Jin was amazing!!! My Bichu missed her so much whenhe got picked up. That says a lot! :) She was very responsive and would send you updates. Leaving our Bichu with Jin, made our trip more relaxing as we didnt have to worry about our boy the entire trip. Thank you so much Jin!

Jin was so great to deal with prior to my booking start date. I love that she offers pthe convenience of pick up and return for a very affordable price. I also greatly appreciated her flexibility when I had to extend the booking at the last minute due to changes in my schedule. As for the actual booking. It can take a while for Bessie to accept new humans so I'm always nervous how she will respond going to a sitter, especially when the sitter shares their home with a male relative/partner as Bessie is very nervous and a little reactive around boys and men. Jin, and her family members, were so awesome, I can't say enough good things about how they looked after Bessie over these 4 days! I got daily photos and updates and as the booking progressed Bessie looked more and more relaxed and comfortable. Thank you Jin (and your Mom and Brother) for taking such good care of Bessie for me!!

We are very happy with Jin when she took care of our dog. You can tell that our dog Simba had so much fun with Jin, he didn’t get depressed or over tired When he gets home . Jin will always report to us and send us pictures of Simba to update us on what’s going on and we really appreciate that because we felt that we never left him. We feel at ease knowing that he is getting the best care even we were not around. Simba is a very active dog and yet she’s still able to handle him with no problem at all. We highly recommend Jin to take care of you fur babies. She did a very good job and we are very happy. We will for sure ask her again to take care of Simba. Thank you Jin for everything and for making Simba safe and comfortable with you . You are the best !

Jin is more than a professional, she treated my Tobi with so much respect and love, She even update me on what was going on with my dog on daily basis. i felt the love she gave to Tobi and i feel comfortable now leaving my dog to a total stranger. I even ask her a favor that i will be late and she was okay i mean late in the evening like 11pm . she is so relax and seems genuinely loves pets. i will definitely recommed her to all my friends and i will be a repeat customer thats for sure.

Any pet owner would be lucky to have Jin take care of their animals. She is patient, loving, and attentive, and has a lot of knowledge and experience in training/looking after both dogs and cats. You’ll be sure to receive regular updates and the cutest photos!
