Black Lab looking for a buddy
About Us: Our amazing Black Lab Moe passed away this July after 13 wonderful years with us. We are not ready to open our hearts to a puppy but still need our doggie cuddles. Our canine companion has been a cherished member of our family since our kids were little, and now, as they've grown, so has our love for dogs. Our journey with dogs started when I was just a child, and it's a tradition we've proudly passed down to our own children Our late Beloved Lab: At the heart of our family is our wise and wonderful Black Lab. He was nearly 13 years old, and age didn’t slow him down one bit. His favourite pastime was taking a dip in the water or trail walks. Come rain or shine, summer or winter, you could always find him happily swimming away. His enthusiasm for life was infectious, and his calm demeanor was a testament to the years of love and care we've shared with him. Why We Love Dog Sitting: We believe that dogs deserve the best companionship, even when their human families are away. That's why we've opened our home to dog sitting opportunities. We know firsthand how much our Lab enjoys the company of other dogs, and we'd love to provide a safe and loving environment for your furry family member while you're away. Our Lab is the perfect playmate, and our kids are just as excited about making new four-legged friends as we are. Our Home: Our home is a cozy, pet-friendly haven just a stone's throw away from some beautiful walking trails and parks. Whether your dog loves a good game of fetch or simply wants to lounge in the sun, our home offers it all.

What a terrific couple along with their 2 daughters. It couldn’t have been a better vacation for Bella a walk in the woods with both daughters and then later a swim in the ocean. Both things I’d love to do but can’t. Terrific. I hope this is the start of a long relationship. Thank you

Our Canine-Centric Routine: In our household, our life beautifully revolves around our beloved Black Lab. We firmly believe that happy dogs make for happy homes, and that's why pet care is at the core of our daily and weekly routine. Daily Walks: Each day, we make it a priority to ensure our furry friend gets the exercise and outdoor time he needs. We take our Lab out for walks a solid 3 to 4 times daily. One of these outings is always an adventure, whether it's a leisurely stroll on the beach to soak up the sun and salty breeze, or a spirited trek through the Sunny Acres Forest loop, where the scents of nature provide endless excitement. Weekend Escapades: When the weekend rolls around, we take pet care to the next level. Weekends are a time for exploration, and we often find ourselves venturing out to places like the Endowments Lands or other dog-friendly destinations. These outings are as much for our Lab's joy as they are for ours, and it's heartwarming to witness his tail wag with anticipation as we embark on these memorable adventures together. Quality Time: Beyond the walks and adventures, our daily routine is sprinkled with quality time with our Lab. From playful fetch sessions in the backyard to cozy cuddles on the couch, we ensure he always feels loved and cherished. Routine and Consistency: Consistency is key in our pet care routine. We understand that dogs thrive on predictability, so we maintain a structured daily schedule that ensures our Lab feels secure and well-cared-for. In essence, our life revolves around the happiness and well-being of our dog. His needs and happiness are at the forefront of our daily and weekly activities. We cherish every moment we spend with him and are committed to providing the best possible care, love, and adventure for our cherished furry family member.

Secure Townhouse Living: Our townhouse, conveniently located just across the street from the picturesque White Rock Beach, offers a secure and comfortable setting for your furry friend. With a dedicated door to the street, we have easy access to outdoor walks, making potty breaks and playtime a breeze. Constant Supervision: We prioritize safety above all else. While your pet is in our care, they will be under constant supervision. Our watchful eyes and pet-loving family provide a secure environment where your pet can relax and thrive. We have one parent that works from home full time, coincidentally as a Pet Supplies Sales rep, so we also have a good variety of fancy treats in the house as well. Furry Companionship: Our family adores dogs, and your pet will be welcomed as an honored guest. We're more than happy to have a four-legged visitor to keep our own Black Lab company. Social interactions and playtime are always on the agenda, ensuring your pet feels right at home.
