“Amanda and Thomas are so fantastic with my mischievous boy, he clearly has the best time with them and is very well taken care of. Thankful to be able to go away and know he's on the safest of hands! Thanks so much again:)”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life, so I get how to keep young puppies happy and active or give extra TLC to senior pups. Whether it’s fun walks, playtime, or cozy care, I’m all about making your dog feel loved and keeping those tails wagging! Pet care is my daily jam! As a dog walker, I take pups on fun hikes, blending work with love for dogs. My wife’s home to keep an eye on them, and our 5-year-old golden retriever loves making new friends. We have an 8 year old that will also be around the pets but always under supervision. My family loves your dog like our own. I lead leashed walks, staying alert for other dogs. My wife and son ensure constant care, and our golden retriever plays gently. Your pup stays happy and safe!
“I highly recommend Kateryna for anyone looking for reliable,& loving care for their friend. She went above and beyond, with photo updates, coordinations with pick up & drop off. My dog was so excited to see her the day after, and she cared enough to monitor all his behaviour and letting me know about it. One of the best experiences that I had with any dog sitter.”

About: Hi, I’m Rachel! I’ve spent my whole life around dogs and cats and love spending time in their company. I know how important it is to give pets not just care, but love, patience, and attention. I have owned my own dogs and cats and have worked with them professionally too, as a dog aquafit specialist in Vancouver. Now, i work from home in Squamish a few days a week, which means I can offer plenty of company, playtime, walks and snuggles. I also have a toddler who is very respectful of animals and loves being around them. Your pet will always feel safe and comfortable in our home. Whether it’s walks, cuddles, or just a calm presence, I’ll treat your furry family member like my own. Pet care naturally fits into my daily routine because I’ve always had animals in my life. I’m used to feeding, walking, playtime, and giving lots of affection throughout the day. Since I work from home a few days a week, I have the flexibility to provide companionship and regular check-ins. On the days I’m not home full time, I still structure my mornings and evenings around pet care, whether that’s longer walks, cuddle time, or keeping up with their routines. In my home, pets are treated like family. I make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved by keeping to their normal routines—whether that’s walks, playtime, feeding schedules, or quiet cuddle time. I’m attentive to their needs and always provide plenty of supervision, affection, and stimulation. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow your instructions closely to make sure your pet feels secure in their own environment. I maintain their regular schedule, give them lots of attention, and provide updates so you know how they’re doing while you’re away.
“Raffie had a great stay with Olivier and Marie! Raffie is an older pup, and requires a little more care but Olivier was on top of it. They were quick to respond, sent lots of pictures and flexible when it came to all of Raffie's needs. Highly recommend and looking forward to booking again!”

About: Grew up on a farm in the UK surrounded by pets! Missing them all very much. Expect an active, patient and caring pet carer here. I’m working for BC wildfire this summer, but will have long weekends where my partner and I I would love to look after your pet. Here to provide whatever care you need, my partner and I have a great understanding of petcare needs and can remain very adaptable to individual circumstances!
“Lydia and Hugh were great! They took wonderful care of my dog and were good with communication. I was able to meet them before hand as well and do a walk with the dog to get him use to them which was helpful. Would be pleased to have them dog sit for me again. :)”

About: Hi! I’m Tess, an active, animal-loving sitter who works from home part-time during the summer and early fall. I’ve cared for dogs my whole life (mostly large breeds), fostered both dogs and cats locally and abroad, and even helped housebreak puppies. Whether your pup needs a relaxed walk around the golf course or a big adventure up Sea to Summit, I’ll match their energy level. Between walks, I’m all about cuddles, playtime, and making sure your pet feels safe and happy. I work from home part-time in the summer and early fall, so I can easily fit in morning, midday, and evening walks or visits. My schedule is flexible, which means I can adjust to your pet’s routine, whether that’s early hikes or lunchtime potty breaks. Pets are always supervised, doors and gates are secure, and outdoor time is safe and leashed. I make sure they have a cozy space to rest, fresh water, and plenty of attention.
“Rob & Elis were a wonderful Rover family for our Tater’s vacation away from us! He had so much fun hanging with Bonnie, playing in the river and snuggling! We loved getting tons of updates and pics during his visit! Highly recommended! ☺️”

