Ava was wonderful and attentive to our animals. Our dog was sick and needed lots of medicine for the entire week and she made sure he got what he needed every day at the right time and was comfortable. Katie is absolutely amazing!! This was the first time I had to leave my two cats (my children) without a family member to watch them. I was away for only a week, but I was incredibly worried. Katie absolved all those worries! I was able to fully enjoy my vacation knowing she was going to be there for my girls every evening (^: I received videos and pictures everyday, plus a detailed review of how my girls were doing. She was very communicative throughout the whole week, even when I was unreachable for much of the day. I forgot to take the garbage out before I left, but she took it out for me which I was greatly appreciative of!!! She even took care of my precious plants!
