About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs and pets of all kinds my whole life, and more recently gained hands-on experience navigating senior care for my own dog, which required extra patience and regular medication. Since then, I’ve cared for a variety of dogs—from very small to very large, with all kinds of energy levels—and have come to love each one along the way. I’d love the opportunity to care for and spend time with new pets. I currently have the flexibility to accommodate a variety of schedules and can work any day of the week. About: I've been around dogs and cats my entire life and have volunteered at a local animal shelter. I'm patient, responsible, and truly enjoy caring for pets of all ages and personalities. I’m currently working part time and I make my own schedule, so I have enough time to attend to your pups needs! I understand the importance of communication and I’ll always try to adapt to schedules. I live in an apartment without yard, but I can tailor activities depending on your pets needs. I enjoy being active and going outside, but I also have a great time if your pet prefers quality time while staying inside.

About: While cats are my specialty, I love all animals and am comfortable caring for small to medium friendly dogs! I’m happy to do drop in visits, walks, feeding, and companionship throughout the day as needed, however overnights are preferred (for both cats and dogs) because I don’t drive, but also because I know most pets are more comfortable in their own environment. My availability changes weekly due to my job (server at a busy restaurant in DT Squamish), but this also allows for lots of flexibility and extra time to spend with your fur baby! I like to make sure to follow your pets routine and schedule as best as possible! While I cannot have any visits at my place, I’m happy to do drop ins, feedings, walks and overnights at the owners place :)

About: Occasional dog walking and pet sitting for friends and privately over last 3 years. Great reccomendation and flexible schedule to take best care of your best pal! I am available freely on Fridays, evenings and weekends. I have a flexible work schedule and can get that long walk in before work and be back for a pre break 6-8hours later! I care for a client's home better than my own! Respectful, tidy and happy to follow your pets usual routine! Prefer to meet in your house and do a walk before agreeing to a sit to ensure best match and ability to mirror any training or commands where possible!

About: My first job was walking dogs in my neighborhood when I was 12 years old! I grew up riding horses competitively and cared for them with love and passion! I had family dogs always so know how to care for your furry best friend. I work fully remote so would be able to give your pet the love and attention they deserve while you take some time to yourself. I work from home so would be available for daily walks as often as needed and constant monitoring! I often go for many walks a day on my own so would love to hang with a furry companion I don’t have any pets myself so no need to worry about other animals or behaviour issues! About: I’m a dog lover with a friendly pup, Ollie, who enjoys making new dog friends. Whether you’re skiing in Whistler or away on a trip, I’ll care for your dog like my own—providing plenty of love, attention, and adventures! Ollie gets along great with most dogs, but due to a few past experiences, he’s not the best match with German Shepherds or Huskies. He gets along best with chill dogs that have low/medium energy. As a teacher, I work M-F from 8-4. Your pet would need to be okay being at home during those hours. I can do a short walk before work and a long walk or hike after work. Evenings and weekends are for adventuring with the doggos, either hiking or mountain biking :) I have the summers off, as well as 2 weeks over Christmas and 2 weeks off in March. My house is puppy proof and dog friendly. I will care for your dog like it is my own, and make sure their needs are met. My preference is to board dogs in my own home rather than housesit.