“The experience with Jesse and Charlotte was positive from start to finish. They kindly agreed to meet Sadie and me prior to me booking her stay. Within a minute of meeting Jesse and Charlotte, I knew they were the perfect pet-sitters for Sadie. They are kind, warm, welcoming and so clearly dog-lovers. Their questions about Sadie and her care reflected their earnest interest in Sadie's care and wellbeing. On the day I dropped Sadie off at Jesse and Charlotte's house, she walked straight off with them as though she'd known them forever. The whole time I was away, they provided updates and included pictures of Sadie who looked as happy as ever. They also responded to my messages immediately and positively. Everything about the experience was positive. I recommend Jesse and Charlotte with enthusiasm. I'll definitely book for Sadie to stay with them again.”

“Our dog Ace had a great time with Stephen! Really impressed with how much Ace was able to bond with him over a short period of time. Stephen took him on some awesome walks, and sent photo updates throughout the weekend. Very satisfied, and totally recommend.”

About: Hi there! My name is Denise. I am studying an MBA program and working part-time. I had to leave my doggy son in my home country while I’m studying here and I miss him so much. I would love to spend my time taking care of your dog as if they were my own. I would make sure to keep happy just like I did with my own I enjoy walking as well as just going down to the lake for some playtime. I have a very flexible schedule and look forward to hearing from you. Feel free to message me anytime and arrange something. Hope to hear from you soon! Thank you I'm currently studying and working part time so my schedules are flexible. We can coordinate and see how our schedules will fit the best way for your dog I'm always watching your dog to know that he is safe and doesn't need anything. When walking him I can take him with the leash or without it, depending on your preferences
About: I have cared for my own pets since a very young age and can’t remember a time that I haven’t had either a cat or a dog or both at the same time. I am a part-time flight attendant and find myself with a lot of time with days off and available during typical business hours where you might need some assistance. My schedule is always different but I seem to know it a month in advance most days. I do have a fenced yard and a husky dog myself if you’re a dog gets along with others we may be able to host your pet as well. We also have 2 cats that are used to dogs but we can only watch dogs that are friendly with cats too.
About: Hi! I’m an experienced, reliable pet caregiver based in Squamish who genuinely loves spending time with animals. I provide dog daycare and boarding in a safe, caring environment where your pet will receive plenty of attention, exercise and companionship. I’ve cared for dogs with a wide range of personalities and needs, from energetic pups who love outdoor adventures to senior dogs who benefit from a slower pace, medication routines or a little extra reassurance. Because I work flexibly, I’m able to spend much of the day with the dogs in my care rather than leaving them alone. I work flexibly as a freelance consultant, which means I can usually structure my day around the pets I’m caring for rather than the other way around. I’m usually home during the day for company, walks, feeding routines and playtime, and I’m happy to stick closely to your pet’s normal schedule. Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live in an apartment but ensure frequent potty breaks and provide a calm, supervised environment.

“Shengpei has an amazing way with cats. She managed to convince my shirts cat to come out for food and pets right away! Four days away and I don't think my cats even noticed I was gone! The pictures and updatesshe send removed any stress I had about the cats!”

“Necole took great care of our cat. Excellent communication before and while she was caring for our cat. We would highly recommend Necole for the care of your pets.”

