We had the absolute best experience with Nimisha and truly couldn’t have asked for a better first experience using Rover. Leaving our 80 lb yellow lab, Kodi, for 10 days made us a bit nervous, but Nimisha completely exceeded every expectation we had. From the start, she was thoughtful, communicative, and clearly cared deeply about making sure Kodi was comfortable and well taken care of. She followed all of our detailed instructions perfectly and sent regular updates that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious from her messages and photos that Kodi was not only being looked after, but genuinely loved — lots of cuddles, attention, and even sleeping in bed with him, which we know he loved. When we returned home, the house was in perfect condition, which we really appreciated. On top of that, she went above and beyond by staying late on our last night to accommodate our late arrival flight — such a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference for us. Nimisha is reliable, kind, and clearly passionate about what she does. We would 100% trust her with Kodi again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet like family. Nimisha responded to my ad straight away and was at my home that evening finalising the cat sit. I was really impressed with how friendly, efficient and straight forward she was. I just returned home to a neat place and a happy cat. Nimsha also sent me pictures, a video and gave me updates. I highly recommend her!
