable and professional. I’d highly recommend Karen to take care of your pup anytime she is available.
Karen was so kind and right away our very shy dog warmed up to her. Within minutes of us leaving our place, Karen sent us a picture of her giving our dog belly rubs. I really recommend Karen!!
