About: Hi! I'm 30 years old, I'm located in Squamish. I've been dog-sitting various sizes of dogs from my neighbor for the past 5 years. I have experience volunteering at the SPCA for over 4 years. I'm a really active person, and I'm comfortable taking multiple dogs on long walks. I have experience walking up to five medium-large dogs at the same time. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me. I will be happy to answer any questions. Thanks for reading! Monika I'm currently self-employed, and my schedule varies day by day. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule and can normally make time in my day to take care of your pets. The animal will be on a leash at all times unless the yard is fully fenced in. Will follow any direction given by the owner.
About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs and pets of all kinds my whole life, and more recently gained hands-on experience navigating senior care for my own dog, which required extra patience and regular medication. Since then, I’ve cared for a variety of dogs—from very small to very large, with all kinds of energy levels—and have come to love each one along the way. I’d love the opportunity to care for and spend time with new pets. I currently have the flexibility to accommodate a variety of schedules and can work any day of the week. I am happy to work my time around to best suit your needs. I care for pets in their home by respecting their routines, following instructions closely, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. I will prioritise your pets comfort and ensure your home is treated with care and respect.
“Nicole was amazing, My dog is very shy and nervous, and Nicole was very receptive to instruction and followed them to and now my dog is completely warmed up to her in one visit! Thank you Nicole ❤️”
About: My first job was walking dogs in my neighborhood when I was 12 years old! I grew up riding horses competitively and cared for them with love and passion! I had family dogs always so know how to care for your furry best friend. I work fully remote so would be able to give your pet the love and attention they deserve while you take some time to yourself. I work from home so would be available for daily walks as often as needed and constant monitoring! I often go for many walks a day on my own so would love to hang with a furry companion I don’t have any pets myself so no need to worry about other animals or behaviour issues! I live in a quiet neighborhood in Squamish with close access to trails, parks and forests/rivers. I have a basement suite apartment

I live in an apartment without yard, but I can tailor activities depending on your pets needs. I enjoy being active and going outside, but I also have a great time if your pet prefers quality time while staying inside.

About: I am a mom to a very special 11 year old medium sized pup who I have raised since she was a puppy. Through her, I've gained deep experience caring for dogs with sensitivities, anxiety, and reactivity, and I approach every animal with patience, empathy, and respect for their individual needs. I understand that not all dogs fit the “easygoing” mold, and I genuinely enjoy building trust with pups who need a little extra care and understanding. I also have extensive experience with cats - I grew up with them and have lived in shared spaces with them over the past 8 years. I’m comfortable meeting them where they’re at, whether they’re social, shy, or independent. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and emotional well-being are always my top priority. Please note: My dog, Rylee, is very neutral and impartial with other dogs. If you book boarding, she will be in the home - she is happy to share her space, beds and toys. When booking a walk, please let me know your preference if you'd like your dog to have a 1 on 1 walk or if they wouldn’t mind Rylee joining - I am happy to accommodate either way. I currently work remotely full-time but with a very flexible schedule. I am available for day-time company, lunch time pop ins and/or afternoon or evening walks. I live in an apartment but am in very close proximity to all of the Smoke Bluff trails. I also have a large terrace that is perfect for soaking up the sun.
About: I’ve always had dogs in my life—either my own or those very close to me. For 13 years I had a lovely Toy Poodle and I miss her deeply. I’ve also cared for dogs belonging to cousins and friends, and at my parents-in-law’s home I often looked after five dogs at once, including a Dachshund, Basset Hound, Boxer, and a Boston Terrier. Since moving to Squamish three years ago, I haven’t had a dog of my own and I really miss them so I am here to give all the love and care that your dog needs—whether that’s keeping to walk schedules, playtime, training reinforcement, or simply providing comfort and companionship. Happy to meet you and your beloved pet! As a Health Care Aide in Squamish, I work a variety of shifts providing home support, which allows me to be available when your pet needs me. I am also available full-time during the evenings and nights, so your furry friend will always have the care and attention they deserve. Very responsible person who carefully follow the owner’s instructions and the dog’s needs. For example, to keep the leash on, follow their potty schedule, play with them in the backyard, or take them for walks by the river or lake. Happy to provide pictures during the attention if you would like to see your love one in real time.
About: I am a big time animal lover and grew up with many pets. I currently have none of my own but am the dedicated dog and cat sitter amongst my friends and family. I will run or walk with your dog depending on their ability, I usually take them on fun forest adventure but am happy to do neighborhood walks on pavement if necessary. I have experience with reactive dogs as well. I am happy to take care of any other animals (including reptiles) and will give them all the love and pets they need. My schedules varies from 9-3 to shift work (two weeks on, two off) but I certainly can do 2 walks a day. I love last minute plans so i am a great last minute candidate and I am ok with lastminute cancelations too :) I can host trained dogs (no hewing of furniture/shoes or accidents). I have a small apartment but have hosted medium to big dogs from energetic husky to senior dogs. They love our carpet! (carpet zoomies) and we love having them here. I am happy to come to yours and walk in any neighborhood\trail. I am clean, tidy and respectful.
About: I have grown up surrounded by furry companions (dogs, cats, farm animals) and love every minute of it. Life without a dog or animal for me is an unknown. I’ve taken care of puppies, senior dogs, active dogs and all kinds of dog breeds from small to large and find the joy in each of them. Whether your dog has a quirk or a perk, it’s not too much for me. I will love and care for them as my own and my home has no boundaries for them because I want them to feel as comfortable as they would at their own home. Whether they need training reinforced, walks, runs, forest immersions, swims or just downtime, we’ll take good care of them. My miniature longhaired daschund is my home companion. He is gentle, playful and sweet with any and all other dogs. He knows when to avoid senior dogs and to engage with puppies. I appreciate and love this intuitive nature most about him. With us your dog will be in loving hands. I work from home and have a flexible work schedule which makes play time, company and walks easy. I also have a little fenced yard that is accessible to them during the day for some needed supervised outdoor play time. A nature trail is right in front of my home and forest walks are an easy 5min drive to access. I am available and hands on during the day. Your pup will be in good care and company daily. I have a ground level home with fenced yard to play in and one miniature longhaired daschund to keep your baby company whether to play or just to relax with. My home will be home to your pet and I will treat them as my own. For house sittings, Fynn (my dog) and I will be respectful and take utmost care to look after your belongings and pup. You can relax and rest assured that your home and pup are in capable, loving and caring hands.

