“Mali took amazing care of my dog Luna, over the Christmas holidays. She walks Luna twice a day, gave her kong with almond butter (which Luna absolutely loves), and spent quality time either with her at home. It was clear that Mali genuinely cared about Luna’s well being and comfort. I felt completely at ease knowing Luna was in such good hands. I highly recommend Mali to anyone looking for a responsible and loving pet sitter! She is great 😊”

“Sonnie has been an awesome dog walker for our pup. She is reliable and communicative, and always gets a long walk in. I take great peace of mind in knowing that my dog is getting a good work out in while I'm at work. I'm admittedly a bit of a high maintenance dog mom, but Sonnie handles all my requests well and always does everything exactly the way I ask. I would recommend her services, and will definitely continue using her in the future!”

About: Hi there! I’m a full-time, professional pet and house sitter serving Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and everywhere in between. I carry independent pet-sitting insurance and approach every job with professionalism, consistency, and genuine care. Growing up, I was the primary caregiver for our family’s Cairn Terrier, and that lifelong love for animals has become my career. Since I can't currently have pets of my own, caring for yours is both my livelihood and my joy. I work best with animals who are reasonably socialized and do well with new people in their space. I understand that every pet has a unique rhythm, and I pride myself on reading their cues; whether they want play, affection, structure, or simply space to relax. I’d be honored to care for your companions while you're away. Feel free to reach out with questions or to set up a meet-and-greet. Pet and house sitting is my full-time career, so my schedule is flexible and completely centered around the animal companions in my care. I build each day around their routines: walks, meals, medications, brushing, and play, so they feel secure and at ease while you're away. When sitting in your home, I make it a priority to follow all written instructions exactly. I offer companionship and playtime when they seek it, and quiet presence when they need space. I also tend to household needs as agreed upon: bringing in mail, watering plants, and maintaining a clean, peaceful environment. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I maintain your home as a quiet, stable environment and follow all instructions precisely; from feeding schedules to gate locks and leash protocols. I adapt to the energy of each animal. Some pets love frequent play sessions and attention, others just want somebody present throughout the day. I respect those rhythms and keep your pet’s stress to a minimum by honoring their usual routines. If your pet requires medication, special grooming, or added attention, I ensure it’s done gently and reliably. I never bring other animals into your home, and I do not invite guests without your permission; your pet and property receive my full attention.

About: Grew up raising and caring for a variety of animals. I can walk/run your pup as much as needed. I have a cat (1 year old cat) and a dog (12 year old dog) which will keep your pup company too. I work from home except Thursdays and the office is dog friendly. Almost all of my activities will involve your pup from walking/running/ at whatever pace they prefer to hiking nearby. Large, shaded, fenced backyard with plenty of space to roam. Lots of parks and large fields to visit and explore during the walks. Perfect space for a pup vacation.

“Melissa was incredibly helpful and professional with our pup. Communication was great and her reports afterwards were thorough. She’s very thorough, kind, and caring and I would definitely trust her with walks again.”

“Adisa did a great job taking care of everything. I truly felt comfortable knowing the animals were in great care. She also takes amazing photos and videos and sends them at every visit which was amazing. Definitely rebooking her!”

“Thank you so much for the care and attention you give my pups! I so appreciate the thoughtful "report cards", and knowing you care for both their physical and mental stimulation on their walks!”

About: Hello! I have been animal lover my whole life, growing up with terriers and I am now a full time dog mom. I currently have two golden retrievers, Gordon and Duck. They keep me on my toes and are my pride & joy. I have established a great routine of regular walks and playtime with my pups and I hope to share my love of spending time with dogs with yours! I am very conscientious of other animals while walking and look out for the safety of the dog/myself as well as other walkers. I am courteous of individual needs and follow instructions carefully when caring for others’ pets. I acknowledge that every pet is different and they should be treated with that respect. I am the biggest dog fan and love to see them experience joy after a good walk or playtime. Please let me love on your pet ! I am currently working full time Monday through Thursday but am happy to have a flexible schedule to mold around dog visits and walks. My Fridays and weekends are completely free. I am comfortable using all types of harnesses and leashes. I can crate your dog if desired and I am very cognizant of our surrounding environment when out on walks. Your pets safety is my number one priority.

About: Hi! My name is Rachel and I just moved to Colorado from Maryland (born and raised in Minnesota) and I am a huge cat lover/cat mom. I have two big Siberian male cats and they are my babies. My cats are basically my best friends and I do anything to make them happy (outside deck time, stroller rides, hydrating meals). I work 5 mins from where I live so my visits can be anytime before 830am and after 330pm. I gained a lot of experience watching cats in Maryland through Rover, as well as working at a Pet hotel (more information below). I always feel a real connection with cats and treat them better than I do most humans. 😹 I previously worked at Stay Pet Resort in Hanover, MD July 2023-November 2024 as their "Cat Person" playing and taking care of the boarding cats Thursday-Sunday for about 3-5 hours depending on how many cats. I understand adjusting to different personalities and seeing where each cat strives. Welcoming back returning cats is such a joy! I believe I have built relationships with many of these cats and I miss them all very much! I am available for drop-by visits any day or time of the week and am very flexible with availability or cancellations. I can do longer visits if necessary. I am not fond of staying over night at someones house but cats can stay at my house. I believe it is very important for the pets to gently be acclimated to any new people that enter their homes. I am the guest, the pet is the owner of the house and I need to respect them first before gaining respect. Bringing treats or catnip and toys with most likely helps. Speaking in a quiet, calm and high pitched voice is important. Using key words like good boy, treats, its ok, etc.

“Jessica was incredible! She took great care of our pups and left a very detailed summary of her visit. She even went above and beyond with an intro call before her visit. We look forward to booking her again.”

About: Hi there! My name is Dezirae , and I’m a dedicated pet sitter who truly understands that pets are family. Whether your furry friend is a playful pup or a cuddly cat, I’m here to provide loving care, attention, and companionship while you’re away. I have years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, ensuring their safety, comfort, and happiness in their own home. Every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. I take the time to understand what makes your pet happy—whether it’s belly rubs, quiet snuggles, or an exciting game of fetch. I treat your home and pets with the same care and respect as I would my own. Pet care is a special part of my week! I dedicate my weekends Friday- Sunday to giving cats and dogs the love, attention, and care they need while their owners are away. —available Fridays-Sundays I believe that pets feel safest and happiest in their own environment, which is why I prioritize keeping their routine as normal as possible while ensuring they get plenty of love and attention. During my visits, I make sure they have fresh food and water, get playtime or exercise, and have any necessary cleanup taken care of—whether that’s scooping the litter box, wiping up pet messes, or tidying up after a walk.

Wheat Ridge dog parents share their Rover experiences
Samantha was wonderful about getting a meet and greet scheduled ahead of time, which I really appreciated as I am more particular about how my dogs are walked and they can also get overwhelmed by meeting new people! So I really appreciated that she was willing to take the time to understand my needs as the owner, as well as my dogs’ needs! She was communicative throughout the process, letting me know when she had picked them up for the walk, how it was going, and when it ended. Will be using Samantha again!

Emily is one of the best! Such a reliable and experienced dog watcher. She always gives me updates, sends great pictures, and you can tell is very considerate of the dogs she cares for and their needs. Always feel comfortable when Ralph is under her care. Highly recommend her!

Anna was a reliable and great help. She provided pictures after the walk. She showed flexibility and problem solving skills when my neighbor ended up walking my dog Sushi earlier. Anna still stayed with Sushi to care for her and keep her company despite my mixup. I highly recommend Anna and recommend her for all your dog care needs.