About: What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give to every dog. I treat them like my own and take the time to understand their routine and personality so they feel comfortable and safe. I have experience with both energetic dogs and calmer or senior dogs, and I’m confident with puppies, including basic leash manners and consistency with commands. As a dog owner myself (I have an Olde English Bulldog named Polar), I understand how important trust and communication are — I always provide updates and make sure your dog is happy, exercised, and well cared for. I am currently not working so I’m super flexible. My days I spend walking my own dogs or spending time with them or I’m walking my friends dogs as I love to be outside I always prioritize safety, routine, and making sure each dog feels comfortable and secure. In a client’s home, I follow their routine closely, including feeding, walks, and any specific instructions, to keep things consistent and stress-free. I take time to build trust with each dog and adjust to their needs, whether that’s extra attention or a calm approach. I’m also very mindful of safety at all times and keep owners updated with messages and photos. I always respect your home and leave it clean and tidy.
“Cindy took great care of our cat, Baker, while we were away for 10 days. She sent us a lot of updates along with pictures & videos, which reassured us a lot. We came back home to a very happy cat (and clean home) :) We'd recommend her to anyone who's looking for a great pet sitter!”

“Amy took great care of my boys while I was gone. Her communication was good and she relieved a lot of my anxiety about leaving. My one cat takes medication twice a day which she was great at giving. I felt relieved to find her and will definitely use her again.”

About: Hi! I’m a teacher with the summer off and I’m hoping to spend some of that time with dogs. I love being outside, going for walks, exploring trails, and spending time with animals. I grew up with a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, so I understand that dogs need lots of care, attention, and exercise. I’ll likely get a dog of my own in the future, but for now I’d love to help care for yours. Animals bring me a lot of joy, and I’m excited to meet some new dogs this summer. I look forward to working with you and your pet! Since I’m a teacher and have the summer off, pet care fits really well into my routine right now. I have plenty of time during the day to check in on your dogs, take them for walks, and give them the care and attention they need. I know it can feel like a big deal to have someone come into your home and care for your pet. I will always treat your space with respect, follow your instructions, and make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
About: I have plenty of life experience for my age and love to spend my free time surrounded by animals! Taking care of animals is a passion I plan to make a bigger in my life as I get older:) I am very active in the outdoors and love having a campaign with me to enjoy the nature! I work full time and do my best to spend as much time in nature and love going on hikes. My weekly schedule is very reliable and with the right animals it can be more full! I am a very loving person and would treat a clients home just as my own if not better. I would expect only kindness and will do my best in return.
About: I had a successful positive reinforcement dog training business in Vancouver for several years and now I live in Squamish. I held a CPDT-KA certification which I opted not to renew last year because I no longer teach classes. My own dog is 15 years old and can no longer enjoy a long trail walk with me, so I would like to help other dog owners meet their dogs’ needs. I am also certified in Pet First Aid. I work part time as an EA during the school year and am studying at Capilano University in Squamish to become a teacher. I have a very flexible schedule and the means to travel to do drop ins. I have many years of experience caring for dogs and I love to make them feel calm and happy. I really care about safety and stress management, so I prefer to walk dogs on leash (or a long line) and I usually bring a clicker and a treats so we can build up some positive behaviour.

“William was very affectionate with our baby Tapioca. Tapioca was happy and very well cared for when we arrived! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our kitten and our house (he vacuumed up the cat litter that was scattered on the floor). We love the drawing you did of him. So cute! Thank you very much! We will definitely look for William again the next time we need someone to take care of Tapioca.”

“Billie took excellent care of my dog Stig. He got to sunbathe on the deck and make some friends on their walk. I definitely recommend Billie as Stig has some anxiety and he was relaxed and happy when I picked him up.”

“We were visiting the area and had a few non-dog-friendly activities planned for the day, so we had to board our 9.5 year old pup for a few hours. Vanessa took great care of Frisko. He warmed up instantly to her when we met and looked calm and relaxed when we picked him up. She was also really flexible with schedule.”

“Jesse and Charlotte thankyou so much for looking after Trigger. Your experience with large dogs put our minds at ease. Trigger had a lovely time, and the photos made our day! 🥰”

“Amanda has been an absolute joy to coordinate with and my Lady Nala was in very good hands. My pup often experiences anxiety with certain noise and strangers, but Amanda’s calm and bright energy was able to keep Nala calm and happy for the whole day! Very much looking forward to doing this again - thanks!”

