A typical day
My approach is listening to the owner about their pet, finding out what the animal likes to do, their energy levels, etc. While I am taking care of the animal, I will asses how they seem to feel emotionally and energy-wise. Perhaps a dog gets sad and has less energy when their owner is away, that transfers to me as maybe I shouldn’t force them to go on a walk or play ball if the dog is uninterested.

I’ve had pets for as long as I can remember. I’ve had fish, turtles, dogs, cats, rabbits, mice, rat, and snakes. I have also taken care of litters of puppies and kittens, also geriatric animals.

I’ve been friends with Bella since elementary school. She’s has all sorts of pets over the years. Dogs, cats, a turtle, snakes, a rabbit, even horses. She pet sat my rats and mice for me while I was on vacation. She’s always loved animals, can’t even kill a spider or a roach.
