“Ashley communicated and sent photos regularly. She gave our dogs his meds as needed, took him on regular walks, and gave him all the cuddles he wants. I would highly recommend her.”

“Sanja was fantastic with our 3 dogs. She went above our expectations for exercise and sent so many pictures of the dogs enjoying the sunshine. The dogs looked very happy and well taken care of in the pictures. I highly recommend Sanja to anyone who would like their dog(s) treated as if they were her own!”

“Damian cared for our two Vizslas (Molly and Hazel) at our house for a week while we were on a holiday. He communicated well, followed directions and the dogs loved him! It takes Molly quite a while to trust and to be comfortable around someone new. It wasn’t long at all until she was snuggling and playing with Damian. We would book Damian again without hesitation.”

“Michael took excellent care of our furry baby, even on very short notice. He was reliable, kind, and truly responsible throughout the stay. On one of the days, his car broke down, but he still made it work and showed up as promised. That level of dedication really meant a lot to us. We felt confident and at ease knowing our dog was in such caring hands. Highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a dependable dog sitter.”

About: I've always had animals in my life, starting when I was a child and my mom trained guide dog puppies. I have owned birds, large snakes, reptiles, rodents, horses, cats, big dogs, and small dogs. Some with complicated medical needs. I'm comfortable with any animal you can legally keep as a pet, and I'm happy to care for them. I recently adopted a small senior dog, but he can stay with my parents for periods of time if I’m dog sittting. I work part time and it's very flexible, so I'm not typically gone long hours and I can always make adjustments if I need to for a pet's schedule. My dog is rarely alone more than an hour and a half. I do have a small senior dog in my house and kids (4 & 6) who visit often. My dog and the kids can both be kept out of the house with another family member if needed.
About: I've grown up surrounded by animals my whole life — dogs, cats, birds — so caring for pets is second nature to me. When I was living in Australia, I got to look after some amazing dogs and made such lovely connections with their owners along the way. I've always been a huge animal lover. I even rescued a street dog from Thailand and brought her home to the UK. She needed a lot of training, love, and patience — but she's now happy, settled, and absolutely thriving. That experience taught me so much about understanding a dog's needs, building trust, and providing the kind of care that truly makes a difference. I'm now a permanent resident of Canada and settled in Whistler long-term, so you can count on me being here for your dog whenever you need. My work schedule for October is Wednesday-Sunday. I am flexible with drop ins, over nights stays and walks. I can be super flexible with my lunch breaks for mid-day walks, early morning walks or evening walks! With planning, I am able to stay at my partners home with pets! The great thing about this set up is between us, we have Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday off so your pet is unlikely to spend much time alone! I also start 9:30, and my partner finishes 3:30 so we can be really flexible with meeting animals needs. I am also able to stay at the pets home, pop in for dog walks, toilet breaks and lots of cuddles!
About: I've always loved animals and had my own gerbils as a small child. As a family we regularly looked after friends' dogs and later got our dog (Cleo, a mini schnauzer). I always helped with looking after her, training, walks etc and love spending time with animals. Now I've moved to Canada, I miss hanging out with pets and would love to help look after your pets! I work remotely most of the week so have a flexible schedule. I'm able to take dogs out for multiple walks a day and make sure they have everything they need! I don't have a garden but I am right on a valley trail so easy access for walks or quick pee breaks! I live in a ground floor apartment with plenty of space for your pet to hang out. If I am looking after your pet in your home, I follow their regular routines to make sure they feel comfortable.
About: Hi! I’m an experienced animal caregiver who’s always loved being around pets of all kinds. I grew up with cats, dogs, and rabbits, and started pet sitting at 15, so caring for animals has always been part of my life. I have a Horse Specialist degree and have spent years working and living on farms and ranches, so I’m comfortable with everything from household pets to larger animals and different temperaments. I’ve also assisted vets with all kinds of treatments—from surgeries to smaller care like bandaging and injections—so I’m confident handling pets who need a bit of extra care. I truly treat every pet like my own and aim to make them feel safe, happy, and loved. I’d love to meet you and your pet! 😊 I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to adjust to your schedule and your pet’s needs. I have lots of time to play, care for, and give attention to your pet so they feel happy and comfortable. I’m based in Whistler and have my own car, making me reliable and able to travel easily. I’ll care for your pet either in your home or mine during the day, making sure they get lots of attention, play, and downtime. I’m a very active person and love being outside as much as possible, so walks and fresh air are always part of the routine. I live just a short walk from Alta Lake and have the Valley Trail right outside my door, which makes it easy to give pets plenty of fun, safe outdoor time.

“Sophie was an excellent, friendly, caring sitter. She arrived early in the morning so we could ski for the day. Sophie took our golden doodle Luna to an off-leash park, where she burned off some energy and met some other amazing dogs. Luna warmed up to Sophie very quickly and didn't want her to leave. Very appreciative of the pics of Luna during their time together at the park. I highly recommend Sophie. Thank you.”

About: I’ve always loved animals and have lots of hands-on experience caring for them. I raised my own Goldendoodle from just 2 months old, so I understand the time, patience, and care that goes into keeping a dog happy and healthy. I also care for my two rabbits and have pet-sat for friends’ dogs and cats, which has given me experience with different personalities and needs. I have previous work experience as a Veterinary Assistant, where I gained valuable experience being around animals and learning more about their care. I treat every pet like they’re my own and always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I’m currently on a gap year, which gives me plenty of time to dedicate to play with your pups! I can fit walks, visits, and overnight stays into my daily and weekly routine (including weekends), and I always make sure pets get the attention, exercise, and care they need. I love spending quality time with animals and treat every pet as if they were my own. I provide personalized care in your home so that pets can stay in the environment they’re most comfortable with.