“Tatjana was great with Peanut. Was my first time leaving my new puppy, and I felt totally relaxed and comfortable with Tatjana taking him for the whole day. Peanut came back happy and tired from and adventure filled day. Would definitely recommend Tatjana and book again.”

“I left my pup Coconut with Candace while I went to do a hike that us not dog-friendly. Candace was friendly and professional and my dog looks super happy on the photos she sent me. Would definitely use her services again or recommend her to other pet owners! ?”

Our beloved Benito stayed for the day and had an amazing experience, he also shared some play time with Dienks’ dog Fynn, such a cutie boy! Thank you so much for taking care of our sweet boy!”

“This was our pup's second time staying with Véronica and Henry was super excited to see her again! We got some hilarious and very cute pictures of the two of them having fun during the day. I know Henry had a sweet time as he was so calm and tired when he came home. Thank you Véronica!”

“Our dog had a great time with theirs! They went on a nice adventure and seemed like Jamie's whole family was keen to give our dog attention for the day. They're in a safe and peaceful area near trails!”

“Dani was very accommodating with our late notice booking. She arranged for us to meet at a park the evening before so she could familiarize herself with our dog Jose and take time to talk to us. The next night she picked Jose up from our hotel and spent the next two hours taking him on walking trails and sending beautiful scenic photos of Jose having a great time which put us at ease since we have only left Jose with family and friends. I would not hesitate to have Dani look after him again. She is such a great person who cared for Jose as we do. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks Dani!”

“Jesse and Charlotte have been great! My dog loves going on his weekly walks with Jesse and is always sad when he leaves. They have great communication and are great to work with.”

“Lauren is the most caring and attentive petsitter. She met my dogs, was very patient and calm while introducing and immediately had a connection to both of them. She was very flexible with my short term requests and did amazing with the huskies! I have a husky with behavioral issues - she even managed reactive situations and muzzled walks with assertiveness, calmness and grace. I trusted her with both of my dogs - one anxious, one reactive and resource guarding. And I felt very safe and comforted by her sending update pics and telling me how my dogs are doing. If you search for a reliable, competent and caring person, Lauren is your best bet. 🙏🏼 I am truly happy and grateful I found her, and my dogs are even happier to have her!! 🤍 Will definitely book again! Thank you Lauren, I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate you!”