About: Hi! I’m Nadia, a South African in my 30’s, now happily settled in beautiful Squamish. I work remotely in tech and do Rover on the side. I love the outdoors so taking the doggos out is a great pleasure for me. I have a very calm, 2 year old Cavalier who is my baby. So I totally understand the stress of leaving your baby with a stranger. I always send lots of reassurance with pics, updates and tracked walks. Since I am home all day I can adapt my schedule to suit your pets. I can take them out as many times as they need. I usually walk them in the morning, lunchtime and then evening. I also have no restrictions with dogs going on furniture etc (unless you have specific rules to follow). They usually just chill with me while I work or chew a toy or play together. I live in a townhouse by the river. We have a ton of walks nearby. We have a dog friendly home so they can come on beds, couches ( unless you have particular rules you want me to enforce )
About: I'm an experienced pet sitter with a flexible schedule, available for morning and evening walks or extended dog-sitting. I have 5 years of experience working at a vet clinic, 2 years volunteering with a dog rescue, and have fostered many dogs until they found their forever homes. I specialize in helping dogs with leash training and separation anxiety. I believe pets deserve personalized attention, so I only care for one dog at a time and avoid group walks. Whether your pup loves long hikes or gentle strolls, I tailor the experience to their needs. If you’re looking for a reliable sitter who will treat your pet like family, I’d love to help! As a teacher, my schedule allows me to dedicate mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to pet care. I prioritize quality time with each pet, ensuring they get the attention they need through personalized walks, playtime, and companionship. Whether it's a morning stroll before work or an evening hike, I seamlessly integrate pet care into my daily routine, providing consistent and loving care. I provide personalized, attentive care whether in my home or the client’s. For dog walking, I tailor each walk to the dog’s energy level and needs, ensuring they get the exercise and stimulation they require. I never do group walks, so each pup gets my full attention. For dog sitting, I create a calm and comfortable environment, following their usual routines to reduce stress. Whether staying at my place or theirs, I provide regular playtime, walks, and plenty of affection to keep them happy and relaxed. With house visits, I check in to feed, walk, and spend quality time with your pet, ensuring they feel cared for even when you're away. I also help with basic tasks like bringing in mail or watering plants if needed. My goal is to make each pet feel safe, loved, and at home—no matter where they are!

Can’t wait to meet your furry friends ! I am free during lunch time to walk 30 to 45 minutes and also after work at 3h30pm. We have the Squamish river near by and the dogos love to discover the trails around. I will send few pictures or videos through the day. I am the kind of person who will ask questions if needed but I’m pretty resourceful. I will share as much possible information requested from the owner if needed.

I and go for 3-4 walks a day with the doggos (if they are able) I’m currently not allowed to have pets in my apartment, so I would have to come to you! Happy to travel into Vancouver, and can travel to the lower mainland, the Island, the gulf islands, Whistler or elsewhere as well and would request that travel/ferry fees are covered. I also have extensive experience working with reactive, timid/traumatized/anxious, and elderly dogs and cats. Rest assured, your plants, place and pets will be safe and happy with me! I look forward to connecting with you and your furry family members. 🤍 * PS I split my time between North Van and Whistler, so you can see my other profile with 22, 5 star reviews here: https://www.rover.com/members/jenalle-d-happiest-outsidejust-like-your-pup/?service_type=drop-in&frequency=onetime&pet_type=dog#reviews I’m currently working remotely part time so I have ample time to take your dog for walks. I can work anywhere that has a wifi password so I am always around the animals. At this time I’m not allowed dogs in my building, so I will have to come to you! I am home working remotely which is an added bonus so pets are not left alone for long periods of time.
About: I bring 16+ years of hands-on experience training puppies, caring for senior dogs, and even administering insulin. I helped raise and train my family’s cockapoo (now 14), and since living away from him, I want to pour all that love into caring for yours. Safety, trust, and genuine care are my priorities. I want your dog to feel secure, happy, and loved every moment they’re with me. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work from home during the week, so I have plenty of flexibility for regular clients and one-time visits. I love breaking up my workday with walks, and having your dog join me is always a highlight.