About: Happy to look after all animals - I grew up on a farm & have experience with large dogs (housesat a German Shepard for many months). I've looked after kittens & helped train puppies. Happy to give medication & clean up after older animals. I currently work from home remotely, so have plenty of time in my day to attend to the pets , take them for walks, show them affection & be close by. I have housesat for the greater part of the past 2 years (and been a nanny prior to that). I respect and care for other peoples homes, am trustworthy & maintain a clean and Tidy house. I’m also experienced with pets that require extra attention, patience, and a gentle approach to help them feel safe and at ease. I am away from home for work Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm. I can go for a long walk, hike or run with your pet or when I come home or just rest and cuddle depending on their needs. I am also happy to take them for a nice walk in the morning before I leave. When caring for pets I always adapt to their unique needs. I’m happy to provide plenty of exercise and stimulation for active dogs or create a calm, quiet atmosphere for those who need it. About: I am a very compassionate person that is a huge animal lover. I had a golden retriever for thirteen years but then I lost her because she battled cancer. Dogs are like people and they deserve to be treated with as much respect as we do. Therefore I love every breed and would love to spend time getting to know your dogs and I will walk and care for them as much as they need. I also have a little fenced yard that is accessible to them during the day for some needed supervised outdoor play time. A nature trail is right in front of my home and forest walks are an easy 5min drive to access. I am available and hands on during the day. Your pup will be in good care and company daily. I have a ground level home with fenced yard to play in and one miniature longhaired daschund to keep your baby company whether to play or just to relax with. My home will be home to your pet and I will treat them as my own. For house sittings, Fynn (my dog) and I will be respectful and take utmost care to look after your belongings and pup. About: Hi! I’m Nadia, a South African in my 30’s, now happily settled in beautiful Squamish. I work remotely in tech and do Rover on the side. I love the outdoors so taking the doggos out is a great pleasure for me. I have a very calm, 2 year old Cavalier who is my baby. So I totally understand the stress of leaving your baby with a stranger. I always send lots of reassurance with pics, updates and tracked walks. Since I am home all day I can adapt my schedule to suit your pets. I can take them out as many times as they need. I usually walk them in the morning, lunchtime and then evening. I also have no restrictions with dogs going on furniture etc (unless you have specific rules to follow). They usually just chill with me while I work or chew a toy or play together. I live in a townhouse by the river. We have a ton of walks nearby. We have a dog friendly home so they can come on beds, couches ( unless you have particular rules you want me to enforce )

About: I am a mom to a very special 11 year old medium sized pup who I have raised since she was a puppy. Through her, I've gained deep experience caring for dogs with sensitivities, anxiety, and reactivity, and I approach every animal with patience, empathy, and respect for their individual needs. I understand that not all dogs fit the “easygoing” mold, and I genuinely enjoy building trust with pups who need a little extra care and understanding. I also have extensive experience with cats - I grew up with them and have lived in shared spaces with them over the past 8 years. I’m comfortable meeting them where they’re at, whether they’re social, shy, or independent. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and emotional well-being are always my top priority. Please note: My dog, Rylee, is very neutral and impartial with other dogs. If you book boarding, she will be in the home - she is happy to share her space, beds and toys. When booking a walk, please let me know your preference if you'd like your dog to have a 1 on 1 walk or if they wouldn’t mind Rylee joining - I am happy to accommodate either way. I currently work remotely full-time but with a very flexible schedule. I am available for day-time company, lunch time pop ins and/or afternoon or evening walks. I live in an apartment but am in very close proximity to all of the Smoke Bluff trails. I also have a large terrace that is perfect for soaking up the sun.

About: Avid lover of animals, I have spent summers with horses, been owner of a dog and 2 cats. I have experience with rescue dogs, as I was walking them for a rescue center, back home in Montreal, Quebec. Lately, I also took care of my friend’s dog for 7 months (24hrs/24) while she was out of the country. Im happy to call Squamish my new home and I would love to contribute to the community. I work remotely on my computer, for Heart & Stroke Foundation. My schedule is Monday to Friday 7AM to 3h30PM so I am flexible to help you out. I am active, positive, considerate, patient and disciplined. If I’m not working, I’m outside, hiking, camping, sailing or skiing. Happy time for me is dog time. Can’t wait to meet your furry friends ! I am free during lunch time to walk 30 to 45 minutes and also after work at 3h30pm. We have the Squamish river near by and the dogos love to discover the trails around. I will send few pictures or videos through the day. I am the kind of person who will ask questions if needed but I’m pretty resourceful. I will share as much possible information requested from the owner if needed.
