Valerie is an outstanding pet sitter! She came out for a get-aquainted visit with Mia, and Mia took to her quickly. When we left for our trip, it did take Mia a day or two to relax and warm up, but she then was wagging her tail, getting rubs, etc. Valerie even got Mia to jump up on her human bed (which was amazing); she usually only sleeps on her dog bed, in her comfort nest, or on her spot on the couch while we are not there. We got pics and updates every day, and you could tell how happy Mia was, her ears weren't back in a guarded position and she seemed very relaxed. Valerie is very reliable, great with communication, and the house was left in the same manner in which we left it. Tatum was awesome! Very honest young lady. Both my dogs Bowie and Jolene loved her to death right from the beginning. Our younger Shepherd Bowie is a pack dog he doesn't take to too many people but he took to her right away we knew we had a winner in her. She did an excellent job loving on our Bowie and Jolene. We want her down as a favorite one she was very honest and very punctual and took care of our dogs like they were her own. We really appreciated her and will use her again on all of our adventures vacations and trips. We were new to the area Wilmington North Carolina for 2 years now and we haven't gone anywhere because we didn't have a dog sitter. We found out about Rover and she stood out out of all the other ones that were unavailable at the time. So we have to give her a five-star rating in every single area.