About: Hi! My name is Eric, I'm a dog-lover with over 10 years of experience caring for our canine friends. I recently lost my 5 y/o rescue dog named Neve (pictured) to a sudden unexpected illness, so I am looking to continue to have canine companions in my life and look forward to treating your dog like they were my own. I have a wide range of experiences with dogs, ranging from growing up and training working dogs (German Shepherds) to working as a dogsled guide. I am skilled in dog training (both balanced and positive training), as well as mental stimulation. I understand each dog's unique needs and quirks, including their routines, medications, and favorite activities. I love to go on dog walks, runs, and play a mean game of fetch – and look forward to building a relationship with your canine companion. I am available for dogwalks / runs and pet-sitting. I currently work remotely and have quite a lot of flexibility to conduct dog-walks and dog-sitting. If time and interest allows, I can bring a dog with me to a pet-friendly office (guaranteed they will get a ton of pets and treats), or take them 30-90 minute walks during the day, or longer after work hours in the late afternoon or evening. I have a reliable car and extensive knowledge of the wonderful trails here! I am unable to host dogs but more than able to dog sit in a clients house. I thrive with open communication and clear instructions, and with any client and canine will build rapport and trust before dog sitting to learn their unique quirks, routines, and get to know one another.
About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs and pets of all kinds my whole life, and more recently gained hands-on experience navigating senior care for my own dog, which required extra patience and regular medication. Since then, I’ve cared for a variety of dogs—from very small to very large, with all kinds of energy levels—and have come to love each one along the way. I’d love the opportunity to care for and spend time with new pets. I currently have the flexibility to accommodate a variety of schedules and can work any day of the week. I am happy to work my time around to best suit your needs. I care for pets in their home by respecting their routines, following instructions closely, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. I will prioritise your pets comfort and ensure your home is treated with care and respect.
About: I am kind and gentle to animals and love to be with them. I have many years of animal care experience and I look forward to playing with your pet. I currently work in the squamish school district mon-fri. I'm looking for extra hours after school and on weekends to help support me and my 2 boys. I have a fenced in yard and make sure to check gates to the pets are safe outside. I would make sure pets are in appropriate places to be safe.
About: I am a mom to a very special 11 year old medium sized pup who I have raised since she was a puppy. Through her, I've gained deep experience caring for dogs with sensitivities, anxiety, and reactivity, and I approach every animal with patience, empathy, and respect for their individual needs. I understand that not all dogs fit the “easygoing” mold, and I genuinely enjoy building trust with pups who need a little extra care and understanding. I also have extensive experience with cats - I grew up with them and have lived in shared spaces with them over the past 8 years. I’m comfortable meeting them where they’re at, whether they’re social, shy, or independent. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and emotional well-being are always my top priority. Please note: My dog, Rylee, is very neutral and impartial with other dogs. If you book boarding, she will be in the home - she is happy to share her space, beds and toys. When booking a walk, please let me know your preference if you'd like your dog to have a 1 on 1 walk or if they wouldn’t mind Rylee joining - I am happy to accommodate either way. I currently work remotely full-time but with a very flexible schedule. I am available for day-time company, lunch time pop ins and/or afternoon or evening walks. I live in an apartment but am in very close proximity to all of the Smoke Bluff trails. I also have a large terrace that is perfect for soaking up the sun.
About: Dogs have been a constant love of my life but a career built around travel meant I couldn't have one of my own. So I found the next best thing: caring for other people's dogs when they can’t. That's taken me from simultaneously managing eight dogs for a couple in Hungary, to looking after a hostel's resident dog during a year living in Sri Lanka — and many happy dogs in between. Back home in Squamish, I've sat for dogs ranging from 3-month-old puppies to an 18-year-old tripod senior, and I currently do enriched walks and sitting with a local pet care company. Whether it's a bouncy pup or a gentle old soul, I bring the same patience and genuine enthusiasm. I also have experience with reactive dogs and understand that they need extra patience, awareness, and a calm handler. Your dog won't just be looked after, they'll be loved. Working from home on a flexible schedule makes me able to take breaks at any time. I can go for walks or breaks throughout the day. While getting to know eachother, I prefer to keep the dog on leash or in a fenced area. I follow the owners guidelines for what works for their dog an what is within their comfort zone.

About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life, and they’ve always been a big part of my world. I have frequently cared for other people’s dogs as well, ranging from very large breeds to small ones. I’m comfortable with all types of personalities, from energetic and playful to shy or more anxious dogs. I’m also experienced with pets that require extra attention, patience, and a gentle approach to help them feel safe and at ease. I am away from home for work Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm. I can go for a long walk, hike or run with your pet or when I come home or just rest and cuddle depending on their needs. I am also happy to take them for a nice walk in the morning before I leave. When caring for pets I always adapt to their unique needs. I’m happy to provide plenty of exercise and stimulation for active dogs or create a calm, quiet atmosphere for those who need it. I will follow your instructions carefully to maintain your pet’s usual schedule, including feeding, exercise, and any special care needs. My goal is to ensure your pet feels happy, comfortable, and loved, no matter where they are.
“Candace was amazing with my dog Whysper. She became a part of the “family”, while I was away for five days. I would most definitely have Whysper stay with a face again, and feel very secure in knowing that my dog is being looked after so well. Bruce”

“Lisa and Lonny welcomed Arrow with open arms, showing him lots of love during his stay. I was confident leaving him with such experienced dog people and they kept me informed with texts and photos daily of all the fun they were having. Lots of walks and snuggles, what more could you ask for?!”
