About: My Fiancé and I have had dogs throughout our lives. I grew up with two Yellow Labrador Retrievers and She had a Lhasa Apso Poodle Mix and a Mini Golden Doodle. Since I have a remote job, I began pet sitting for family and friends' dogs when they would take extended trips. I always keep a variety of dog toys and treats for when the time comes. I'm patient, gentle, and loving and will treat your dog as if they were my own. I love to exercise and take dogs on walks through the park. My Fiancé and I both have remote jobs. One of us will always be free Monday-Friday at any time. We can do Morning, Afternoon or Night walks. I have a car for transportation if needed. I live in a spacious apartment that accommodates any sized bed or crate. I also have a large L-shaped couch that is pet-friendly. We have tennis balls, stuffed toys, and treats for your dog. We have family in the area with two dogs who are always willing to set up a play date if your dog is looking for a friend.

About: I've had a pet dog since I was in fourth grade. I have experience with walking and feeding him. I also have experience cat sitting. I took care of my neighbors cat a few times last summer (cleaned out litter box, fed him, played with him) and have taken care of cats near my apartment on the upper east side this fall and winter. I have experience giving medicine and food to cats, cleaning litter box, as well as keeping the cat entertained. I am a senior in college at Temple University but I live on the Upper East Side when I’m on breaks. I’ve had a dog since I was in elementary school and have done a lot of cat sitting in the city. I will cater to their needs but also follow directions from their owners. I will play with them, feed them when they need to be fed, and walk them as requested.

About: Hello! My name is Laynie. I have been a pet lover for my whole life and grew up with three pit bulls that my family raised from puppies to adults. I spent my summers dog sitting my neighbor’s four small dogs while they went out of town. Since moving to New York, my friends and clients have relied on me to care for their dogs and cats. This includes visiting their homes frequently to care for their pets. Everything from taking them on walks, feeding them, making sure they’re in good company, and occasionally administering medication. The pets I have watched range in breed, age, and size – from a 15-year-old Chihuahua to a young Great Pyrenees, as well as various cats of different breeds and temperaments. There is no pet that I have not been able to provide exceptional love and care for! I am trustworthy, responsible, and more than capable of taking on any task! I currently have a very open and flexible schedule! I am fully available mornings, nights, and afternoons Monday through Sunday! Whenever you need me, I can be there! I make sure that dogs that I am looking after are fed, taken outside/on walks, and given any necessary medications at the hours they are used to. I follow instructions from pet owners about their animals carefully so that they feel comfortable and just as loved as they do by their owners!

“I have know Dean for many years!!! When I first met her she had a lovely cat of her own and cared so lovingly for it!! The minute she sat down her pussycat jumped up on her lap and snuggled!! After her cat passed away she started taking care of dogs through PAWS. She boarded and/or walked them. At one point she was boarding a dog whose owner was in rehab. Sadly the owner died and Dean adopted the little West Highland dog. The dog was not young and sadly passed away as well. Dean grieved for that sweet creature!!! She has a very special feel for dogs in general. Having been out on the street with her, she responds to every dog we pass!! I can recommend Dean most heartily. She is the most caring person I know!!”
