We’re an English couple with years of experience dog-sitting in the UK and Vancouver, providing loving care for dogs of all breeds and temperaments. From playful walks to cozy downtime, we tailor our approach to meet your dog’s unique needs. We believe in getting to know both you and your pup before any stay, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and happy. We’re also very comfortable with larger breeds and dogs who benefit from a calm, patient approach. We always arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand so both you and your dog feel comfortable. Our goal is simple: for your dog to feel safe, happy, and completely at home while you’re away.

Charlie and Sam are incredible people and dog sitters, we would trust them anytime with our girl. They go above and beyond to care for pets and care for homes while sitting and are so thoughtful. We wouldn’t want to use anyone else for pet care.
Charlotte and Sam are warm, responsible and caring professionals who took very good care of my 5 year old rescue mix breed. They are very flexible with pick up times and amazingly helpful when I forgot to buy dry food.
Amazing! The loveliest people. We never felt worried about Chili with Sam and Charlotte. They were attentive, responsive, and ultimately gave our sweet baby a lovely time. Thank you both for everything you do! I also know from chatting with them they are very in tune with dogs and are very keen to understand their different needs. Instantly felt so at ease booking Charlie & Sam. During our meet and greet I could tell they understood strong bigger dogs and would have a calm, in control approach for our dog who can suffer from anxiety and needs someone who knows what they’re doing. These guys are pro’s and our dog came back so relaxed and tired and they’ll be our first choice for any weekend away. Thanks so much !!
Charlotte and Sam are genuinely caring and responsible people who took care of our furbaby Kiro like he was their own. Schedule
My husband and I have hybrid in person and remote work schedules, which allows us plenty of flexibility to be at home and fully present for the dogs we care for. This means your pup will never feel lonely—we’re available to provide plenty of attention, cuddles, and engagement throughout the day. Walks are a regular part of our routine, and we love tailoring outings to your dog’s energy level, whether it’s a stroll through the neighborhood or a longer adventure in the park. With us, your dog will have all the love, care, and interaction they need!

We live in a dog friendly apartment on the first floor. It’s a small building with plenty of other lovely dog owners. Although we don’t have a yard we prioritise plenty of walks so your pets get plenty of potty breaks and engagement!
A typical day
A typical day with us as your pet sitter is all about ensuring your pet feels happy, loved, and well cared for. Mornings start with a refreshing walk or some playtime to get the day off to a positive start. After breakfast, we’ll settle into a comfortable routine, whether it’s cuddles, quiet time, or some light training to keep their minds active. Throughout the day, I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention and care, with regular potty breaks, meals, and water refreshes. Evenings usually end with a calming stroll, perfect for winding down before bedtime.
